Review of Hotel Michanti, El Salvador: Positives: The location is fantastic! The hotel is just steps away from an amazing beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I highly recommend getting up early to catch the beautiful sunrise. The outdoor decor is nice and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a chill getaway. Negatives: We arrived late at night (around 10 PM), and the staff member who showed us to our room did not provide any information about the Wi-Fi, where to refill water, or breakfast times—essential details that travelers typically need after a long flight. My husband had to step outside to gather this information on his own. When you arrive at a hotel, you expect a warm welcome and a brief orientation, but instead, the staff member simply walked us to our room, opened the door, and left. Additionally, there was construction scheduled for the following morning, which was mentioned in a message we received the night we checked in. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete loss of Wi-Fi and electricity for the entire morning. Given the price we paid, I would consider staying elsewhere next time. I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but service is a crucial aspect of any hotel experience. If the staff had been aware of the outages, they could have at least apologized or provided us with some information during check-in. Overall, Hotel Michanti has a great location, and the breakfast was good, though a bit pricey. However, the customer service left something to be desired.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo viaggiato a El Tunco per qualche giorno, e ho deciso di rimanere a Roca Sunzal dopo aver letto le recensioni positive e, onestamente, le recensioni non sono state deludenti. Abbiamo soggiornato solo per qualche notte, ma questo hotel ha assolutamente soddisfatto le aspettative della mia famiglia. La posizione ha tenuto il parcheggio (si è sentito sicuro) e c'è una passeggiata di sicurezza tutto il giorno. Prenotamo una stanza di vista oceanica con 3 letti. La camera era pulita e esteticamente piacevole. Le piscine sono centrali e, sebbene le usiamo solo al mattino, erano pulite. L'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Il servizio di stanza è stato chiamato e chiesto se volevamo un servizio in camera, e sebbene abbiamo scelto di portare degli asciugamani e delle bottiglie d'acqua. C'è una selezione limitata, ma è stata deliziosa. Perché mi regalo solo agli Stati, ho programmato una navetta all'aeroporto che mi costa $45 (non sono sicuro se questo è un prezzo medio o no) . L'unico svantaggio che ho avuto era che qualche giorno prima della mia permanenza, mi hanno corretto la carta di credito e mi hanno in qualche modo e-mailto che la mia carta non era valida. Ho chiamato l'hotel e hanno detto che era una questione di banca, ma dopo aver chiamato la mia banca hanno detto che l'hotel l'ha correto e si sono ritirati. In ogni caso, in qualche modo è stato risolto. A parte che io sono stato felice con il mio soggiorno e sarei sicuramente rimasto lì!

Molto buona esperienza, l'hotel è comodo, hanno buon cibo, splendide viste, accesso a due piccole spiagge. Piscine per adulti e bambini e un fantastico slide. È a soli 5 minuti da Surf City e altri bellissimi ristoranti.

We came to this hotel a year ago for vacations, we left this hotel looking forward to come back and here we are again enjoying one more time our stay in this beautiful hotel, since you enter to its premises you are welcome the staff from the front desk are extremely friendly they recognized us immidiately so they welcome us with a hug they make us feel like a home. Same happen when we made use of the cafeteria we can tell how happy they were to see us again but we were more happy to see them again. Last but not least the housekeeping personal they were also very happy to see us again they are as everybody in this hotel so professionals and friendly and always making sure that we counts with all we need in our room. We will leaving the hotel in a couple of days but I can assure God's will that we will again looking forward to come back for our next vacations, thank you to those that work behind scenes like the people in charge of the reservations online and other office people that we not see but that we know they there to help us anything. Thank you...thak you...thank you all and God bless you!!
