Canada: hotel con spa nella provincia di Columbia Britannica

The location is superb good. It is a SkyTrain hotel. The staff is friendly. The room quality is good, clean and cozy. The hotel swimming pool is amazing, it is a wonderful place for individual, couple and family. Due to it is a ****** hotel, you need to accept your neighbour made some noise after midnight. And this hotel has already been the first stated owned hotel, it is worth to stay when in town.

Non posso esprimere quanto mi sento soddisfatto di questo hotel. Vado sempre in famosi hotel a 5 stelle per soggiorni che possono accumulare punti e tutti i tipi di vantaggi pur essendo garantito per il servizio di controllo qualità. Il paradosso mi ha davvero sorpreso quando ho fatto il check-in. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile ed educato. La camera era grande e molto confortevole. Le condizioni della stanza erano così buone e così pulite che non volevo nemmeno fare il check-out - mi sembra di stare lì per sempre. Il pranzo in camera era fantastico. La richiesta di assistenza è stata SEMPRE sollecitata, quasi in un secondo. È così bello che in realtà ho prolungato i miei soggiorni e mi sono sentito male al checkout quando avevo bisogno di trasferirmi in un nuovo posto. Voglio ringraziare in particolare Danielle che sorride molto, è molto amichevole e sempre pronta ad aiutare. Fa sentire i clienti così a casa. In generale, questo è un gioiello a Vancouver. Vorrei poter conoscere questo hotel prima, quindi non ho bisogno di spendere di più in un altro costoso hotel a 5 stelle come un hotel vicino ma è stato maltrattato. Ho consigliato Paradox a molti dei miei amici e tutti mostrano interesse a restare! Oh, la stanza è persino offerta con la tazza di caffè Wedgwood. Non sono un forte bevitore di caffè ma bevo molto caffè durante l'intero soggiorno, solo per godermi la bellissima tazza di caffè Wedgwood! E l'hotel mi ha dato abbastanza acqua da bere!

front desk was really friendly and nice considering we checked in at minute. rooms were clean and cozy with microwave but no hot water kettle. overall a nice place for a place to stay in kelowna

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

This amazing hotel was renovated in 2024.  It is bright, clean, high ceilings give an open atmosphere.   The breakfast room is spacious!  Excellent selection for breakfast including eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice .   Desk staff were lovely.  This hotel was a great surprise!  Fabulous location in Penticton and quiet.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso! Situazione molto tranquilla e abbiamo goduto soprattutto la camera di livello inferiore aperto nella bella zona di giardino grasso. A breve passeggiata alla piscina e al tubo caldo! E il colazione era semplicemente delizioso. Tutti i membri del personale erano amichevoli e vorremmo apprezzare il personale figo, professionale e utile sul desk front - sempre un sorriso che ha reso il giorno brillante! Grazie mille!

Proprio vicino al palazzo del Parlamento, appartiene alla prima linea di vista del mare.Un bel edificio, la cucina della stanza è tutto.Il colazione è buona, il parcheggio è dietro il cortile.
