Really nice spot to stop over for a couple of nights. The locations is just on the outskirts of town. However, they offer a free shuttle into the town in the evenings. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There is laundry facilities on site too as well as a hot tub.
Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the waffles. And plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Good Location. Just in the middle of the Village. You can access directly from the Hotel backdoor to access to shop an restaurant. Just 3 minutes walk to Excalibur Gondola.We stay for 1 night, 1st day we arrived the weather was perfect but on the second day rainy whole day. Overall is a good stay for us.

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock.
Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building.
Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean.
If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel.
Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

The room was not as adversitised and does not exist so needs to be changed on trip site.
I told staff that the bathroom wasn’t clean and they did nothing about it. No free drinking water in the room or hotel just warm tap water from the bathroom tap.
Breakfast was a joke, things weren’t replenished when they ran out, most things were finished 30 mins before breakfast ended. There wasn’t enough food or seating and a noisy truck delivering to the hotel obscured the view throughout breakfast.
I didn’t find the service to be that helpful and I wouldn’t recommend.

This amazing hotel was renovated in 2024. It is bright, clean, high ceilings give an open atmosphere.
The breakfast room is spacious! Excellent selection for breakfast including eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice .
Desk staff were lovely.
This hotel was a great surprise! Fabulous location in Penticton and quiet.

It’s a beautiful hotel and is located at Downtown. The area is safe and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafe. The room is spacious but the bathroom is with aglass door which means there is lower privacy. The apples they offer at the reception are very tasty!

UUtente ospiteNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

JJanineLBAbbiamo visitato l'hotel per il nostro evento Duex Days e abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza complessiva. Il parcheggio dei valetti era tranquillo e professionale, e il personale dell'hotel era generalmente gentile e cortese.
Un aspetto, tuttavia, potrebbe essere migliorato: la flessibilità al check-in; ero un po' in ritardo, quindi mio marito, che condivide lo stesso nome e che era sulla prenotazione, ha cercato di controllare davanti a me. Nonostante l'offerta di inviare una foto del mio ID e confermare i dettagli della prenotazione, il personale del front desk insisteva che dovessi essere lì personalmente. Capisco l'importanza della sicurezza, ma un po' più flessibile o metodi alternativi di verifica avrebbero reso il processo più conveniente e accogliente.
Inoltre, il nostro soggiorno era piacevole, e apprezzavamo il servizio e l'atmosfera in generale.

MMikki LizFirs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby.
Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean.
Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in.
Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location.
To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty.
Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out.
If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

UUtente ospiteWaited in line for over 35 minutes to check-in so we were already off to a bad start. There were two lines set up. One for elite members and one regular. Front desk just took whoever was in that line without checking and none of them were members. It was a chaotic check-in.
I requested a quiet room preferably away from the elevators and we were put in a room with only 1 room in between. I know requests cannot be guaranteed but there was so much noise in hallway, and we could hear everything word for word from room 801 next to us which ruined our sleeps for the 5 night stay. There was a door directly between our room and the next room (I guess it could be transitioned into bedroom suite). The hotel and elevators were extremely busy and there was also construction in multiple areas of the hotel.
Parking was inconvenient as the spots were tiny. The room itself was clean and location is good but overall an uncomfortable stay and negative experience throughout. At checkout, the lines were set up different again and no one knew where to line up.

Uno dei problemi è stato che l'hotel aveva un'uscita di potenza programmata che non ci è mai stato dato un avviso completo. Quando siamo arrivati ci è stato chiesto se abbiamo ricevuto un consiglio di posta elettronica sull'uscita di potenza e abbiamo consigliato di non ricevere tale e-mail. Il giorno della giornata di uscita tutto quello che era legato all'hotel era chiuso, tranne per un ascensore per ogni torre e tutti i ristoranti all'interno dell'impianto. Se avessimo saputo prima dell'arrivo potremmo aver deciso di rimanere altrove per una notte. Non è stata offerta alcuna compensazione.Il ****** è rimasto aperto durante l'uscita, ma i bagni non avevano acqua (molto malsanita)
La pizza del pizzo del cibo era terribile e il panino per colazione non aveva molto sapore.
Il buffet era medio, ma aveva una bella vista sul fiume Frazer.
