Messico: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Stato di Puebla

Hotel staff are really friendly at the front desk. But they don't honor our requests when we ask for things. Housekeeping forgets to give us things that we requested with simple things like towels, cups, and shower caps for hair. We asked the front desk to clean our room, we go out, and come back several hours later, and our room is still not clean. This has happened several times and we have to wait for our room to be cleaned after a long day out and about doing things. This is quite an expensive hotel to stay at each night and the things we request are not being given or done.

This place is ridiculously badly managed. The rooms are noisy, and it gets even worse on Thursdays, when they hold an event that doesn’t end until 11:30 p.m. If you’re tired and hoping to get some sleep, good luck. The reception staff were unfriendly, and the service was terrible. The room was poorly cleaned, with the toilet being the most disgusting part—I’ve attached a photo. The restaurant’s opening hours are ridiculous. By 2 p.m., there was no food available, and when I asked for dinner at 9:30 p.m., the restaurant was already closed. There was no room service either. It’s a real shame because the place is gorgeous and the waiters were really nice, but the poor management and cleanses lets the whole experience down.

Wonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

A beautiful hotel, the property is clean and with many restaurants and amenities. The building has this old and classic style that really resonates with the city. Buffet breakfast has a lot options, and at nights we got a canapé party, they serve wine if you want alcohol. I only tried one of the restaurants, mole was delicious. The only downside was the location, it's not bad but there is nothing around, Uber is your best bet to move around and you get pretty fast to downtown or other areas. Room was nice and perfect. Thanks gor the great stay.

Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

È collegato a un grande centro commerciale a Puebla, in modo da poter mangiare, acquistare e soggiornare in un momento. Poiché è un grande centro commerciale, ci sono molti agenti di sicurezza, e i guardiani al primo piano dell'hotel guardiano l'entrata e l'uscita, quindi è sicuro. È anche buono chiamare Uber. Wal-Mart è 10-15 minuti a piedi, quindi se hai bisogno di qualcosa, puoi comprarlo qui. Non c'è niente di particolarmente buono tranne il vantaggio di essere attaccato a un grande centro commerciale. La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel è amichevole, ma l'isolamento sonoro è molto debole. A le 12.00 del giorno, il suono di pulire la stanza degli ospiti dell'hotel, il rumore delle persone, e il martello non può riposare confortevolmente. La maggior parte delle camere sono invecchiate. Non posso consigliare ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel, ma il cibo che è stranamente servito come servizio in camera è grande e buon gusto.
