RRLiewProprio nel centro della città! Miglior per la celebrazione del nuovo anno, solo a pochi passi dall'hotel dopo i lavori di fuoco. Molto spaziosa camera e soggiorno, le strutture sono grandi. L'unico punto di svolta è che devi sdraiarti il divano, non c'è servizio.L'ascensore è molto lento.

UUtente ospiteTribe hotel is 2 minutes walk to the airport. Lovely modern rooms. Bar and restaurant staff extremely friendly. We were a party of 14 and they accommodated us in a private area and Lewis the waiter looked after us efficiently while being friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

La stanza è estremamente pulita, confortevole e ha una vista estremamente impressionante. La palestra, la piscina, il cibo ... tutto rende tutto più perfetto.

UUtente ospiteno parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel was a positive surprise to me. I did not expect more than a bed to sleep close to the center of Manchester for the price I paid for the stay and they offered so much more with the friendliness and professionalism of the frontdesk service staff, the varied breakfast and comfortable bed. The hotel is however a bit outdated and I missed a usb plug in the room for charging mobile as I am a European traveller and the plug is different. Luckily front desk helped me with an adapter for the night. I also had a small lunch at the Garden restaurant and whether you go there for a drink or food you will find nice staff and you can taste the freshness of the products used.
All in all, great value for money.

UUtente anonimoDuring my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.
A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay.
The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience.
One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons.
In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.
