⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

The hotel is decent for its price and location. If you have an early morning connecting flight, it’s a budget-friendly option to crash for the night, as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. However, be prepared for noise—the rooms have little to no sound insulation, and traffic noise from the road can make it feel like you’re sleeping right beside it. If you can use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones, it’s manageable given the price. The rooms are good for under $30, and the breakfast is modest but acceptable.

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

The room is quite large, with ample space to move around and relax. The furniture is tastefully arranged and gives a cozy and comfortable feel. The facilities are relatively new, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding environment is very safe and peaceful, with no disturbances or noise from the outside. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, as it takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport by taxi.

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

Fantastic new hotel conveniently halfway between upperclass Gulshan and old ( Puran) Dhaka. Manager Rony really made it a great stay. I had a small medical issue and he insisted on personally accompanying to the hospital and followed everything up. Absolutely the best. Has a rooftop pool and sauna/steam room and a massive breakfast.

Останавливались на 2 ночи, отель очень уютный и красивый. Завтраки просто великолепные, хотелось попробовать все. Но есть один минус о котором не предупреждают заранее. Большинство номеров имеют смежные двери из-за чего слышимость становится ужасной. Вечером было прекрасно слышно как в соседнем номере звонит телефон и кашель человека. Рано утром пришлось вскочить с кровати и ударить по смежной двери поскольку человек очень громко включил телевизор. Это конечно немного испортило впечатление об отдыхе

Non è un hotel e è solo un ostello per i viaggiatori cinesi. Non sarà adatto per i viaggiatori di business di altri paesi. Questa struttura non ha i bagni. C'è solo un bagno per cinque camere.È un bagno condiviso e è stato scioccante per quanto hanno pagato. Anche una cucina è stata convertita in una stanza. Solo vantaggio è che è vicino all'aeroporto. Porte di questo appartamento saranno chiuse alle 10 pm. Ascensori saranno switched da alle 10 pm. Camere sono al 8° piano. Immagina cosa succede se gli ascensori vengono spegniti e soprattutto se stai portando i bagagli pesanti. Inoltre, non hanno una macchina per swap di carte e si deve pagare attraverso la valuta locale. Se si è viaggiatore di bilancio che non ha bisogno di alcuna attrezzatura, allora si può andare a prenderla. In caso contrario, rimanere in questo luogo vi darà molte frustrazioni. Le camere reali sono completamente diverse dalle foto condivise su trip.com. Il colazione inizia alle 8 e se dovete iniziare presto questo posto non funzionerà di nuovo. Anche le toletta non sono fornite. Sono state fornite solo un paio di toletta a mano. Non suggerisco questo hotel per nessun viaggiatore d'affari o per le famiglie.
