The breakfast buffet was excellent. I also really enjoyed the dinner and was extremely satisfied with it. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for the airport, especially with the hassle-free shuttle service.

The room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality. Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful. However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team. Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay.

Questo hotel è proprio così. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è elevato. Le strutture potrebbero essere obsolete, ma la colazione è molto buona.

I have been staying in this hotel for last 5 years whenever I travel to dhaka for business purposes. Neat and clean. Nothing to complaint for this budget. breakfast options are really good. staff are friendly. 

ダッカに深夜着、翌朝国内線移動のため空港近くのホテルを選びました。 Ctripでは空港からホテルへのピックアップ片道無料と書かれていたが、まずホテルへピックアップの依頼メールを2度送ったが、返信はなかった。バングラデシュ人の知り合いからピックアップの依頼の連絡を入れてもらった。 空港に着き、迎えの車が待つエリアに行ってもホテルの車は待機しておらず、空港に到着した連絡がホテルに行ってから迎えの車はホテルを出発したのだろうと思うくらいの待ち時間だった。 ホテルに着くとフロントでピックアップ代金が1,000タカになると言われた。Ctripに無料と書いてあったと伝えると、その記述のあるものを見せて欲しいと言われたが、夜遅かったため、この件はマネージャーと話しておきますので早く部屋で休んでくださいと言われた。翌朝チェックアウト時にこの話が出たら見せようとCtripの画面を用意していたが、結局ピックアップ代は請求されなかった。 部屋はサイトの写真通り綺麗だったが、シャワーのお湯が出なかった。 泊まったのがラマダン中だったので、日中は食事がしづらいので朝食ビュッフェを期待していたが、ビュッフェではなく、アラカルトメニューから選ぶ形式になっていた。1人で焼き飯とチョーミンの２つを頼んでも全然OKで、パイナップルジュースもおかわりも作りますよと言ってもらえた。パイナップルジュースはおかわりしなかったが、食後コーヒーを頼んだらレストランの外にある階下のカフェに行ってコーヒーを淹れて来てくれた。 チェックアウトはスムーズに行き、空港へ向かうためタクシーを呼ぼうとウーバーを使おうとするとうまくいかなかった時、フロントの人が自分のウーバーを使ってタクシーを呼んでくれたので、ホテルにタクシーを頼むよりリーズナブルに空港まで行くことができた。 トータルでとても気持ちの良い滞在でした。

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Silenzio, la salute è buona L'hotel mandera'un pezzo di cioccolato, e mangiare prima di dormire la notte aiuterà a dormire. La piscina è al piano superiore, non più di due piccoli piscina La sala fitness non è abbastanza grande per essere usata.

Hotel is very flexible who give me late check out to catch my evening flight. I chose this hotel because it is near airport. Recently, Bangladesh is having protest so it is important for visitors to stay at a safe place and close to airport. This hotel is a good choice for us!

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, reasonable value for the money paid, Close to Airport in Uttara Sector 1, awesome part of Dhaka. Uber anywhere you like easily. And the staff are really good. Room was so clean and everything worked! I'm a Dhaka regular will rebook again Thanks

The hotel has a really good location close to a lot of important places and a train station also. The service and all the stuff are friendly, gentle and helpful. The condition of the room wasn’t perfect, because of the time, but it was clean and well prepared with all the necessary amenities. The breakfasts were tasty and various for everyone. I recommend this hotel
