⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

L'hotel è pulito, l'ambiente è tranquillo e confortevole, il servizio è entusiasta e attento, le strutture sono tutte al di là delle aspettative, molto soddisfatto di un soggiorno

Friendly staff and good service All the staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the location is great if you have an early flight to catch.

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Ha tenuto i soldi che abbiamo perso per sbaglio, ci ha trovati per confermarli a colazione il giorno dopo, e poi ci ha dato i soldi il giorno in cui siamo partiti. La posizione era buona per gli affari, ma il traffico di Dacca è il traffico di Dacca, quindi era una seccatura viaggiare ovunque tranne che in centro. Il personale era eccezionale. Niente era di troppo disturbo. Tutto era pulito e la nostra camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. L'unico problema che ho avuto è stato che il letto era troppo duro e non ho dormito bene la prima notte. L'ho detto alla donna delle pulizie e subito ha portato un materasso più morbido e 2 trapunte. Dopo questo, ho dormito bene. Sono un occidentale e sono abituato ai letti morbidi, il mio compagno di viaggio è bengalese e il letto andava bene per lei. Quindi questo non sarà un problema se sei abituato ai letti duri. Appena ho esposto il mio problema lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Così buona ospitalità. La piscina sul tetto era rinfrescante e pulita. La palestra era molto ben attrezzata, migliore di alcune palestre in cui sono stato.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

Vicinissimo all'aeroporto. Tutto il personale è molto gentile, sempre pronto ad aiutare: ci hanno fatto il check-in velocemente, ci hanno aiutato a chiamare un taxi perché non parliamo la lingua locale. Sembra proprio che qui gli ospiti siano i benvenuti!

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families.
