I will just write my story, My flight delayed and when I arrived there was no chance to change USD to RMB I arrived at Saturday evening, my card was not working had no RMB with me.
The lady in reception was kind, I told her my story she made a phone call and they agreed that I will pay on Monday, because on Saturday banks are not working. I told them that I have half of the money they said next day the banks will not work so I will need the money the receptionist said ‘no worry just use them and you will pay full on Monday’.
I changed usd to RMB on Monday and payed the bill no one bothered me till Monday.
About the Hotel: it’s clean, the personnel is kind and helpful.
Next time: definitely Guoshi Hotel.

La posizione era molto buona - vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Shenyang Nord e alla stazione di metro della linea 2 e al terminale di autobus
La stanza era pulita, moderna e ben attrezzata con comfort funzionali. La dimensione della stanza e la lavatrice erano grandi. Le foglie erano pulite e avevano un buon sonno. Ci sono stati molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze e nelle aree sotterranee per treni e metro.

Quando sono arrivato a Dalian, ho scelto lo Yike Yijia Hotel in centro città. Non mi aspettavo che fosse un hotel così accogliente! Ho ricevuto una chiamata dall'hotel prima del mio arrivo e mi hanno fornito un itinerario dettagliato per raggiungere il parcheggio, e ho anche potuto depositare i bagagli in anticipo. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, è molto comodo per fare shopping, raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana e raggiungere diverse attrazioni. Ci sono anche molti posti dove mangiare e bere nelle vicinanze! La camera è spaziosa e luminosa! L'intera stanza è pulita e confortevole! Anche il servizio è ottimo e le caratteristiche locali sono tutte presenti! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui! Se avrò l'opportunità di tornare a Dalian, sceglierò di nuovo lo Yike Yijia.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with spacious rooms that were comfortable and well-equipped. Its location was perfect, situated just behind Dalian Railway Station and within walking distance of a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Proprio vicino alla famosa piazza Star Sea, un nuovo hotel, comodo per il trasporto, bel ambiente, lontano montagna vicino all'acqua, la vista della casa di vista del mare è incontaminata.Pochi minuti a piedi puoi andare a ghiacciare il mare e vedere la luce del ponte di cross-mar. L'acqua del mare è particolarmente blu e verde chiara, l'alto bacino intorno alla piazza è in piedi, molto atmosferico, e la dieta è molto conveniente per giocare intorno.La stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita, controllata intelligente, la vasca da bagno è molto comoda.La bella ragazza della reception è molto entusiasta e il cliente è tornato.Sono stati inviati due tasse di lavaggio sottostanti, praticamente pratica. Overall, decent stay. You can't beat the location. It is only about 15-20 minute walk from the train station, or about 5-10 min car ride. It's right in front of the two bridges and you can see it perfectly from your room if you book that type of room. Unfortunately, it is an old property and it shows. The carpet is ancient and I question how often, if at all, they deep clean the carpets. As with every hotel in China, there's a lingering smell of smoking in the hallways, but I didn't notice any smell in my room. The room has an ashtray which is interesting in a non smoking room. The air conditioning is old but works fine. The bathroom is rather big which is nice.

UUtente anonimoBefore I came to Northeast China for the first time, I had heard that the service industry in Northeast China was poor, but in fact my experience was very good, especially the Conrad Hotel in Shenyang was one of the best places I had experienced during my trip to Northeast China. All the female employees are nice, and all the male employees are okay, except for one rude, unprofessional, immoral, and ridiculous male employee. He shouted at me when I arrived. I don't know if he is a concierge or a security guard. I hope this will not continue to exist in the hotel and then everything will be perfect.

HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time.
It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review.
Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China).
They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer.
Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful!
As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration.
If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

SSeanchorSi tratta di un raro hotel-castello in puro stile europeo, con un'ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza Xinghai. È molto comodo per mangiare e viaggiare e ci sono auto speciali che vengono a prendervi su e giù per la montagna. La stanza è molto grande. La camera con vista mare si affaccia sul ponte che attraversa il mare e la vista è davvero impressionante. Le strutture interne sono un po' vecchie, ma nel complesso accettabili. Il servizio è caloroso e premuroso. La hall è magnifica e suggestiva. Nel pomeriggio sono previsti anche spettacoli interattivi per bambini. Ci sono diversi ascensori nella hall ed è facile perdersi. La qualità della colazione è nella media, a parte il prezzo elevato, tutto il resto è soddisfacente.

😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages
Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved.
Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry.
🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo
One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged.
🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel
🍳 Breakfast could be better
This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic)

If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room.

Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍

先讓我厚著臉皮說，這是一家符合我氣質的酒店😆，整個公共空間、走廊的香氣令人舒服放鬆、整個大廳的設計、圖書空間及藏書，都讓我感覺很悠閒熟悉，像是我自己的空間一樣。
我知道這是間剛開業不久的新酒店，希望大家能繼續保持這種乾淨溫暖的氛圍，我下次一定會再來入住的。

UUtente ospiteLocation: If you want to stay in a reasonably priced, brand-name, chain hotel close to the palace, right next to a subway station, or if you feel young and want to be in the middle of the big city action with bright lights, crowd, food joints, shoppings galore and all, this hotel is a great choice. Perhaps these are why hotel seems to attract a lot of customers (many group bookings). Room's big, quiet, and comfortable with city skyline (and palatial grounds) view and comes with expected amenities and features. (The big screen TV has many selections, even CGTN English news and documentary channels^) Staff: Fantastic and motivated, all working as efficiently as possible, given constraints posed by the constantly heavy customer traffic and turnover rate, and eager to accommodate customers' needs. Special mention goes to Mr. Kevin Lee, Mr. Kang and others at the reception for their proactive hotelier courtesy, rising above language barrier, and their patience dealing with all types of customers. Excellent breakfast in quality, variety and taste - better than those in most other chain hotels in China. Lastly, I've read the reviews on this hotel before coming to stay. There now are 3 elevators serving all floors, and, yes, breakfast still tends to be congested. But, just remember that this is an ageing, busy, hotel attracting a lot of customers (of various educational levels and manners) at the heart of the most popular tourist center, not a luxury resort that comes with commensurate premium in price. Best bang for the buck, if the described hotel conditions are right for you!

UUtente ospiteVery clean hotel, close to airport, room is big enough, except very little smoking smell which is typical of hotel in northeast China and much better than other hotels; I love the free laundry and BF, laundry provide detergent plus dryer, BF is rich including both western and Chinese style, fruit, drink, toast, egg, sausage and Chinese soup, vegetables, dumplings, noodles, and more. The BF may not as many options as 4 stars hotel but definitely good enough and fresh and clean.
