Tutto sommato, la posizione eccellente, le camere confortevoli, i servizi completi e il personale cordiale rendono questo hotel una degna opzione di alloggio. Sebbene ci siano alcune aree di miglioramento, nel complesso ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole qui. Consiglierei questo hotel a viaggiatori che cercano comodità, comfort e un servizio attento.

stayed for 3nights. breakfast no variation. the reception could be more helpful and friendly. the cleaning personnel could be more meticulous, there were insufficient hand soap and bath shower on the second night. the complimentary bottled water only available upon arrival, should provide through the stay. the smart tv was useful to entertain my mum from crave for korean drama. overall experience ok.

La colazione è ricca, ma manca qualcosa di caldo! La stanza è grande con luce solare e accesso alla terrazza La barriera linguistica è il problema! Mi ci sono voluti due giorni per far capire all'addetto alle pulizie di non entrare da solo la mattina. Alla fine sono entrati con la forza e io indossavo solo biancheria intima!

La posizione centrale e il personale molto amichevole. Arrivo presto ma potevo lasciare il bagaglio per andare a pranzo. La camera era grande per il centro della città e il letto comodo. La stazione Midi è vicina come le stazioni della metropolitana. Negozi e ristoranti vicino, centro città circa 20 minuti a piedi

La receptionista è molto utile e amichevole. Con il sorriso caldo ti fa sentire comodo. Dopo che il nostro volo è arrivato al mattino ma il check-in ufficiale dovrebbe essere alle 3:00. Ma lei ci aiuta ancora a fare il check-in prima alle 2:00 quando la stanza è disponibile. La posizione è buona, vicino alla zona centrale e al ristorante.

Trip.com酒店資訊不正確到達時前台表示行政雙人房並不包括廚房，酒店前台及Trip.com客服態度良好，積極為我解決問題。最後換到帶廚房的房間，房間空間夠大廚房有基本配置，很完美。附近十分鐘內有兩間大型超市，三分鐘內到達地鐵站或29號巴士可以直接到布魯塞爾大廣場附近。

Il bagno non funzionava, quindi era un incubo fare la doccia, non proprio nella zona per fare 25 minuti a piedi alla piazza principale. Il asciugacapelli non funzionava così, doveva chiedere una da ricezione. Il tè libero e il croissant che hanno detto che si può prendere 24/7 non è mai stato disponibile. - Ok, va bene.

L'ambiente dell'hotel può essere confortevole è che la posizione è un po' lontano da dove andare non è particolarmente conveniente e poi la colazione è buona. Il servizio è buono. In generale, è buona 👌

Hotel nella media, camera MOLTO essenziale, senza armadio e senza frigorifero, ma c'era un'area comune con un piccolo frigorifero e caffè gratuito a ogni piano. Era abbastanza pulito, situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro. Non aspettatevi di trovare nulla da fare dopo le 19:00 o durante i fine settimana/festivi. La colazione era molto semplice e sempre la stessa ogni giorno. Il personale era professionale e cordiale.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.
