Israele: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Distretto Meridionale

Questo hotel ha il miglior colazione di qualsiasi cosa abbiamo vissuto in Israele, ma la stanza è stata molto mal progettata. C'era una sorta di tavolo che si è innecessariamente messo in un punto in modo che si potesse usare un solo computer in un momento e si è fornito solo un sediale adeguato. Benché la ricezione fosse utile all’arrivo, mi avvicinò a loro, quando erano un po’ occupati, e aspettai che uno dei loro dipendenti non servisse nessuno; quella persona andò al computer e lavorava con attenzione fino a che non mi fui disgustato. Almeno avrebbe potuto riconoscere la mia presenza e mi ha chiesto di aspettare che avesse completato qualcosa di urgente. Non c'era nessuna informazione sull'hotel e sulle sue strutture nella stanza e non sapevamo nemmeno che ci fosse un ristorante che potevamo andare a una notte quando volevamo un pasto.

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Leonardo Inn in compagnia di alcuni amici durante un viaggio alla scoperta di Israele. Il nostro viaggio prevedeva una sola notte ad Ein Bokek per poter visitare Masada. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stato permesso cenare in hotel nonostante la nostra prenotazione la prevedesse: per una manciata di minuti siamo arrivati dopo l'orario di chiusura della cucina (h.20:30, un po' prestino forse...). Errore nostro. Nonostante ciò, Il giorno dopo, il direttore ha convenuto molto gentilmente a rimborsarci la cena non goduta e tutto si è risolto perfettamente. Abbiamo deciso di visitare Masada percorrendo il sentiero dei serpenti all'alba a piedi e, l'orario d'uscita è stato intorno alle h.5.00 AM. Per questo, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura di poter ricevere la colazione ”al sacco”, richiesta soddisfatta! Parlando della struttura mi sento di dire che è abbastanza datata e sotto alcuni aspetti anche non curata come si dovrebbe. In camera, ad esempio, abbiamo notato parecchio sporco in ”punti nascosti” come sotto al letto, dietro ai comodini...ecc. Nonostante questo aspetto avevamo tutto il necessario: shampoo, sapone, asciugamani, phon... E anche qualche omaggio! Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto. Voto complessivo 8.

PROS: Very clean Very friendly staff Nice location: sea view from the room, quiet an relaxed location far away from all the noise and the crowds of the main hotel area Nice and very clean pool Great breakfast CONS: Parking: small parking lot of only 14 cars of which 3 are handicap spots. There are 3 more spots in front of the main door and if all is full you need to park on a white/blue spot (of which there are plenty) and pay city parking of 25 NIS a day. The beach: they have a pretty large shaded area with beach beds and chairs which is free for the guests but there is no hotel supervision and there are people from other hotels using it and it can get busy. Also there is a kite gliding Center near by and when they are active if you in the water you’re afraid if you get one of those huge kites on your head it will not end well. One afternoon those guys from the kite place decided to have a bbq party under the hotel shaded area and they had a boom box with “music” so loud we had to leave and go to the pool. Nobody from the hotel was there to tell them they are bothering us. Bottom line: we’ll go again. We enjoyed the stay. All the cons above will be nice if they can fix but they were not a deal breaker for us.

Adatto a famiglie perché si mangia molto bene e c’è l’intrattenimento per i bimbi, ma sconsigliato a coppie e gruppi di amici.

For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience during my stay here.I loss some cash inside their premises.It was a lesson learned to me.To be mindful and secure my personal belongings all the time.The staff were not helpful and not polite or not friendly at all.None of them greeted you a simple ”Good morning compared to hotel that I stayed before.It was difficult to get a good sleep at night because the aircon was so noisy.Poor room maintenance.My first stay and very sure will be the last.

Hotel Islot, con la propria spiaggia privata.E una piscina indipendente.L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono e il personale è amichevole.La stanza è molto comoda, ma il giorno del mare morto è troppo caldo e troppo caldo. Siamo stati nel Mar Verde Morto per 4 giorni alla fine di agosto 2024. Impressione generale: le strutture dell'hotel sono stanche e chiaramente hanno bisogno di investire in più manutenzione. Ho soggiornato all'hotel tra 17.5 e 21.5. L'hotel è obsoleti, la sala da pranzo è ragionevole e la piscina è standard. Tuttavia il servizio clienti è molto povero.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 2 persone, sono arrivati due collaboratori, abbiamo una stanza con un letto matrimoniale. Ci è stato detto di chiamare il servizio in camera e si sarebbero messi a letto. Abbiamo chiamato, il ragazzo che è arrivato ha detto che i letti non possono essere cambiati perché la base non lo permette nella stanza e se vuoi, puoi organizzare il letto di divano come un letto - nello stesso respiro ha raccomandato di chiamare la ricezione per cambiare la nostra stanza. Sono andato alla ricezione, ho menzionato la situazione, l'agente non poteva aiutarmi e mi ha rivolto al manager dell'hotel. Fino a questo giorno (dopo la vacanza) aspettavo la stessa chiamata: abbiamo dormito con due adulti quando uno era a letto e uno sul divano (che non poteva essere aperto!) per una vacanza intera. Un altro punto, si può anche ottenere- Room con vista sulle canne da bagaglio e un richiamo di sveglio alle 7:00 con un camion che viene per evacuarle.

(1) The location: Good (2) The food: Very good, prepared well, & a variety (3) We stayed in a room on the 8th floor, positioned over hotel physical things which caused so much noise that we couldn't open the porch door because of the noise. I asked the hotel to move us, they said that the hotel is full & there's no available room. Fortunately we came as part of a group, so we complained to the group director, she called the hotel & they found a room & moved us. (4) The previous room & the new rooms are inadequately lit. There are no lights attached to the ceiling. (5) In the first room there was alight standing on the floor which provided some needed light. But this light was missing in the 2nd room. I complained to the front desk & they confirmed that this light should have been there & that she'd take care of it. But no light came. I complained 2 or 3 additional times but no light showed up. I should add that this is our 4th day here & we'll leave tomorrow. (6) Bring your own body lotion because the hotel doesn't provide any.
