Belgio: hotel con bar nella provincia di Anversa

Contro amico e permetteto di andare alla mia camera gemella 4 ore prima. Hotel molto pulito con asciugamani e acqua fornita. Non ci sono giacche, ma credo che questo deve essere Bea belga. La stazione è al contrario, ma è a 20 minuti a piedi dalla vecchia città. Bene per me, ma alcuni potrebbero voler stare più vicini. La passeggiata è la strada principale. In generale penso che sia un grande valore. Come nota agli altri ospiti, e io scrivo sempre questo, si prega di essere più considerati quando parlare nei corridoi, soprattutto prima delle 8:00. Whisper, le tue eco eco e i tuoi medici sono come te urla. E non permettere che le porte chiudono la schiena!!

The hotel is quite nice located near the Antwerpen centraal train station. The room is spacious and the bathroom is new and modern. I really enjoyed the time other than noisy neighbors. Also they have a system that if you dont request room cleaning, they offer vouchers for drinks at the bar downstairs as a sustainable way to help environment.

Nice hotel in a great location. The city centre is walkable and parking is available in the vicinity at 19Euros per day which is a good price for Antwerp. Great staff that is attentive and genuinly kind. Very clean rooms. Bar has nice selection of beers.

The hotel in conveniently located just across from the train station and although the rooms are small, they are nicely decorated. I would give this hotel 5 out of 5, BUT I had to pay to store my luggage and honestly it was the first time I was charged for this. I don’t recommend staying here if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. My room also wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, but that’s ok.

This new Adagio is walking distance from Antwerp Central station and major inner city transport links (pre metro). I personally stayed for two nights with a concert at Sportpaleis on night 2, and this was ideal. Extra points for having to use the key card to gain access to the hotel entrance late at night and the reception being attended at all times. The hotel still has that fresh look about it and staff were all extremely welcoming. The room is stylishly designed, was spotless and has all amenities, even for a longer business stay (lots! of plug outlets). Although the room itself could feel cramped after three or so days if you spend a lot of time in there, the lounge was very calm and agreeable and could offer a nice workspace for most people. I could definitely see myself working from there. Amazing shower, which is always a key point for me, but quite uncomfortable bed. I like my mattresses firm, but this was a bit too much (probably cause they are so new). All in all, I would definitely consider this as my new fixed hotel when in Antwerp, but there are a few teething problems to work out: - no acknowledgement of Accor status upon arrival (so in my case, no welcome drink or offer of late check-out). - certain small things in the room need sorting out: the clock on the microwave lights up the room during the night (I DYI-ed it by wedging a towel between the cupboard door above, but there must be easier ways to cover this fully), the toilet roll holder is at a very weird angle and quite far away from the toilet when there is plenty of room next to the toilet (maybe this is an accessibility issue?), certain furniture looks stylish but don’t serve a purpose (the free standing reading lamp next to the bed is pushed to the side when the bed is pulled out and can’t be used, it would be better to find a spot for it next to the cosy chair).

Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner très copieux. A 5 minutes du tram, c'est très pratique.

Il parcheggio è un parcheggio pubblico, quindi se lo dà una seconda volta, non puoi uscire. È 20 ore. Ogni volta che uscite dopo il parcheggio, devi pagare la differenza. 4-5 per ora. Le strutture commerciali circostanti, i supermercati e le farmacie shopping malle, gli hamburger e altri ristoranti sono a buon mercato 200-400m passeggiata. L'hotel è stato così confortevole, spazioso e pulito.

I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff that checked me in this past week. My husband and I booked a stay at this hotel back in April for 4 nights. They sent me an email stating that they weren't able to charge my credit card on the reservation, which made sense because we had forgotten we had just received a new card to replace the expired one. They asked that I look at my account, so they can charge a new card. If I failed to do that in 24 hours, then my booking would be cancelled. Approx 13 hours of receiving that email, I went in and updated the credit card information on the account and sent them an email confirming I did so. When I arrived at this hotel to check in a month later (which was this past week), the front desk staff told me that the reservation was cancelled. I showed them the email that they sent me and the one I had sent to them. I also showed them my original reservation number. They looked into it for a while, but they told me that ultimately the reservation was cancelled so they can't do anything. They were also all booked up on one of the four nights we were supposed to stay there, so they could only check us in for 2 nights (Thurs-Fri). Up to this point, I was confused but I wasn't upset. I understand things can happen, and I was eager to work this out. However, what really pushed me over the edge was the fact that the front desk staff showed no empathy for the situation I was in. I told them that I never received any email that my reservation was cancelled. I even asked if there were any other alternative hotels, as we were traveling from outside the country and did not know the area well. The staff person I was talking to responded with very little attempt at professionalism, and instead told me that we should solve this ”later” as I was holding up the line. I believe her words were along the lines of, ”you should turn around, look at the line.” When I asked her when ”later” would be, she let out a small laugh which was a very confusing response to what I thought was a valid question. This is when I was starting to feel incredulous. I wanted her assistance, but I got rudeness and condescension in return. I tried my best not to raise my voice even though I was getting frustrated, and I told her that I felt I was getting penalized for something that wasn't my fault. Still, there was no attempt to help me with the situation, and I felt like I was being waved away. At the very end of our interaction, the staff person told me that if there is a room that opens up on Sat they would contact me to let me know. I asked how they would contact me on updates (would it be through the hotel phone? My international number? Call, email, or text?) and I received a very frustrated look and a sigh in return, not a helpful response. I am still unsure why she acted this way, when I genuinely wanted to understand how I would be contacted. (And they never actually contacted me... even to tell me they were still all boo

We had some problems getting here due to road closures but being on a motorcycle you can squeeze through small spaces! Secure underground parking was available which is always good. When we walked into this hotel we thought we had gone to the wrong place. It looked nice in the pictures but the word stunning springs to mind. Check in was very smooth and the receptionist was super helpful. Our room was on the first floor (a budget room) but it was wonderful. The room was large with a four poster bed. Lots of storage and power points, there was a separate toilet and bathroom with nice toiletries. My only criticism would be replace the toilet brush! (Yuk) The bed was a bit firmer than I usually like, but I did manage to sleep quite well. The room is air conditioned which makes it very pleasant. The hotel is very handy for the centre of Mechelen and the neighbours very friendly! We even treated ourselves to cocktails in the bar. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options and check out very efficient. We will be back!

