Germania: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Sassonia-Anhalt

Abbiamo dormito qui una notte per incontrare la famiglia sul mercato di Natale, e per questo è la posizione ideale. Ho avuto qualche preoccupazione per la situazione in un punto così vicino al bacino del Riebeck e devo dire anche che nonostante le finestre chiuse, c'è stato ancora qualche traffico, ma non c'è problema per gli abitanti delle zone rurali, se necessario. L'aria condizionata era già abbastanza forte. Dovremmo aprirla di notte, perché era calda nella stanza. Purtroppo dovremmo riconfigurarla di notte, perché non era in modo corretto. Altrimenti non ci mancava niente. La dimensione della camera era buona. Anche i giochi erano in camera. Poi abbiamo usato il bar anche tardi sera e potevamo far sentire il giorno confortevole.

Poiché sono in viaggio molto professionale in hotel, desidero illustrare qui di seguito le mie percepzioni in hotel. Alla destra dell'entrata c'era un ”teppino” chiaramente visibile di cotone da uccello, che si potrebbe certamente rimuovere con un pulitore ad alta pressione. La ricezione stessa era amichevole, ma la camera stessa era relativamente piccola e il letto matrimoniale di dimensioni - almeno sentito - 140 x 200 cm, così come la TV e il bagno, molto piccolo. Le pareti e i pavimenti del telaio hanno mostrato chiare tracce di uso e la lampada era anche incollata con l'incolumità di un club di calcio tedesco, con danni alla porta del bagno. Al ricevimento, ci è stato detto che il ristorante non ha aperto il giorno della nostra arrivo, perché - tenente - non c'era personale disponibile. Nel primo giorno, nel bagno non erano state svuotate diverse tavole, non erano state parzialmente rincoperte o solo parzialmente coperte. Il secondo giorno era meglio. Infine, l'aria condizionata nella zona del colazione potrebbe tollerare una pulizia, come per i riscaldatori della stazione di servizio.

出門在外，沒有那麼多講究，安全衞生就行，整體還可以，酒店早餐豐富不錯，房間沒有燒水壺，可能中國遊客住的不多，停車方便免費。

We were traveling from Warsaw to Rotterdam and needed a overnight stop . This location was perfect close to the motorway. We had not pre booked , but the receptionist was very helpful and spoke per English. The room was spotless and provided space and other little extas. We ate in the restaurant, and although the menu was limited , there was enough choice and was very tasty. The staff again were very polite and the young gentleman spoke English which was very helpful. Breakfast again was plentiful with a mass choice for everyone , including a gluten free area ( for those). We enjoyed every bit of it and would stay again , but be warned it was not cheap but worth it . Maksim Kocura 02/02/ 23

Als ich das Zimmer betrat ist es sehr sehr sauber und sehr geräumig und bequem das Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen Hotel Personal an der Rezeption sehr höflich erklärte mir den Weg zum Zimmer nach dem Check in

Nice reception area. Only one member of staff in the kitchen for the evening meal so took a while although food was decent once it arrived. Gym / wellness center only opens between 3-9pm - apparently this is for cleaning. Not sure how it needs so much time to clean it since it appears to be a fairly small workout space. Most hotels offer much more generous opening times. The offering is not much use to us though as we were working from 3pm. A bit annoying really. The receptionist on duty at the time was not very helpful - had a take it or leave it kind of attitude. Area is pretty bleak although we did find a little Christmas cheer at the local festive market a short walk into the town. Bedroom good size and nice shower but overall a bit tired around the edges and one of the beds kept sliding away from the wall….We managed to improve this by wedging a bathroom floor mat under the leg of the bed. Overall the business plan for this hotel needs some rethinking….it could be a lot better with some updates and just a few tweaks.

ich möchte Ihnen gerne ein großes Lob aussprechen für den erstklassigen Service, den ich während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel erlebt habe. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung an der Rezeption bis hin zur komfortablen und makellos sauberen Unterkunft fühlte ich mich rundum wohl. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bereit, meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Jede Mahlzeit war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Auch das Spa und der Fitnessbereich waren hervorragend ausgestattet und boten die perfekte Möglichkeit zur Entspannung und Erholung. Ich möchte mich nochmals herzlich bei Ihnen und Ihrem Team bedanken und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in der Stadt ohne zu zögern wieder in Ihrem Hotel übernachten.

