Brunei: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Distretto di Brunei-Muara

Staying anywhere, my main priority is a good night's sleep and thus the facilities required to deliver it. Jubilee excelled in this respect. Firstly, the Aircon was really effective and, sensitively, it was turned on for my arrival, so I was pre-chilled. A hard core turbo setting lowered my core temperature quickly enough to enter the land of nod without being turned on for a hard core hypnagogic preamble. Just as well, since I was exhausted after an interminable queue on arrival at the airport. Again, the hotel scores location points here, being a stone's throw from the airport, so the driver didn't have to 'cane it' to get me to reception..And, the driver was patiently waiting for me in the early hours with a name placard large and clear enough to be seen by the plane's captain. ( After midnight, transfer is not free but is only 20 $ BND and it was easily arranged with good messaging comms). Secondly, the bed itself was extremely comfortable and equipped with a welcoming threesome of voluptuous... pillows. Whoever conceived that the linen and towels should be immaculate deserves a place in the annals of housekeeping history. This high hygiene trend continued throughout, but , to be as balanced as the BBC, the room being 'well-thumbed' since the hotel's halcyon award-winning era, was showing a few signs of gentle scuffing. Nevertheless, it didn't detract from an overwhelming sense of functional cleanliness. Thirdly, the shower could go through the entire bearable temperature range, relaxing throbbing muscle and eliminating stiffness before bedtime; despite there being a tub there was nothing to shove in the hole, but wants to steep in their own filth anyway and a shower is more sustainable. Basics: kettle, fridge, lighting, bottled water and beverages all supplied and fine - soap and shampoo too, but bring your toothbrush. The restaurant has a wonderful array of delicious food and different cuisines at super reasonable prices - delicious. Back to location: apparently it's perfect in this respect, but I had to spend the day working online - WiFi is good.Last, but not least, the staff are incredibly amenable, friendly, polite and helpful.

Our stay at The Empire Hotel was truly exceptional! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special mention to Lynn (or Ann—I may have gotten the name wrong) (she was the one driving the buggy in the pic) who was always smiling, friendly, and very accommodating with all our questions. As first-time visitors to Brunei, this experience exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by the warmth and respectfulness of the people. We enjoyed the in-house cinema and had an amazing meal at Pantai, the food was perfect! they will also say where to have your best sunset/ sunrise view. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to friends and family!

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata eccezionale. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e molto confortevole. Il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. Anche la posizione era comoda, vicino all'aeroporto e al centro commerciale The One. Offrono anche il trasferimento aeroportuale GRATUITO✈️🧳 Ci torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

Adoro questo hotel. La posizione è buona, se avete la macchina non ci sono problemi. Forniscono solo bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Per il resto, dovete portare il vostro spazzolino da denti. La colazione era deliziosa, ma bisogna arrivare presto perché non riforniscono le provviste. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto la pulizia della camera, ma non l'hanno fatta. Il prezzo dell'hotel è accessibile, ma spero che possano migliorare sotto questi aspetti.

Credo che questo sia uno degli hotel appena aperti a Brunei, che la pulizia è buona. Le camere erano super spaziosi fino a che non si diffuse tutto quello che potevamo e ancora abbiamo molti spazi. Ci sono belle negozi intorno all'hotel e ci sono molti parcheggi in zona aperta davanti all'hotel. Molto bello, moderno e conveniente

Honestly, in my opinion, this is one of the best places to stay in Brunei. It’s away from the general hustle and noise. Yes, you’ll need to order a taxi to get to the city center — Brunei doesn’t seem to have many proper pedestrian paths — but taxis arrive quickly and it’s not an issue. The location right by the water is beautiful. The hosts are wonderful. The common area is very cozy, with plenty of games and books, and the breakfasts are delicious. The best part — the lady of the house prepares a different breakfast every single morning. Everyone is attentive and thoughtful. Before I arrived, they even asked whether I had any allergies, dietary restrictions, religious considerations, or food preferences. You rarely find such a personal approach. The room was clean and, most importantly, very quiet. And forgive me for mentioning this — but there are no mosques nearby, so you won’t be woken up by early morning prayers at 5 a.m. It’s truly peaceful. My sleep tracker showed 97%, which says a lot. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

La signora della ricezione era bella e professionale, ha verificato immediatamente tutti i dettagli necessari e ha condiviso alcune informazioni utili all'interno dell'hotel e nelle attrazioni vicine. La stanza è molto standard, viene con le necessarie strutture in camera e il condizionamento era NICE. L'ambiente era molto pulito, nessun rumore rumoroso dalla strada o dal condizionamento. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale. È vicino a alcune delle principali attrazioni, mentre il più vicino è circa un 15 minuti di auto. Buffet per colazione (a un canone aggiuntivo) è ok, principalmente cucina internazionale. Provato il loro ristorante interno e la cena in camera. Il cibo era delizioso e conveniente. Tutto il personale che ho incontrato e interagito è stato estremamente amichevole e positivo.

È abbastanza buono. Pulito e igienico. Ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La gente del posto è molto cordiale e ben educata. L'hotel è un po' vecchio, forse perché è un po' datato. Ma la zona circostante è comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Abbiamo fatto una passeggiata e abbiamo persino visitato la moschea. È molto bella, igienica e pulita. Sono rimasto scioccato.

L'hotel aveva un'atmosfera pulita e moderna e ha offerto un soggiorno confortevole. 😃 Il personale era molto cordiale ed efficiente, rendendo l'esperienza piacevole. 🙏 La posizione era comoda nel cuore della città, con molti ristoranti e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del rapporto qualità-prezzo e ci tornerei sicuramente!