Non posso fare altro che valutare eccellente il trattamento del personale. Ho avuto problemi di salute e sono stati molto vicini e attenti. La posizione all'interno di Malina è buona e le strutture soddisfano le esigenze che a titolo personale richiedeva. Le sto togliendo un punto nella valutazione di pulizia per l'uso di moquette, non perché fosse sporco o molto meno, la pulizia merita un 5 anche ma so che è di vitale importanza per le persone con allergie e altri impedimenti con essa. Raccomando molto, soprattutto per il servizio e il personale, e ripeto.

Fantastico hotel, centro e facile accesso... l'unico ma lo spazio wellness non è stato possibile usare perché era completamente riservato, potrebbero dare priorità agli ospiti dell'hotel, peraltro tutto bene

L'hotel è situato a pochi passi da Bruxelles, ma molto piacevole per il soggiorno di notte all'hotel. L'hotel era molto bello, pulito, temperato e abbiamo organizzato Mosaici nelle strade sono un po 'sopportuno rispetto al resto dell'impianto è un problema marginale. Il letto era un regalo e bello, e buono a dormire in esso 😊 Il ristorante era tempestoso, pulito e ben organizzato, il colazione era eccellente con varie opzioni.

We verbleven 1 nacht van zaterdag op zondag. De ligging is heel goed, pal in het centrum nabij de Romboutstoren. Het interieur sprak ons niet meteen aan maar de receptie was hartelijk. De kamer was proper, maar de tv werkte niet, er waren geen koffie/theevoorzieningen en de kussens (slechts 1 per persoon) stelden niet veel voor, waardoor we niet goed geslapen hebben. Bovendien kon je het lawaai van buiten en van andere kamers/de gang goed horen. We hadden ook last van geurhinder van een restaurant nabij. Het ontbijt met zicht op de toren viel wel in de smaak, het is een beperkt buffet met verse producten, echter niet heel uitgebreid maar zeker voldoende en met genoeg voorraad die tijdig werd aangevuld. Uitchecken ging niet wegens geen aanwezigheid, wat vreemd om zomaar te vertrekken.

Mi serviva un uomo al divano / ricevimento e era amichevole e disposto ad aiutare, che rendeva il soggiorno piacevole. Situato a circa 5-10mins passeggiata al centro della città e a pochi minuti dall'hotel c'è un negozio di comodità. La camera e il bagno sono puliti e spaziosi, con aria condizionata, che è un punto di più soprattutto durante la stagione estiva. Prenderei di nuovo questo hotel quando sarò a Mechelen e a Bruxelles in futuro.

Dall'inizio, il nostro soggiorno è stato attenuato dalla assoluta mancanza di comunicazione da parte della gestione dell'hotel, e dal sito web molto fuori data, scarsamente composito. Abbiamo dipendeto principalmente dal sito web per le informazioni necessarie per elaborare i nostri piani di viaggio, insieme ad alcune informazioni ricavate dalle guide di viaggio belghe. Siamo stati sorpresi di trovare, al momento dell'arrivo a Het Anker, che, contrariamente alle informazioni del sito web, saremmo stati prelevati E15 al giorno per parcheggio, 'sotto la strada'. Questa è la nostra prima delle molte sorprese che hanno partecipato alla nostra breve visita di una notte a metà giugno 2023. Il secondo è che il ”caffèmaker” nella stanza non era altro che una contrazione di ”pot caldo” per bollire l'acqua, e il ”caffè” era semplicemente un paio di pacchetti di un po' di cottura istantanea. e le mie molteplici richieste al desk front (IVA, non c'è telefono in camera, devi andare fisicamente al desk ...) per fornire un po' di caffè e condimenti sono stati completamente ignorati. Sulla base delle informazioni disponibili sul sito web al momento della prenotazione, non sono state offerte visite di birra (probabilmente non sono state aggiornate dal sito da Covid?), tuttavia, al nostro arrivo, abbiamo notato che erano effettivamente offerte, Solo nessuno disponibile durante il soggiorno fuori! Ovviamente, ora sembra almeno che parte del sito è stato aggiornato. In generale, le camere sono piccole e non c'è nessun A/C. Il ristorante non è niente di speciale, e siamo stati molto sorpresi di vedere che le fritte che servivano con i nostri pesci e chip non erano vere fritte di stile belga, Sono stati semplicemente la varietà congelata comunemente trovata negli Stati Uniti e in altri paesi! Che delusione! Devo dire, a meno che non siate davvero disposti ad avere un'esperienza di ”state in un vecchio birratore belga” e siete disposti a abbandonare molti dei comfort standard della creatura associati ad un hotel in questa gamma di prezzi, È probabile che si possa fare molto meglio nella zona di Mechelen!

Inizialmente relegati al quarto piano abbiamo acceso il condizionatore e un rumore assordante ha riempito la camera. Camera che già ci era parsa vecchiotta e non ben tenuta. Abbiamo chiamato la cameriera al piano ( o forse era la padrona....non lo sò) che accortasi del problema ha provveduto a cambiarci la camera e scusandoci ci ha portato al secondo piano dove le nuove camere sono belle ben arredate e confortevoli
