Hotel is a great option for a stay on Košice. I have visited KE multiple times and this first time staying outside the city center. Hotel is very clean and room was excellent size with all modern in room amenities. Location although not in city center, is directly across from a very good shopping center and restaurants. Taxi to Košice Center is only 5mins / €7. Breakfast was very good, and staff very friendly.

Posizione ottima, in centro. Locali comuni molto curati. Stanza grande e completa di tutto ciò che può servire. Letto comodissimo. Colazione varia ma non eccellente nella parte dolce. Personale efficiente. Presenza di palestra e sauna (non provate)

Sono rimasto qui due volte in marcia su viaggi d'affari e amavo assolutamente il posto. Ha splendide viste sul lago e molto privato vista balcone. Questo hotel deve essere uno dei miei preferiti assoluti, con un bellissimo staff e un ristorante 5 stelle sulla proprietà. Mi aspetto di tornare con più tempo, in modo da poter beneficiare di tutto ciò che deve offrire.

Great hotel with really helpful staff. Room was very good. Private sauna and jacuzzi bath plus two huge rooms. Everything in the room that we needed for a weekend stay. Very warm also as temperature outside was starting to drop. Breakfast wasn't included but was excellent. Check-in was very quick and we even got our room early as in was not occupied the day before. Good location about 400m from main town area. No negatives at all.

Non consiglio l'Hotel Bristol a Kosice. I corridoi elettrici nella mia stanza non erano ben posizionati e così per spegnere la luce dovevo uscire dal letto. Ho trovato il mio bagno non molto pulito il secondo giorno. I radiatori sono fermati e sono io a girarli girando il nodo e senza sapere che ho dormito freddo la prima notte; ogni giorno il puliziatore li rimuove e poi è io a girarli di nuovo girando i nodi. Su Internet avevo visto che il check-out era programmato per le 12:00, ma alle 10:30 mi hanno chiamato nella mia stanza dicendomi che se volessi rimanere nella stanza fino alle 12:00, dovrei pagare altri 20 euro. Ho dovuto accettare perché non ero pronto, ho controllato alle 11:20 e non ho trovato questo pagamento extra un gesto molto elegante da loro. Infine, il colazione è solo decente, ma niente di più. In Italia sarebbe classificato come 3 stelle.

Big hotel situated in centre of town, so everything was close. Hotel with rich amenities - restaurant, bar, wellness, fitness, childrens corner (babysitting), library,.... Parking available right in front of the hotel. Wifi was quite weak in hotel rooms, strong in restaurant. Rooms were quite small, but clean, tidy and modern, with basic equipment. We missed air conditioning, especially when the windows could not be opened. Wellness offeres plenty of options - various saunas, showers, cooling pool, relaxation beds, whirlpool. You can enjoy also massage. Buffet breakfast with a rich menu, I would appreciate more vegetables/fresh salads. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially because Spišská Nová Ves is one of the starting points for tourism in the Slovak Paradise and the hotel was a place where we could relax, eat and rest after our tourist trips.

Il personale di ricezione ha aiutato a spiegare la città, il trasporto e a soddisfare le nostre richieste supplementari. Il ristorante era bello e il bar era eccellente, aveva una bottiglia di vino locale e ci hanno preso il tempo di decantarla e ci hanno dato tutta l'esperienza del gusto del vino. Siamo rimasti qui per la gara, hanno aperto il colazione presto per i corridoi (7:45) e hanno organizzato un camion per noi alle 7:45. Si prenota un camion in avvoltoio, perché sono occupati la mattina della gara. In retrospettiva, potremmo avere un camion un po' più tardi, 8:15 o così, perché era molto facile arrivare all'inizio della gara alle 9:00.

Great location - few minutes walk from train station, about 3 minutes walk to the center of Košice. The hotel is located on a calm side street, though. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. They gave us great advise on what to do, see and visit in the city during our stay. :) Spacious room with a big and comfortable bed. Sleeping area and living room were separated, which was great. The accommodation was clean and cozy. Better than expected! Hotel spa was beautiful but way too small. There were not enough deckchairs and seats in the relaxing area which made it a bit uncomfortable when there were more guests in the spa. We ended up just using the jacuzzi and went straight back to our room. We were told the spa can only be visited by guests over the age of 15 but in the end there were some kids in the spa each evening. It was therefore a bit noisy but we did not mind. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks :) The hotel restaurant is really beautiful, it's a winter garden with many plants, flowers and a fountain in the middle of the room. Fresh air, birds singing and quiet music playing in the background create an amazing calming atmosphere. The breakfast was also good, variable.
