La stanza è grande, il secondo piano della casa, può uscire dalla stanza e avere un piccolo giardino.Il letto è molto comodo, non morbido e duro.La porta è Berlino, la porta della metropolitana è meno di 50 metri, il trasporto è molto conveniente. La colazione è molto buona, molti camerieri, caffè e cibo che devono aspettare possono essere ordinati e chiedono al cameriere di venire.In breve, l'esperienza è molto buona.Tornerò ancora.

Da qui basta un breve passeggiata per raggiungere il Brandenburg Gate e il viale Unter den Linden. Anche il Reichstag, il Friedrichstadt-Palast, il Deutsches Theater, lo State Opera, il Bode Museum, il Pergamonmuseum, la Alte Nationalgalerie, la metropolitana, la stazione ferroviaria Friedrichstrasse, negozi, bar e ristoranti sono tutti in zona.
L’hotel, oltre a offrire una vasta gamma di servizi quali minibar, TV a schermo piatto satellitare, Sky TV, Wi-Fi veloce gratuito, finestre insonorizzate, sauna, fitness room, 10 sale conferenze e parcheggio sotterraneo, ha anche un bar, servizio biglietteria per il teatro e due ristoranti -uno con buffet e uno à la carte- che servono piatti locali e internazionali.

One of the best hotels of our entire Europe trip. The hotel is conveniently situated right outside of the S/U-bahn station, Berlin Friedrichstrasse station. There are two entrances for the hotel and both look very grand, the lobby is nicely decorated and they even prepared tea and a light snack (cake/cookies) for guests while we chill at the lobby. Check-in was pleasant and the hotel staffs were all extremely polite and cheerful, really make our day.
We were assigned a room at level 4 with a very nice city view, the room is clean, spacious and it is really contemporary and modern, with a huge mirror for your daily OOTD shots.
The breakfast was really great, the spread was huge and it provides a many selections to cater to different needs. I extremely love their pancake making machine which makes fresh pancakes within 30sec. The staffs were attentive to clear off the plates and helpful.
Overall, it was a perfect stay and we will definitely visit NH Berlin again!

L'hotel in sé è in una posizione meravigliosa e centrale. Le camere e la piscina sono spaziose e pulite. Anche la qualità della colazione era di prima classe.
C'è stato un solo problema durante il nostro soggiorno: nell'hotel si svolgeva la conferenza dei ministri degli Interni. Naturalmente comprendiamo l'importanza di questo evento. Ma quello che non capiamo è che agli ospiti non vengono fornite informazioni o compensi. L'hotel era sorvegliato 24 ore su 24 da agenti di polizia pesantemente armati. Entrare e uscire dall'hotel era un processo estremamente dispendioso in termini di tempo e snervante. Sebbene il garage fosse accessibile, non potevamo spostare la nostra macchina. Sono stati piazzati dei cecchini. In sintesi, ti sentivi semplicemente minacciato e spaventato.
Dopo una lunga discussione, l'hotel ha rimborsato le spese di parcheggio, ma non è stato concesso alcun compenso per il prezzo della camera.
Siamo quindi più che delusi da questo atteggiamento nei confronti dei nostri ospiti ben pagati.

Ho vissuto in hotel molte volte, tutte le strutture, progettato moderno e colazione ricco. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona, vicino alla Stazione Dalem Dof e alla Stazione U3, vicino al supermercato Rewe. Il museo asiatico dell'altro lato è stato trasferito al Forum Humboldt. Il nuovo museo non ha ancora aperto il museo, non lontano è il giardino vegetale. Ma questa volta, la prenotazione di Trip.com non è buona. In ogni caso, la ricezione non può trovare l'ordine di Trip.com, solo un check-in è un minuto.

