Denny's, McDonald's, Tim Hortons e a&w sono a piedi. Buona posizione e soggiorno confortevole.

Bella proprietà. Molto ridge al check-in e check-out precoce e tardi. Controllo al momento è 1:00 e è un extra $50 per controllare precocemente. Il check-out è 11:00 e può essere esteso al mezzogiorno senza un onere ma oltre che è $50. Il pranzo è leggermente leggero senza cibo caldo. Una grande piscina e un'acqua scorre con un tubo caldo. Ho una suite, e la dimensione della stanza era buona, quasi un mini condominio.

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

La posizione è a pochi passi dal centro di Vancouver, ma è vicino al costco, vicino al centro di Roger, e a 10 minuti da Cinatown. amate che la stanza viene con il caffè malvagio, invece dei soliti k-pod che è così un toccamento sorprendente. Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.
