Cina: hotel con bar nella provincia di Shanxi

La stanza era molto calda, situata al primo piano, in un'altra villa rispetto alla reception, ma comunque molto sicura. Le dotazioni della camera erano piuttosto complete, inclusi asciugamani monouso, il che è stato comodo. Per raggiungere la città vecchia, è meglio prendere un taxi, dato che le auto non possono entrare e devono parcheggiare fuori dalla porta nord. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla. A Datong abbiamo comprato delle piccole statue di Buddha e aceto di olivello spinoso; sconsiglio di comprarne troppi, la guida ci ha consigliato di preferire solo marche conosciute.

For the price, this was excellent value. The room was very clean with all the necessities provided. Aside from this, the service was good. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Some cool quirky things, like a cat and its kittens in the lobby (in a glass play area so still hygienic). Also, coffee freshly brewed in the morning in the lobby. I didn't try it, but I think it was free as it was not in the breakfast area. One of the best cheaper stays I have been to traveling around China.

I’ve been completely captivated by the atmosphere here at Pipa Old Inn during my stay. The whole inn is wonderfully antique; walking into the room, the clean bed and wooden window frames create a charming contrast, immediately enveloping you in a warm feeling, as if you’ve stepped into a quiet bygone era. But what truly touched me were the staff; their smiles were warmer than the morning sun. From check-in to answering my questions, every thoughtful gesture made me feel like I was coming home. And the true highlight of the day began with breakfast. The golden fried bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the millet porridge was warm, sweet, and fragrant, and the lamb offal noodles were steaming hot, spicy, and satisfying – simple, yet they truly nourished both body and soul. Sitting in the rustic room, the joy of a good carbonated drink was so real, instantly recharging me, making me want to take this contentment and go explore every corner of Datong. If you come to Datong and want to truly immerse yourself in history while being surrounded by a warm, homey atmosphere, Pipa Old Inn will not disappoint.

We booked at Fengqi jiuting hotel on a family trip to Taiyuan and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is super convenient, on the edge of the bustling Zhong Lou Jie area, with so many food and dining options accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious, with heated floors (a godsend in winter), and nice amenities. It’s a beautiful hotel decked out with contemporary art and was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our trip that much easier. Would definitely recommend.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio di fronte alla città antica di Datong. Basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere la Porta Ovest della città antica ed è vicino a templi come il Monastero di Huayan e il Monastero di Shanhua all'interno delle mura. La camera era pulita e ordinata, l'igiene impeccabile e la biancheria da letto pulita e confortevole. Il servizio alla reception e quello delle pulizie erano eccellenti, sempre disponibili e pronti a rispondere rapidamente a ogni richiesta. C'è un parcheggio privato e gratuito; basta registrare la targa alla reception. Due piccoli dettagli da migliorare: primo, mancavano le indicazioni dei numeri di stanza sui muri del corridoio, il che rendeva difficile trovare la camera e ci si ritrovava a girare a vuoto. Secondo, nella camera doppia, solo un comodino aveva i comandi per le luci, l'altro no, il che era un po' scomodo. Nel complesso, è un buon hotel.

La proprietaria parla molto bene l'inglese, cosa che ha permesso di prenotare in anticipo al telefono il transfer dalla stazione all'albergo a una cifra ragionevole, oltre a potersi capire per ogni necessità. Nessun problema per gli orari di check in e check out, tenendo conto che trattasi di bassa stagione turistica (dicembre 2024). La posizione è ottima, in quanto a pochi minuti dal centro storico. Colazione cinese a base di zuppa, te, panini al vapore e verdure, ma possibilità anche di toast e uova (no buffet). La camera, seppur diversa da quella prenotata, era silenziosa, calda e profumata. C'è anche la possibilità di prenotare un tour guidato privato di 4 ore in inglese discretamente comprensibile a un prezzo ragionevole per scoprire la città. I lavori di ristrutturazione in corso non hanno dato particolare fastidio. Asciugamani in dotazione monouso, dati nuovi ogni giorno assieme ad acqua e carta igienica. Al check out la proprietaria ha regalato una bottiglietta d'aceto tipico di Pingyao.

We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.  The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.  The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.  We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!

Vive a Grand Song per una notte. Ho trovato un nuovo hotel aperto e ho pensato a un punto pulito. Non ho pensato che il prezzo fosse completamente al di sopra delle aspettative. Questo prezzo ha goduto la qualità dell'hotel a mille yuan!! (Il piccolo cane alla porta è carino) consiglia di provare. Ho avuto un mio amore di portare un mio ventilatore, ma questa è Daison!Blanco con 🤣 Nuovo apertura e l'alcol di cocktail è anche buono a bere ～ Niente servizio all'hotel supernice, spero che la prossima volta che viaggiamo sarà fissata ❤️

La posizione è super comoda, proprio su Nanda Street e vicinissima a Yingxun Gate. Si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali punti d'interesse. Avevamo prenotato una camera familiare ma il proprietario ci ha fatto un upgrade a una 'kang' room (una stanza con un letto riscaldato tradizionale) enorme, lunga quattro metri! I bambini erano felicissimi, si sono rotolati da un capo all'altro. L'intera locanda è stata ricavata da un'antica banca risalente a cento anni fa. È stata davvero una bella esperienza.

L'hotel più conveniente della città antica, nessuno. Appena fuori Gulou East e West Street, è comodo andare ovunque. Non ho prenotato una camera con finestra il primo giorno, ho prenotato una camera con corridoio interno L'esperienza è stata pessima. Il giorno successivo l'ho cambiata in una camera deluxe. La camera da letto grande mi ha fatto sentire subito felice. La camera è dotata di asciugacapelli Dyson, WC intelligente e condizionatore e bevande. In questi giorni ci siamo sistemati in questo hotel per la mattina, il pranzo e la sera. Grazie ancora ai camerieri qui per il servizio cordiale nel ristorante Premuroso, sceglierò qui la prossima volta