Molto buono
BBrianNice hotel in a great location next to the zoo and aquarium in Berlin. The 200 bus leaves from outside the hotel to take you to the main sights including Alexanderplatz. Or the S Bahn is only a 10 or 15 minute walk away from the hotel where you can catch the S9 to (and from) the airport.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è un po' lontana a seconda delle attrazioni che desideri vedere. Tuttavia, la città offre iniziative straordinarie come biciclette, scooter e motorini che puoi noleggiare a un prezzo basso per spostarti in città. È facile creare un account e iniziare a viaggiare su entrambi, spesso sono nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ovviamente hanno ottimi collegamenti di trasporto come autobus, tram e treno. La Warschnauzer StraB è la stazione ferroviaria più vicina all'hotel, a circa 15 minuti a piedi, quindi super comoda, anche se abbiamo trovato le mappe dei treni un po' difficili da capire, quindi abbiamo fatto molto affidamento su Google Maps per dirci quali treni utilizzare.
Il servizio e la pulizia dell'hotel sono ottimi, non abbiamo avuto problemi di sorta. Nel complesso, gli asciugamani, la biancheria da letto, il bagno e la camera da letto erano immacolati. Niente da eccepire o commentare negativamente. Non abbiamo utilizzato il servizio in camera, l'opzione aggiuntiva della colazione continentale o il bar al piano di sotto, quindi non possiamo commentare in merito. Ma il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
I servizi sono favolosi, il centro fitness dispone di una palestra più grande della maggior parte delle palestre degli hotel, super comoda con un'ampia varietà di macchine. Come una palestra commerciale al ribasso con macchine generiche. Pratici shampoo, balsamo, saponi per le mani e gel doccia gratuiti in grandi contenitori. Ancora una volta, questi sono gli unici servizi che abbiamo utilizzato, quindi non possiamo commentare altre cose.
Nel complesso hotel incantevole, molto eccentrico, con molto fascino. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad altri perché siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e saremmo felici di soggiornare in altri Nhow.

Servizio alla reception
Il pagamento completo, comprese le tasse comunali, è stato effettuato tramite la mia carta di credito al momento della prenotazione. I pagamenti effettuati e la ripartizione, comprese le tasse comunali, sono indicati molto chiaramente sul voucher di prenotazione. Tuttavia, nonostante ciò, mi è stato chiesto di pagare un deposito di importo vicino a 600 euro, che era l'importo totale del mio soggiorno pagato tramite la mia carta di credito. Dopo averlo chiesto, ho chiesto alla tirocinante/Lena perché dovessi pagare di nuovo così tanto quando avevo pagato l'importo intero tramite carta di credito.
Lena ha quindi verificato con un'altra receptionist il deposito che avrebbe dovuto essere garantito. Tuttavia, questa receptionist ci ha informato di pagare un deposito di 50 euro, cosa che non mi crea problemi. Tuttavia, mi ha informato in modo scortese che dovevo pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Le ho detto che era stata pagata e le ho mostrato il voucher di prenotazione che mostrava chiaramente che le tasse comunali erano state pagate. Ma mi ha informato in modo scortese che l'importo era stato addebitato in un'altra valuta, non in euro. Davvero, quando ho sentito questo, sono rimasto scioccato dall'”intelligenza” di questa receptionist. Deve essere istruita su cosa sia ”l'equivalente in valuta estera” e avere un po' di buonsenso. Ho contestato e ho insistito sul fatto che avevo pagato l'importo intero, comprese le tasse comunali, che era indicato molto chiaramente sul voucher di prenotazione. Lena era d'accordo con me e ha ribadito a questa receptionist che il voucher di prenotazione affermava effettivamente che tutti i pagamenti, comprese le tasse comunali, erano stati effettuati. Dopodiché, la receptionist se n'è andata in modo scortese senza scusarsi.
Le receptionist dovrebbero essere formate e il loro servizio dovrebbe essere migliorato. Innanzitutto, avrebbero dovuto controllare che avessi pagato per intero e non avrebbero dovuto garantire un deposito di quasi 600 euro. Solo quando ho chiesto, hanno ricontrollato, ma senza scusarsi. In secondo luogo, anche dopo aver ricontrollato, non hanno verificato chiaramente che le tasse comunali fossero state pagate e hanno insistito affinché le pagassi. Nessuna scusa nemmeno quando l'hanno scoperto. Il servizio della receptionist (una ragazza bassa con i capelli ricci) è stato così scortese e non si è scusata, anche se aveva torto in primo luogo.
Ho evidenziato questo problema e il feedback al capoturno, Andreas Levi, e gli ho parlato delle receptionist. È andato subito a controllare e ha confermato che tutti i pagamenti, comprese le tasse comunali, erano stati effettuati in anticipo tramite carta di credito. Grazie Andreas Levi per aver controllato e aver reso migliore il nostro soggiorno.

