FFan Kim HongLocation is just nice at mid hill. Can go up hill to visit SkyWorlds, Chin Swee Caves Temple and Premium Outlets. Not too crowd as in Genting SkyWorlds. Food wise, there are restaurants and food outlets around the area. Didn't really use the facilities much as we were out most of the time. Price is cheaper than staying uphill at Awana Resort or Genting SkyWorlds Hotels.

DDonaldOverall had a wonderful stay, not the best but it’s good enough for a short staycation, took king balcony studio, unfortunately is low floor, view blocked by 3 buildings. Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes.

Positivi:
1. le case sono molto belle! Anche se sono un po 'vecchiate, sono pulite e ancora elegante. Tutto quello che ti serve è lì, il personale ha accuratamente raccolto tutte le forniture igienico-necessari. Bagno, scarpe - tutto è lì.
2. Il territorio dell'hotel è solo magnifico - fauna selvatica, la prima costa, vista incredibile. Molto bel piscine.
3.La calma - nessuna festa rumorosa - tiene presente questo.Questo è stato un enorme plus per noi.
Il personale è grande. Molto attento, cordiale, sempre felice di aiutare
Ma ci sono alcune cose che meritano ancora di essere menzionate:
1. Il problema più grande è il ristorante.Per favore risolva il problema con il menu. Ogni volta che abbiamo dovuto indovinare - cosa c'è e cosa non c'è. Ma tutto ciò che era, era delizioso 🙂 Anche - il personale è molto cordiale e utile, ma ancora lento - è necessario aspettare un lungo periodo per il vostro piatto, e invitare il cameriere non è sempre veloce.
Il prezzo è troppo costoso per le attività e gli SPA, ma ritengo che il ristorante, ma in condizioni di monopolio, sia troppo costoso.
3. Sono state presentate tinture sul letto, bagni e toletti, e questo va notato.
Ma questi minori non interferiscono con il piacere di questo bellissimo posto!

UUtente ospiteIl hardware dell'hotel è tutto corretto, ma il personale è un po' insufficiente.Abbiamo avuto un check-in super tardi. La prima notte restiamo al primo piano solo sentite il mobilio trascinare intorno da mezzanotte a mattina presto. Il manager dell'hotel non può spiegare, ma mi hanno trovato un'altra stanza. sospettavo che il rumore provenga da un club di platino ******. Non mi sbagliate. Il personale è utile a cercare il loro meglio, ma l'hotel è appena insufficiente in termini di manutenzione di casa. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Junior Suite.Abbiamo avuto colazione, ma il cibo non corrisponde ad un hotel di cinque stelle. Ho pensato fosse difficile ottenere il personale per lavorare a Genting Highland. Fino a quando non abbiamo controllato. Ho capito come sembra l'esterno di Crockford e rimane un mistero. La rinovazione sta andando, quindi si deve fare attenzione a scegliere la stanza giusta. Paghiamo molto per due notti di soggiorno. Controlla tardi e controlla presto che ci fa perdere un po'. L'autobus è fornito a Genting Grand, ma abbiamo scoperto che molti estranei stanno usando questo servizio senza autorizzazione perché il conducente non controllerà e il ragazzo della campana non si preoccupa meno. Il personale dell'hotel può anche saltare per una gita gratuita senza mettere in guardia.

I would rate the cleanliness a 2 due to the poor maintenance and housekeeping. None of the electrical outlets were functioning properly, and there was a noticeable electrical sound. For those traveling with children, please be extra cautious. During our sightseeing trip from 1 pm to 10 pm, we returned to find the towels we had used earlier that morning, wet and folded on the table instead of being replaced with fresh ones. Additionally, our used cup had not been washed and was left untouched.
Location & Amenities:
The location was great, and the kids had a fantastic time, especially in the pool area. The pool is spacious, clean, and convenient for parents to relax while their kids enjoy themselves. The surrounding environment is excellent and truly mesmerizing. We were happy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves—it was incredibly calming. The seaside area is ideal for large family gatherings or company events, with plenty of space available.
Service:
I would rate the Front Office Staff at 4, especially Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat, who were very helpful. However, I had a negative experience with Ms. Y (name withheld), who was unhelpful and lacked empathy. We were planning to shorten our stay from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night due to heavy rainfall, flooding in some areas, and car issues. We asked her at the front desk, after consulting Trip.Com, if we could shorten our stay. Instead of showing understanding, she kept saying she couldn't assist and that the Manager on Duty was unavailable. She directed us to deal with Trip.Com the following day, which we understood. However, when I asked if, in case Trip.Com approved our request, we could check out later (around 1 or 2 pm), she refused. She claimed they couldn’t offer a late check-out as the hotel was fully booked. I was shocked, as I was giving up an extra night and yet wasn’t granted even a late check-out at 12:30 pm, and yet she was mentioned it will be chargeable. To my surprise, I later checked online and saw plenty of rooms available and an empty pool. This was disappointing. Just imagine, i am planning to give away my extra night and when i wasnt able to get a slightly late check out due to fully booked ? what ridiculous is this ? IF, we requested late check out on the actual check out date, i totally understand . But this is another way round and she left me speechless.
On a positive note, Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat were understanding and helpful. Despite not asking for much, their suggestions, empathy, and sincerity made a significant difference in our stay. It was because of them that we decided to continue our stay and cancel our initial plans. A big thank you to them for their kindness and helpfulness, always checking in to see if we needed assistance and offering thoughtful suggestions.
Overall Experience:
Our overall stay was very good and enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and the sightseeing views. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea, providing a truly relaxing experience. Special thanks also to the IRD staff at the restaurant for kindly helping us store our frozen food.

UUtente ospiteI haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience.
To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly.
The room is older, but it's still clean.
Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal.
It is also suitable for people who like to shop.
These are all personal opinions.

AambrieeeBooked a one night stay for my parents, though hotel is in Genting, unfortunately the aircons were not functioning well for their rooms. Without proper functioning airconditioning, the air in the room can be a little stale. Despite having changed rooms, they faced the same air conditioning issue. The hotel need maintenance, staff were helpful when called for help
However, I would like to commend their CS staff. Very efficient and responsive, I booked wrong check in date via third party website, they helped me resolve under an hour

I had the pleasure of staying at CHR for a weekend getaway, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the clean, modern lobby.
The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a smart TV to a well-stocked minibar. I especially loved the beautiful view from the window, which made for a relaxing ambiance every morning.
Overall, I highly recommend CHR for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area!

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at Awana Resort World Hotel and overall, it was a good experience. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our stay. During check-in, one of the reception staff seemed distracted, chatting with colleagues while attending to guests. It made it difficult for us to get his attention, and we had to strain to hear him over the loud music from the private event at the swimming pool.
To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on their tasks during check-in and checkout, ensuring guests receive the attention they deserve. Additionally, perhaps the music levels during pool events could be adjusted to allow staff to better communicate with guests.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities and amenities were great. With a bit of attention to these details, Awana Resort World Hotel could provide an even more exceptional experience for its guests.
