Hotel a 3 stelle in Lagos, Nigeria

The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent. I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here. Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you. Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you. And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

Avevo un soggiorno molto piacevole a Ai-Royal e Suite Aga a Ikorodu, Lagos. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale era caldo, professionale e sempre pronto a assistere, che mi faceva sentire molto benvenuto. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, fornendo tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Ho apprezzato in particolare l'ambiente pacifica e l'attenzione prestata ai dettagli del loro servizio, le strutture erano in buone condizioni e l'atmosfera era sia sicura che domestica. È un posto per rilassarsi, sia per affari che per il tempo libero, a Ikorodu. In generale, la mia esperienza è stata eccellente, e mi piacerebbe consigliare Ai-Royal e Suite Aga a chiunque cercasse un luogo confortevole e affidabile per soggiornare a Ikorodu. Sono ansioso di restare qui di nuovo.

I had a wonderful 16-night stay at this apartment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every query or request I had was handled promptly and with genuine care, which made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

La posizione dell'hotel era molto conveniente per il mio viaggio, e le strutture e le strutture soddisfano un buon standard. Il personale (anche se alcuni hanno problemi di atteggiamento) erano anche gentile e benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Tuttavia, gli ospiti (in particolare non nazionali) dovrebbero essere cauti quando chiedono servizi o ordinano cibo, poiché i prezzi sono inflati, incoerenti e significativamente più alti di quanto previsto nel menu. Raccomando vivamente di controllare attentamente il menu e di confrontare i prezzi con gli hotel o i fornitori di servizi vicini prima di fare acquisti per evitare di essere sovraccaricati, anche se ciò si applica al di fuori dell'hotel.

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

It’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated. We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm. Decent hotel for airport transfers.