Non so perché alcuni letti abbiano piumoni/copriletto mentre altri no. I letti con piumoni sono così comodi! Il nostro letto senza piumoni.
Colazione
Per gli standard europei, penso che la colazione in questo hotel sia considerata buona. Con pochi cibi caldi come pancetta troppo cotta, salsiccia troppo cotta, fagioli al forno e uova. La frittata è buona (grazie allo chef!) Alcune selezioni di pane, molte scelte di tè di buona qualità. Poche selezioni di succhi. Macchina per il caffè. Favo di miele fresco.
Acqua omaggio
È strano che l'acqua omaggio venga fornita agli ospiti solo per la prima notte, nonostante io rimanga 3 notti. È la prima volta che mi capita in Europa. Forse gli ospiti dovrebbero effettuare una prenotazione diversa per ogni notte.

Riepilogo
Il servizio generale è stato buono (tranne per una receptionist maleducata). Consiglierò comunque questo hotel. Prendete la colazione.

DDoreen TeuchertI have stayed several times at this Hilton hotel. The location is great, with plenty of parking all around if you want to avoid the hotel parking charges. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. I always request a courtyard room, as this is more quiet. Breakfast is mainly organic produce, not overly extravagant but enough to not get bored eating the same breakfast every day. The staff is generally very helpful. I do find the receptionists a little abrupt especially when checking in and it seems to be very random who gets a cookie upon check-in.

AAilvxingaishenghuodeluluyaI recently stayed at the Berlin Hilton for a business trip, and I was very impressed! The hotel is conveniently located near Potsdamer Platz, making it easy to access both business venues and local attractions.
The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.
There was a minor hiccup when I checked out, as both the hotel and my travel agency charged the city tax. However, the customer service team from the travel agency was quick to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at the Berlin Hilton was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again!

EetRlo1. Less than 15mins walk to S-Bahn trains, including airport routes, to and from airport is around an hour. The most economical way to travel. Yes, there’s a lift access for luggage, pram, wheelchair and etc use.
2. Location was ok in general, loving the residential surroundings, pretty peaceful and quiet.
3. Room overall, satisfactory cleanliness. Smart tv, outdated radio(cd,cassette)which I don’t mind having jazz music played whole day. Bed was confortable, pillow was just so-so.
4. A lot of strategic power sockets but not user friendly, all were local rounded in plug, usual international traveler plug would not fit in. Reception would loan without fuss.
5. Good security, lift access through room key, CCTV was placed, after hours main lobby door have to be access by room key,
6. Reception staff in general serious looking, some are friendly with a smile and greetings. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly.
7. Shower pressure and temperature was great, have to point inner slightly, if not water would be sprayed out from the shower cubicle.
8. Lastly, Aircon was not working and reception claimed perhaps it’s spoilt and could loan a fan without charges. Did not request for one, had my window left ajar at all times when in the room as weather was still lovely ranging about 10-20 degrees Celsius. I bet summer time would not be that ideal for sure.

Reception services were good and could stay in lobby kitchen before check in time.
The room had oven, fridges, sink and the bathroom and shower is common.
The surprise was that there was also a tv.
The breakfast has not many vegan options as announced but it was quite good and is taken outside where is also garden.