4 Monate nach unserer letzten Tour Anfang Februar waren wir jetzt zu Pfingsten wieder im Schanzenhaus. Die Begrüßung bei der Ankunft am Morgen war mehr als freundlich. Der Check Inn wurde schon durchgeführt, obwohl die Zimmer erst ab 15.00 Uhr bezugsfertig sind. Am Abend haben wir unser schönes und saubere Zimmer mit Blick auf das Schloss bezogen. Es wurden einige positive Änderungen vorgenommen. Glückwunsch! Das Frühstück an allen Tagen war wieder sehr schmackhaft aufgebaut und reichlich. Ständige Kontrollen durch das Personal und den Koch, ob alle Speisen ausreichend vorrätig waren. Über die Feiertage wurde jeweils ein anderes Büfett angeboten. Wir hatten uns für Samstag- und Sonntagabend zum Essen angemeldet. Alles reichlich und alles sehr lecker zubereitet. Auch die Nachspeisen waren sehr lecker. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Chefkoch und seinem Team. Insgesamt sagen wir, es war ein schönes Pfingstwochenende. Leider zu kurz. Danke Euch allen. Wir sehen uns spätestens zum 2. Advent 2022 wieder. Hotel located in the center of the city; offers a restaurant and free WiFi in the entire hotel. A 10-minute walk takes you to the railway station and town hall. Ideal for a business stay. Car parking available and not expansive. Receptionist kind and helpful. In the room, availbale free drinks from the mini bar. TV is very big anyhow with no so many channel. In-room safe available. Comfortable and large bed. Desk/table is large and useful to work in the room. Also furnitures are good. Anyhow the cleaning of the room is not so good: a lot of points against: broken curtain, dirty dust on carpet, glasses in the bathroom were dirty (!) and night by night no cleaning of the room. No air conditioning in the room. Small and poorly equipped gym. And no water is available, only towels. Excellent and plentiful breakfast: personnel very kind. 5 stars for the personnel. Quality/price just sufficient in relationship to my experience

We stayed here as part of a group. The hotel was very busy with both regional and international companies. We were amazed by the size of the dining room which was expanded nightly via adjoining room partitions to accommodate the masses. Our room was large and comfy with a built-in luggage rack and plenty closet space. What is certainly weird, and maybe this is a German thing, but my husband loved the instant cappuccino packs provided in the room, but these were never refilled. In fact, our mugs were left dirty and we had to wash them ourselves. No milk or creamer are provided, so you've got to take a little jug from the restaurant. No coffee or tea supplies were refilled during our time. Others in our group had the same experience. The front office service was hit or miss and generally I found them more engrossed in their tasks like balancing their floats than to attend to customers'. A front office agent should be forward facing I feel at all times, as otherwise you're looking at the staff from the side and trying to get their attention. The buffet was quite good as we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches daily. I wish the fish was done in different styles but I liked the variety nightly for dinner and lots of vegetable options. The dessert could have been was more innovative than mousse, mousse and mousse in different flavours with icecream. Some bread pudding, proper cake, a trifle or creme caramel, meringue, etc. would have been welcomed, especially by the international guests. I mean even German desserts like Apple strudel, Lebkuchen, Plum cake or other regional sweet would have been nice. Location is halfway between the railway station and the center of town and the little red land train to the castle starts & stops just behind the hotel so this is very ideal. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings. The bartender Salvatore was a delightful character; friendly and efficient despite not speaking a word of English. We would definitely stay here on a future trip.

