It’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated. We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm. Decent hotel for airport transfers.

Hospitality standards from the staff is poor, lack of emotional intelligence, lack of empathy for the guest. I have never seen where a guest would need to go down to the reception in front of other guests to give his laundry for dry cleaning!!!totally weird. Front office agent Moses needs to undergo more training on how to greet the guest and body language usage when in front of a guest . We are paying, so your staff needs to learn how-serve with courtesy. Your room service staffs are bringing their card machines inside the room to plug to the socket and charge it before taking payment???? Wasting our time till our food got cold and unenjoyable! Even after telling her to come back for the payment so as to eat on time, she directly declined like we were going to run away without paying. Phones are not working properly, when ordering I was told to speak louder couple of times till I started shouting on top of my voice. Total wasted night

Immaginazione di compleanno. Dopo aver assistito alle madri dei miei amici, il giorno successivo era il mio compleanno, quindi abbiamo deciso di cambiare la posizione per goderci il giorno. Il personale sul desk front dove piacevole e amichevole. Il tempo non ha sprecato controllandoci. Sono andato in camera per la mia sorpresa torta di compleanno, champagne, cioccolato e regali. Era una piacevole sorpresa perché ero così stanco di Lagos, il traffico orribile e frustrante. Mi ha alleggerito la mente. Ho pensato di fare un bagno e colpire la borsa. L'hotel è pulito e carino. Le camere non sono così grandi, ma sono ancora confortevoli per due. Ho avuto un bel soggiorno.

Spacious rooms and quite clean. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Dirty water in the swimming pool. At the reception they are a bit too slow and a bit too shy, but always trying to satisfy any requests. Food in the restaurant is always the same and not particularly impressive. The most of the time they take very long time to deliver in the room, or just need a very long time to take your order. Actually if they are busy doing some paper works, they ignoring you util you don't request attention. Definitely they need to improve their customer service. Pay attention to the dirty tables keep the terrace organised and be more efficient. We want to thank the new joiner for his different service Mr. Omo, you are the best

L'hotel è pulito. C'era un problema con la nostra prenotazione, ma il manager femminile era grande. Dopo un altro manager ha aiutato anche. Il personale è amichevole. Non ricordo i nomi, ma erano eccellenti.

Il mio soggiorno era assolutamente grande. Se avete qualche problema e se è stato segnalato alla direzione che agiscono rapidamente e si assicurano che siete felici. Grande servizio clienti, è stato impressionato e mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno. Bella stanza. Li vedrò di nuovo e io consiglio i miei amici già 😊
