I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Great hotel with a convenient location. Fully matches the description. The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Il posto è buono e classificato tutto quello che ti serve è da lavastoviglie, vestiti, tappeti e una piccola cucina. Il posto è pulito, ma Mo è la cosa migliore. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — right in the old city, with many highly rated cafes and restaurants nearby, including plenty of places serving local Georgian cuisine. The room was comfortable, modern, and surprisingly quiet. The internet connection was also excellent — I measured over 200 Mbps at one point. Breakfast was decent and quite similar to what we experienced in other hotels across Georgia. The staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, this is a very good option for staying in Batumi, we would stay here again.

Но я жила в полулюксе, за другие номера не берусь говорить, у меня и вид был на миллион и терраса и ванна. Отличный завтрак, удобная кровать, халаты, тапочки, мне не хватило только крема для тела, так как я приехала вообще налегке, у меня ничего с собой не было, но это прямо если выискивать к чему бы придраться, а придраться не к чему. Спасибо, все было просто супер!

This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Hotel carino, proprio sulla spiaggia e a piedi di tutte le visione di Batumi. Ottimo albergo. Molto rilassante e non poteva essere più utile- offriamo a mio amico e a me un aggiornamento gratuito. Rimanere!