Fancy ist das Motto des Dormero-Hotels in Halle, was eine gute Kombination zur klassisch-verspielten Architektur darstellt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Mobiliar antik angehaucht. Für die Innenstadt von Halle ist es echt ruhig und die Services (Frühstück, Reinigung, Bar) sind sehr gut. Ich komme gern wieder.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Innenstadt ist prima zu erreichen und mit der Straßenbahn, die auch in der Nähe fährt, kann man sehr gut die Stadt erkunden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Quindi eravamo li' per un fine settimana e ci è piaciuto molto bene. L'hotel era centrale e si poteva raggiungere tutto bene a piedi. Naturalmente c'era anche vicino alle modalità di trasporto pubblico. La colazione era molto buona e variabile. La gente del servizio era anche amichevole. Aveva tutto quello che dovevamo e saremmo tornati.

Es fing damit an, dass meine Reservierung nicht gleich zu finden war - kann vorkommen. Das Hotel hat vier Sterne - von wem frage ich mich? Man siehr noch, dass es mal ein Ramada war, aber leider nur der erste Eindruck. Die Holztäfelung machte es unmöglich gemütlich im Bett etwas Fernzusehen, die Kissen waren matschig. Eine Kaffee/Tee Station im Zimmer fehlte genauso wie eine Minibar. Die Sauberkeit war leider auch nur äußerlich, in den Ecken und auf dem Fernseher war es leider nicht so schön, Stauballergiker hätten hier Probleme. Das Frühstück war vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis negativ, ich habe den Tag verärgert beginnen müssen, ein Foto von der Fischplatte lege ich bei. Die Brötchen einfallslos, die Würstchen viel zu lange gebraten und total vertrocknet, die Säfte nicht frisch und die Aufschnittauswahl mäßig. Der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Schlauch der Dusche zu kurz und die Armaturen sind leider billige. Es fehlte ein Waschlappen und es gab auch keine Bodylotion. Das einzige was wirklich viel rausgeholt hat, war das Personal an der Bar. Dieses kämpfte gegen eine unzureichend ausgestattete Bar (Das Management ist das inkompetenteste, was mir seit langem untergekommen ist). Die Beiden gaben sich super viel Mühe, waren schnell und freundlich, auch in stark frequentierten Momenten. Man sollte beide befördern, denn deren Vorgestzte, sollten vielleicht einmal mit denen tauschen. Fazit: Das Hotel spart an allen Ecken zu lasten von Qualität und Service. Man soll kommen, bezahlen und gehen, aber sich nicht wohlfühlen. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten und ich wäre sehr zufrieden gewesen, aber bei dem Preis, oder besser Preisen - nein Danke. Auch die im Fahrstuhl propagierte ”Best Price” Werbung für die eigene Webseite, stellte sich zumindest für mich als falsch heraus - ich habe den günstigeren Kurs woanders gefunden. Von Gratis Extras steht auch etwas im Fahrstuhl - auch Fehlanzeige. Schade!

Wi hatten in diesem Hotel für eine Woche gebucht, um uns die Stadt Magdeburg anzuschauen. Wir hatten 3 Monate im voraus online reserviert und alle klappte vorzüglich. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Lage dieses Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt im Herrenkrugpark, sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen. Parkplätze für das gute Stück sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch einige zum Hotel gehörige, aber kostenpflichtige Stellplätze sind direkt gegenüber der Rezeption. Diese werden abends um 22.00 Uhr auch verschlossen. Das schönste aber, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat ist eine Endhaltestelle der Waldstraßenbahn Linie Nr. 6, die einen in 12 Minuten vom Hotel zum Marktplatz bringt. Das Frühstück ist sensationell gut, nichts fehlt. Danach hat man dann für den ganzen Tag gute Laune. Diese Hotel kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. bdzons

