Ho soggiornato 2 notti in 2 camere al Pan Pacific Suzhou, sembrava di stare in un antico palazzo, il che sembra fantastico, ma data la competitività dell'ospitalità negli ultimi anni in Cina, sono rimasti delusi in alcune aree importanti. Non so come recensire questo hotel, poiché rientra nel marchio Pan Pacific, gli ospiti avranno determinate aspettative. Va bene, alcuni servizi sono datati, ma è comunque un soggiorno confortevole. Ma avrei voluto che avessero un servizio di check-in più cordiale, un caffè migliore (non so perché usano una piccola tazza da caffè degli anni '90, niente caffellatte), un'esperienza migliore di Hanfu gratuita (un costume antico gratuito ma molto limitato), pantofole migliori..
