Un hotel eccellente. Pulito e con un personale alla reception impeccabile. L'hotel si trova in una stradina, a soli 70 metri dalla strada principale, quindi è tranquillo e non si sente il rumore dei veicoli in transito. A soli 250 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana più vicina. Assolutamente consigliato.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete e la pulizia è ottima. Ogni giorno il personale addetto alle pulizie viene a sistemare la camera e le bottiglie d'acqua minerale sono sempre abbondanti. Anche le docce funzionano perfettamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sebbene sia bassa stagione, il paesaggio di Dalian è comunque bellissimo e la gente del posto è molto accogliente. Spero di rivedere Dalian, questa bellissima città, la prossima volta!

La mia camera era nel 2130. La camera da letto è pulita e ben mantenuta, ma la mia prima impressione sulla camera da letto non è abbastanza buona. Alcuni lampade sono rotte e la TV non poteva essere ruotata (ho già controllato l'uscita elettrica).
E il corridoio della stanza è molto confuso, mi sentivo in una laga, e anche se già forniscono una mappa, ci vuole ancora un po' di tempo per scoprire come andare nella tua stanza.
E per il colazione, prego, consideri un aggiornamento.
Quando mi sono reclutato, il personale sembrava occupato e non concentrato, ma quando mi sono reclutato, mi ha dato una crema di mano e una tazza di soda, che è grande.

Nel complesso un buon posto con un design luminoso. La posizione è a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria o a 15 minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana con collegamento diretto per l'aeroporto. È accogliente per gli stranieri, dato che il personale cordiale parla un po' di inglese o cerca di comunicare tramite un traduttore online. Il letto era molto comodo, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene per rinfrescare, il Wi-Fi era veloce. Due piccole pecche: lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene e c'era uno strano odore in camera al mio arrivo, ma niente di grave. La colazione non è a buffet. Vi verrà servito un vassoio con del cibo, come mostrato in foto. Se vi piacciono le zampe di pollo e i gamberi in porridge di riso a colazione, li adorerete :)
D'altro canto, ti insistono molto per lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle al momento del check-out. Hanno persino un manuale apposito in diverse lingue. Questo rovina la buona impressione generale.
In ogni caso, posso consigliare questo posto.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with spacious rooms that were comfortable and well-equipped. Its location was perfect, situated just behind Dalian Railway Station and within walking distance of a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Additionally, there were some of food options nearby, adding to the overall convenience. A fantastic choice for travelers seeking affordability and accessibility!

L'hotel vicino al terminal Sk Bus è molto conveniente per viaggiare, con una posizione geografica unica, ed è molto vicino a Taiyuan Street, Zhongjie Street e la Città Proibita. Il viaggio è molto conveniente, e la cosa più importante è che vi è un parcheggio gratuito e un parcheggio indipendente, che è particolarmente conveniente.

Service was okay, we could store our luggage when we arrived early. We were given the second floor room and it was right outside the laundry room. Walkable distance to the shopping street which was convenient for us! Easy to call a cab and travel around too. Room cleanliness can be improved as the sofa was a little dirty, floor kinda dirty too.

L'Hotel Zhonglian è uno dei migliori hotel a Dandong, seduto proprio sul fiume Yalu con vista diretta sul ponte rotto e anche oltre la Corea del Nord. L'hotel è più vecchio e un po' datato, ma è ben mantenuto e pulito. Le camere sono confortevoli e il decoro del vintage offre un'atmosfera antiquata che rende il soggiorno unico.
La colazione è disponibile con alcune scelte cinesi e occidentali, anche se la varietà potrebbe essere migliorata . Il personale è gentile e utile, e la posizione sul lato del fiume rende facile godere di passeggiate di sera o esplorare ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time.
It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review.
Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China).
They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer.
Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful!
As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration.
If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

UUtente anonimoUnfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite.
The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, con vista sul ponte pedonale della baia di Wudanxinghai. Il giardino pensile a 5 piani offre un'ampia vista e la hall dell'hotel è magnifica. La camera è arredata in uno stile caldo e confortevole. La piscina, la sauna, il bagno turco, la palestra e la sala yoga sono tutte molto apprezzate. La colazione del ristorante cinese è così ricca che non si può immaginare nulla di impossibile da preparare, e gli ingredienti principali sono garantiti sia in termini di qualità che di quantità. Il pane venduto al bancone del panificio nella hall è super delizioso. Ci andrò il mese prossimo proprio per questo.

TTokkiiiWe stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit.
Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes.
Where do I even start?
The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect.
The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference.
Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures.
One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy.
We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care.
To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here.
This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere.
If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

YYuhouyangguang(*^ω^*)L'hotel è molto buono, molto vicino alla metropolitana, la stanza è molto pulita, ci sono molti intorno al cibo, la posizione geografica non deve essere detto il primo (*^ ω ^*)
La piccola scrivania e la signorina Zhao sono molto educate e ci hanno aggiornato la stanza.
Soprattutto la sorella di Wu è molto brava, molto educata, chiedendoci di non avere bisogno di più acqua di acqua.Anche se l'acqua non vale la pena, quando andiamo in viaggio, è davvero paziente in un posto strano.