L'hotel è stato molto tranquillo, ma non è stato molto felice di stare qui. L'hotel è chiaramente nuovo e è stato insolito decorato con un tema ciclistico che lo rende un po' interessante - sono tentato di tornare in zona con la mia bici in futuro! Il personale che mi occupavo della ricezione era piacevole e descriverei la stanza come molto pulita e confortevole. Un piccolo annoio era che non c'era un bicchiere nel bagno o nemmeno una tazza nella stanza, ma quando mi ero disvestito e mi sono reso conto che ero troppo stanco per essere vestito per andare giù per chiedere uno (come invitato dall'avviso nella stanza) Così facevo con una bottiglia di bevanda vuota che mi accadde di avere con me, ma dormivo bene nella stanza, rimarrei qui.

La colazione è molto ricca, i bei ragazzi e le belle donne che lavorano alla reception sono molto calorosi e non freddi come il tedesco medio. C'è un parcheggio gratuito. L'hotel non è grande e molto caldo, ci sono dei souvenir da comprare. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro città, molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel, molti ristoranti devono essere prenotati durante l'epidemia

Ho soggiornato col mio coniuge in questo grande hotel dal 10 al 12 agosto 2023. Si tratta di un grande edifcio chiamato ”Castello” in centro a Quedlinburg, dotato di numerose camere e di varie grandi sale per la colazione al primo piano, oltre ad un cortile interno. La camera era molto spaziosa con un grande bagno dotato di finestra propria e di doccia walk-in. Il silenzio e la tranquillità notturne garantite dal fatto che si tratta di un centro storico dove circolano pochissimi veicoli. Persino l'inquinamento luminoso era assente. La colazione, servita a buffet, era molto ricca, sia di cibi salati sia di cibi dolci. Si poteva anche ordinare il caffè espresso o il cappuccino direttamente al personale. Viaggiando in moto, è stato molto comodo poter parcheggiare la moto nel cortile interno senza sovrapprezzo. L'edificio è storico, come quasi tutto il centro della bella Quedlinburg, ma molte (se non tutte le camere) sono in un ampliamento moderno, in un'architettura non pregevole. Un altro aspetto deludente è stato che il ristorante interno all'albergo era chiuso per carenza di personale. Un problema riscontrato un po' in tutta la Germania quest'estate. La ricerca di un buon ristorante aperto e con disponibilità di posto a Quedlinburg non è stata sempre facile.

La posizione è proprio fuori dal centro così facile accesso all'hotel. Parcheggio è lungo la strada (Auto guida un po' veloce là). Ci è un parcheggio vicino al parcheggio bello per una passeggiata (doggy). L'hotel stesso è bello e si può camminare verso la città. (Forse un po' di passeggiata per persone con problemi di mobilità).La stanza era di base ma pulita.Il colazione era tranquillo con molte opzioni.

Excellent hotel ideally located on the central market square, of which we had great views from our spacious junior suite (it can be a bit noisy when they are setting things up outside early morning). Breakfasts are fabulous, with a particularly good selection of mueslis and cheeses, and a large slab of creamy butter tabled each morning. Coffee arrives instantly at your table, and service is speedy and efficient. We dined twice in the hotel's restaurant in the evening, and found it to be high quality, with interesting local produce (pott-suss was really tasty) and, slightly surprisingly, very good German red wine. Barman Andy was one of the best we've encountered - fast, lively and friendly, with a good menory for previous choices, and the ability to produce great cocktails, whether on the menu or not. Most of the staff spoke good English, which took the stress away from relying on my schoolboy German. Only criticism is that we'd have appreciated a bit of help getting our luggage to our room , as it was a long way from reception and involved corridor steps (though there is a lift fortunately). Wernigerode is a good base for the Harz region: we managed to ascend der Brocken (one of us actually walking!), rode the Brockenbahn and the Bimmelbahn, and took a trouble-free bus ride to Quedlinburg, a World Heritage site which is well worth a visit.
