Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på dette hotel! Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre – det ligger kun en kort gåtur fra de berømte seværdigheder i Monaco, såsom ****** de Monte-Carlo og de smukke haver i området. Vi kunne nemt udforske byens mest ikoniske steder uden at skulle bekymre os om transport.
Hotellet er også meget centralt i forhold til shopping og restauranter, så vi havde alt, hvad vi behøvede lige uden for døren. Tæt på offentlig transport, men selve området er så dejligt, at vi nød at gå rundt og opleve det hele til fods. Det gjorde vores oplevelse endnu bedre!
Hvis du planlægger at besøge Monaco og ønsker at bo tæt på alt det spændende, kan vi varmt anbefale dette hotel!

Ho apprezzato la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale, l'ubicazione comoda sia per il centro sia per la Promenade, la tranquillità della zona, la ricca colazione, il minibar con bibite e patatine offerte. Unico aspetto negativo: personalmente non mi piace molto la moquette.

Abbiamo dovuto prenotare questo hotel all'ultimo minuto e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. L'hotel era incantevole con le camere molto pulite e il personale super cordiale. Consigliamo questo hotel per la sua posizione perché era vicino alla linea del tram, alla vecchia Nizza, alla linea ferroviaria e alla spiaggia!

La posizione è comoda, appena fuori dalla via dello shopping, e si può raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in più di dieci minuti. Non è lontano dalla stazione dei treni ed è comodo per raggiungere alcune città vicino a Nizza. La colazione va bene, ci sono diversi tipi di pane, riso fritto all'uovo, uova strapazzate al burro in stile occidentale, piccole salsicce, cubetti di frutta, yogurt, ecc.
Il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza non funziona bene, non si sente fresco.

Hotel ben posizionato per visitare il vecchio porto e il quartiere di basket e Mucen. Grosso problema di insonorizzazione del rumore del traffico che impedisce il sonno. Abbiamo cambiato stanza ma era lo stesso: doppi vetri inefficaci.
Inoltre, ho dimenticato alcune cose nella stanza. Ho chiamato velocemente dopo la mia partenza: ho avuto conferma che li avevano trovati e me li hanno anche descritti al telefono, sto ancora aspettando il ritorno: presumibilmente non li trovano più. Questa non è una buona pubblicità per l'hotel.

E' in ottima posizione, a due passi dalla Croisette. È dotato di parcheggio, con valletto, a 20 €/giorno. Stanze belle, letto comodissimo. Prodotti da bagno di alto livello (Clarins).

molto bello! L'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è molto buono e anche la posizione è ottima. La spiaggia è proprio fuori dalla porta! Molto molto comodo, anche le strutture dell'hotel sono molto complete, la camera è grande e il letto è molto comodo! !

L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono. Sono arrivato molto tardi all'hotel e mi sono aperto la porta in tempo per il mio soggiorno. La stanza è molto tranquilla, quindi non ho trovato un turbinato, ma tutti gli altri sono buoni, il frigorifero ha acqua gratuita e un piccolo balcone.La prossima volta, continuerò a prenotare!

warm and friendly staffs . nice room and spacious with kitchen microwave and cooking equipments. they also serve welcome pompe which is a local bakes. nice :) unfortunately with this price there isn't much complimentary basic utilities we can use such as coffee at pantry or other.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel ” Hotel Indigo Cagnes-Sur-Mer ”'s exterior in real life looks like the picture on their website, yet the interior has a left a lot to be desired.
The location is a bit off from the main hustle & bustle in central Nice and it takes at least 15-20 by UBER to get to Nice city centre where the real touristy life is happening.
The hotel is very basic, the glass door leading to the balcony has finger prints, the bed is too soft, the air con is not cool enough for very hot days in Nice.
The lobby staff at our stay were functioning normally but you would not say they were outstanding, nothing too warm or welcoming. More like an upgraded youth hostel rather than what we expected as a 4* hotel.
The room has a balcony that overlooks the streets and is in a safe and quiet area. They have a bar and a restaurant but we were never tempted to try them. They also say they have shuttle bus to the nearby beach and also shuttle bus service to the airport, but they never mentioned that it requires 48 hours to book the airport shuttle not until we wanted to ride in it and then found we were told we just not eligible as we only stayed for one night and did not reach the 48 hour prior booking requirement.
And glad that we only stayed for one night because everything they could offer was just very basic.
One thing that staunchly stood out as poorly designed is the bathroom door. It is a brown glass door that is all see through, so there is absolutely zero privacy when one takes a shower. We asked if they could have another room with a proper door and they told us every bathroom door is of brown glass and therefore is transparent. They sounded very nonchalant as if we were too difficult, but when we asked for a solution, they then told us a lot of other guests had the same problem and the solution is to provide guests with a bedsheet for us to figure out how we could make a ' curtain ' out of it. So we realised that we were not the only ones to have voiced this crucial concern, then why hasn't anyone in the management bothered to do something to rectify this very bad situation? The answer is simple---merely shows how indifferent the whole management body is. They just can't be bothered and they don't care.
Hotel Indigo Cagnes-Sur-Mer provided us with a very mediocre room that yields mediocre comfort, it displays mediocre interior, and gives guests robotic service. Bad bathroom design is especially leaving a bad impression because other than the useless transparent brown glass, the bathtub has only erected a 1/2 glass shield that does not prevent water from splashing out, so taking a shower is not relaxing and afterwards you need to wipe the wet floor for the next user. The water pressure of the shower is weak, shower head only has two jet settings. The water drainage is very bad cos the water fails to drain off smoothly and it is gross to be standing in a pool of dirty soapy water as you shower. In this day & age it is surprising that this hotel can still get a 4* rating. All these very average if not substandard issues really do not do Nice, an exciting and pretty city, justice.
So this hotel does not live up to their claim as 4* and we will seek elsewhere when we visit enticing Nice again.

