Canada: hotel con spa nella provincia di Columbia Britannica

La stanza era comoda, ero accanto alla lavanderia/manutenzione e ho notato qualche rumore durante il giorno, ma non nelle notti o nelle notti, non mi ha mai disturbato. La mia stanza era vicino al tubo caldo e ho sentito delle buone volte, ma non mi ha disturbato e era tranquilla al letto. Vaffle, uova, patate, bacon, salsa, avena, cereali, yogurt, mele, pompelmo, arance, muffin, bacon, e vari pani e biscotti. Il personale era amichevole, le camere erano pulite, la mia camera e il mio letto erano confortevoli, e avevo un buon soggiorno, anche se non era nel centro e non avevo una macchina. Denny's, McDonald's, Tim Hortons e a&w sono a piedi. Buona posizione e soggiorno confortevole.

Il check-out è 11:00 e può essere esteso al mezzogiorno senza un onere ma oltre che è $50. Il pranzo è leggermente leggero senza cibo caldo. Una grande piscina e un'acqua scorre con un tubo caldo. Ho una suite, e la dimensione della stanza era buona, quasi un mini condominio.

The building is old. However, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, and our family was very comfortable to stay. The view from the 18th floor was as beautiful as a picture postcard, making it a memorable trip!

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

In terzo luogo, quando sono arrivato, è stato quasi impossibile trovare un parcheggio (cfr. foto 4) perché ci sono stati diversi hotel nella stessa zona. Ho dovuto aspettare in macchina per circa 20 minuti finché qualcuno finalmente lasciava, così potevo parcheggiare e controllare. Il parcheggio alberghiero è molto costoso per il parcheggio auto e per il valet. Ho visto anche due ragazzi lavorare nel parcheggio e sembravano davvero inamici, se mai filmassero un'altra serie di Conjuring, potrebbe essere un posto perfetto. Per essere equi, ho notato che diversi altri 4 hotel a Whistler hanno condizioni di parcheggio simili: buio, vecchio e sporco. Quinto, era un po’ freddo a notte e ho provato a regolare la temperatura della stanza, ma non ha funzionato. Se mi chiedessi se rimarrei lì, probabilmente NO. Il prezzo è ok per la stanza e la posizione è molto conveniente l’hotel dispone di una vecchia Spaghetti Factory e diversi bar, ristoranti e negozi sono a soli 5–10 minuti a piedi.

Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

The property itself is a bit dated but very comfortable. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early morning after our cruise. We stayed in a large suite that featured a wonderful view of the docks. A huge highlight of our stay was being able to watch the FIFA World Cup final game right in the hotel theatre on July 19—it was an amazing setup and a great atmosphere! That being said, the room itself could use some maintenance. The coffee machine was defective, and every single door in the room was squeaking loudly—they seriously need to be greased with some WD-40. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with excellent service and great views, but a few quick fixes in the rooms would go a long way. In
