Nuova Zelanda: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Canterbury

L'appartamento è vicino al bellissimo lago Ruataniwha, anche a pochi passi dal centro città. L'appartamento mi ha anche inviato tutte le informazioni necessarie per rimanere qui. Questo è un buon posto per rimanere anche fuori dal centro città

I have stayed there a few times now. Friendly staff, clean rooms and I had a nice quiet room. I will stay there again.

Quando si chiede un'acqua minerale da bere, daranno a ciascuno solo una piccola bottiglia (350 ml). Come marchio di 5 stelle , una richiesta di acqua potabile non dovrebbe essere respinta

We had a wonderful stay at LyLo Christchurch Airport. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. It really reflects how kind and warm New Zealanders are. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the airport, making it an excellent choice for first-time travellers arriving in New Zealand or anyone with an early flight. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Siamo un paio di ragazzina di 5 anni. Abbiamo pagato SGD697.85 (dollaro di Singapore) per soggiornare 2 notti in questo ”appartamento a 2 camere” come indicato. 3 punti qui per spiegare la terribile esperienza. 1. TV remote non funziona. Non m'importa che il proprietario faccia scusa come “il messaggio del cliente rispose entro 20 minuti....”, ma hanno effettivamente preso 29 minuti per rispondere (19:10 a 19:39). Infatti, non sono riusciti a cambiare la TV remote alla fine. Perciò sono rimasto 2 notti senza usare la TV! 2.there Non è una descrizione chiara e ovvia che questo ”appartamento a 2 camere” è in realtà un'unità adiacente che significa quando si cammina nella porta anteriore, quindi ci sono 2 porte collegate a parti divise dell'appartamento. Il problema delle unità adiacenti sono le pareti sottili sono usate per divisare l'appartamento in due piccole unità. Quando si soggiorna in questo tipo di appartamento, si deve resistere a tutti i tipi di rumore da chi si soggiorna in camere vicine. Abbiamo avuto due giorni di tempo per sopportare gli ospiti dall'altra stanza urlando, strillando la porta, gridando come pazzi, sia al mattino che al pomeriggio! 3. Quando rifletto questa cattiva esperienza con il servizio clienti trip.com, questo hotel ha risposto come se non fossero difettosi e giocassero con parole. Questa atteggiamento ci fa sentire come essere stupido. Abbiamo pagato per aspettare di rimanere in un appartamento con privacy e tranquillo ambiente, ma in effetti abbiamo avuto una così cattiva esperienza! In questo mercato, se è un'unità adiacente, non dovrebbero pagare al tasso come se fosse un intero appartamento. Sono certo che si sono rifiutati di rimborsare l'importo supplementare che hanno richiesto. Solo devono riflettere i fatti nella revisione. - Grazie. - Grazie.

This Novotel is located within walking distance to the tram station and the famous New Regent Street. The beds are also comfortable. Our only problem with the room is that with its large bathroom there is not even a single hook on the wall for hanging used towel. There is also no heated drying rack, which should be a rather common in-room facility found in many other hotels in NZ. The only sink / washing basin is right outside the bathroom, and it is tiny compared to the large bathroom. In short, the bathroom has a terrible wasted space issue.

The location right by the waterfront was simply breathtaking, and the proximity to the whale watching center was an added bonus. While the unit was on the second floor, which required carrying our luggage upstairs, the view from the elevated position was well worth it. There was also the option of requesting a ground floor unit if stairs are a concern. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, with clear instructions provided and a designated key return box for added convenience. Having an assigned parking space just outside the unit was also a thoughtful touch. But the true highlight of this hotel stay was the shower. The water pressure and temperature control were absolutely perfect, making for a luxurious and refreshing experience. And being able to watch the sunrise from the unit was the icing on the cake. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil, waterfront retreat with top-notch amenities and stunning views. The combination of the convenient location, well-appointed unit, and exceptional shower made this an unforgettable stay.

Kevin and June are friendly and approachable. The rooms are provided with the basic amemities. The location is convenient since we are driving. The only drawback is our rooms are on the upper level and there is no elevator.