NNat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay…
The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up).
The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina.
The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window!
The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage).
Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations.
The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed.
The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day.
There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

The hotel is located right on the periphery of the old port of Marseille where all the shops and restaurants are located. It takes about a 15-minute walk to get from the hotel all the way to the centre of the old port so the hotel is fairly insulated from the hustle and bustle of the old port. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated but the interiors feel very fresh, clean and bright.
We upgraded our room to a deluxe room facing the old port at the reception and we thought it was worth it. We never tired of waking up to a view of the old port with a clear blue sky. The room itself was quite clean and spacious. There was enough room to open up two luggages and still move around comfortably. There is also a turn down service where the staff will put out the bedroom slippers and play some nice Jazz music when you come back.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning would turn off in the middle of the night. The air conditioning control did not seem to work and it seems like the air conditioning is centrally controlled so the in-room controls did nothing. I could not sleep the first night as it was too warm and stuffy so we asked for a ventilateur (fan) the next day. That helped us to sleep better. Obviously, if you are planning to stay during the winter months then the heat at night should not be an issue.
The staff at the reception were always pleasant, warm, friendly and polite. We were upsold the room with a view when we checked in so that should say something about how friendly the staff were. It was EUR70 per night for the room with a view and it included overnight parking (EUR27 per night) so it was really only about EUR50 extra per night. The valet and the concierge were all very helpful and nice and they all speak English well enough.
If you intend to park here, do note that the roads within the hotel property can be quite narrow and the parking lots are quite narrow as well. It may be worthwhile getting the valet to help you park your car at least for the first day because driving from the car rental agencies at the Marseille train station to the hotel was stressful enough for us.
We paid around EUR300 - 350 a night but we thought it was worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

SSarah0405La posizione non è lontana dal centro, ed è stato bello avere una varietà di utensili da cucina. La stanza era spaziosa e la bagno era spaziosa. È stato bello vedere la vista della fabbrica davanti al balcone, ma è stato bello vedere gli alberi e aprirla. Sono riuscito a prendere un volo al mattino presto, in modo sicuro, entro 10 minuti, con il taxi Bolt, al terminale di autobus dell'aeroporto.

NNitaThis hotel is beautiful but up on the hill. But car cannot drive to hotel entrance. There is a car valet service at the entrance of the road. Thank God for the two great porters that helped to carry our luggages up to our rooms. Great room with spectacular view and a sauna pool overlooking the hills. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel is amazing!!! Must try, very romantic and food is delicious, server is attentive.

SSurajnLa posizione è vicina all'aeroporto di Nizza, che è molto conveniente. Le fermate di tram e autobus sono al di fuori dell'hotel, quindi è facile accedere all'aeroporto, ai centri di Nizza, Cannes e altri siti.
L'hotel era chiaro. Hanno fatto un buon lavoro con le camere, che erano abbastanza spaziali, ma c'era un po' di confusione, che erano pulite o sporche bottiglie di vetro, vicino alla macchina dell'acqua, che è l'unico modo per ottenere acqua potabile per la stanza. Le bottiglie pulite dovevano essere al di sopra della macchina, vicino all'ascensore, ma non ero sicuro che fossero pulite.
Il servizio era molto buono, la squadra al di fuori del desk era molto utile. Quando siamo arrivati per la prima volta c'era un piccolo terrore, come l'hotel ha detto che non avevano la nostra prenotazione nel loro sistema (che avevo pagato completamente in consiglio, sul Trip.com). Hanno fatto qualche telefonata e abbiamo ottenuto le 2 camere che abbiamo prenotato per i cinque di noi (2 adulti, 3 bambini), e devo ricordare che mi hanno detto che ero fortunato che avessero le ultime 2 camere disponibili, che mantengono per tali emergenze.
Non ho pagato per colazione, ma abbiamo mangiato due volte lì, e se un adulto compra il colazione (19 euro), i bambini sono liberi, e questo ha funzionato bene per noi, e i bambini hanno goduto il colazione, come hanno fatto gli adulti.
C'è una piscina, che è piccola o media dimensione, e anche se non l'abbiamo usata, abbiamo visto che molti altri si godono della piscina. La palestra era una dimensione decente, ma non c'erano pesi liberi, che mi piaceva usare, quindi non ho usato la palestra. Il ristorante collegato all'hotel è aperto solo lunedì-venerdì, e il menu è limitato. Non c'è una grande selezione di ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma si può ordinare da altri più lontano, anche se si scopre che commettono errori.
In generale, una buona scelta per un hotel ragionevole vicino all'aeroporto con buon accesso alle città intorno.
