Cile: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Regione Metropolitana di Santiago

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

A standard Mariott-class hotel with modern and clean rooms. The reception guy was very helpful (thank you, Olaf), the restaurant menu was overpriced as usual (but you really don't have any other choice nearby). For the free shuttle service you should sign up beforehand, either at the reception desk or through the communication on this site (the seats on the shuttle van are limited). The shuttle leaves every quarter (15 minutes) past an hour (20.15, 21.15 and so on) from the domestic terminal (look for the pink column outside the arrivals) and every hour (20.00, 21.00) from the hotel.

We came very late, 1:14am due to flight delayed and the Conceirge was still opened for us and received a warm greetings. Breakfast has various food. We stayed for 2 nights and will come back to our next trip!

Потрясающий отель, мне понравилось абсолютно все! Жила на 18 этаже в номере 1803, совершенно потрясающий вид из окна на Анды и город, я наслаждалась каждым днем в отеле! Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

Great room and beds and enjoyed breakfast.  But the shuttle instructions were very confusing- it’s quite a walk from outside airport where other services do pick up, and hard to find spot as it’s in the middle of the car park, but well inside the building which made no sense. I waited closer to entrance of car park and once realised it was not coming, had to pay for a taxi which cost $25USD. This was annoying as I booked expecting an easy transit and Aldi because I wasted time and energy after a long flight.

Good location. Spacious twin bed room. Elevator fast. Breakfast not bad. All hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Super vicino all'aeroporto. Ottimo per il transito. Il servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale è complimentare e affidabile. Il conducente ha fatto una chiara istruzione per il pick-up, in modo che fossero pulite. Il trasferimento all'aeroporto è stato organizzato all'arrivo all'hotel. La stanza è grande con un tetto alto. Non c'è nulla da lamentarsi della stanza. Non c'è nemmeno un supermercato / ristorante vicino all'hotel.

Mia moglie e io siamo rimasti qui quattro anni fa per il nostro luna di miele, e sembra che il posto sia rimasto lo stesso, che non è un complimento, ma la stanza era coperta, ma non ci sono stati dati scarpe. L’unità d’aria mi svegliava in alto e casuale durante la notte, per qualche ragione doveva essere chiesto un fermo per la rimozione del bagno, e le due notti che ho chiesto per una che mi è stato detto che erano tutti fuori. Ho passato due notti per fare un bagno per rilassarmi e non sono riuscito a farlo. Gli ascensori sono estremamente vecchi e devono essere sostituiti - la porta ci chiuderebbe mentre aspettavo una e mi sono bloccata una volta. La parte migliore di questo hotel è il colazione. Ha una grande varietà e la qualità dei frutti e dei pasti è eccellente. Il personale è anche molto gentile.

Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno! Il mio amico e io ci siamo sentiti bene qui intorno – è stato di gran lunga il miglior alloggio in tutta la nostra viaggio in Sud America. La stanza non solo era molto pulita e confortevole, ma anche moderna ed elegantemente attrezzata. È particolarmente entusiasta per noi l'amore al dettaglio che si riflette in tutta la struttura dell'ostello. Anche il colazione era un vero e proprio accento: la selezione era diversa, tutto fresco preparato e delizioso eccellente. Un perfetto avvio nel giorno! Grazie a tutti

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, vicino alla zona dei ricchi, molto sicura, la zona per cena non è molto vicina, e l'Uber è molto conveniente al centro della vecchia città. Santiago non è davvero così pericoloso. Ci siamo anche casuali a piedi nella vecchia città. Non faremo il lusso per essere ricchi.
