Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

While the hotel is mostly ok and the front desk staff is very friendly and hard working, the hotels ****** is incredibly unprofessional and lacks in operational standard. If you do spend time there its advisable to check amount and money received thoroughly.

Veniva qui con mia moglie per un compleanno, e abbiamo decisamente fatto la scelta giusta. Da inizio a fine, tutto era tutto libero e senza problemi. Il personale dell'hotel ci ha anche aiutato a controllare la prenotazione del traghetto per assicurarsi che tutto fosse in ordine e aspettando che arrivassimo al jet. Il resort è a circa 15 minuti dal terminal di traghetto Koh Rong Hill, anche se devo avvertirvi che il viaggio può essere piuttosto stupido! La nostra camera aveva una vista fantastica, era pulita e una letto molto comodo, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e utile, soprattutto quando si tratta di organizzare e consigliare attività. Abbiamo anche ricevuto piastrelle libere e attrezzi da snorkeling. Purtroppo, l'acqua non era molto chiara durante la nostra visita, quindi non c'era molto da vedere sottomarino 😂, ma che è ovviamente al di là del controllo del resort. Una cosa che mi piaceva davvero era la posizione del resort. E' lontano dalla grande area di Long Set Beach, che ha reso il viaggio molto più tranquillo e rilassante. La connessione WiFi era anche fantastica! In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e piacevole. Il resort è ben stabilito, e il servizio, le strutture, la posizione e l'esperienza complessiva lo rende assolutamente vale ogni cento. Io di solito non scrivo recensioni, ma questo resort realmente merita il tempo. Sicuramente lo consiglierei!

L'hotel è circondato da una foresta pluviale tropicale da un lato e da una spiaggia dall'altro. La posizione è ottima e molto privata. Ci sono due piscine, una sulla spiaggia. È fantastica per scattare foto o giocare con i bambini la spiaggia è così amichevole per i bambini. Ampie aree sono secche, che sono molto sicure e divertenti. È anche molto gratificante prendere il mare. I kayak e i paddle board forniti gratuitamente dall'hotel aggiungono molto divertimento vicino all'hotel sono particolarmente divertenti.Abbiamo noleggiato una barca per galleggiare sul mare.I bambini adoravano le immersioni subacquee e la pesca in mare, quindi sono andati di nuovo in mare, abbiamo incontrato il personale dell'hotel stavamo pescando in mare in vacanza e ci hanno invitato a grigliare il pesce sulla barca. Il cibo in hotel è delizioso e il personale è estremamente cordiale Anche se siamo rimasti per quasi una settimana, i bambini non sopportavano ancora di andarsene Sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel la prossima volta che verremo!

Had a great little vacation here. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. They provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

White Sand Ark Resort – Un'evasione pacifico con servizio eccezionale Recentemente sono rimasto al White Sand Ark Resort, ed è stata davvero un'esperienza memorabile dall'inizio al termine. 🌊 Posizione: Il resort è perfettamente situato proprio sulla spiaggia, offrendo splendide viste sugli oceani e un'atmosfera tranquilla. L'ambiente naturale lo fa sentire come una fuga privata, particolarmente bella durante il risveglio e il tramonto. 🤝 Servizio & personale: Il servizio più caldo e attento, il personale era incredibilmente amichevole, gentile e sempre pronto a aiutare con un vero sorriso. Da check-in all' check-out, tutto era ben organizzato e ben organizzato. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend thus hotel and will come back again.

Fate attenzione alle foto pubblicate se non volete rimanere delusi. Il resort si trova vicino al molo, quindi l'acqua non è limpida come in altre zone di Saracen Bay. È relativamente tranquillo e la colazione è appena sufficiente, con un'ampia scelta di opzioni occidentali. Meno sarebbe meglio. Un caffè decente costa 4 dollari in più. Il personale parla inglese in modo molto limitato, il che può rendere difficile la comunicazione. Preparatevi a un po' di avventura: se il tempo cambia (anche nelle giornate di sole), verrete portati in trattore attraverso la parte posteriore dell'isola per raggiungere il molo di Sooneng, poiché il percorso sulla spiaggia non è percorribile a piedi.

Pure paradise I was lucky to grab the available room by the end of the day and arriving at the resort with the last ray of sunshine I realized I made a truly best booking. The property is located excellently- away from the village main road, so you won’t hear ANY noise from the motos. There’s a pier but again quite far and it’s barely busy daytime, so you wouldn’t be bothered by speedboats, at all. No banana riders, parachute gliders, scooters - NOTHING. Only you and pristine rainforest and mesmerizing turquoise sea. There’re few dozens of chalets with the different features inside. Mine was pretty modest yet stylish and decorated wonderfully with the distinctive Khmer style. I can’t remember when was the last time I experienced such a tranquility and peace, quietness and warmth as I enjoyed at the resort, surprisingly even no birds twittering at the sunrise hour! Breakfast was great at all times. Dinner was delicious indeed, barracuda fish is your number one choice! The beach is awesome! The sand as White as one can be. Service was outstanding, no single trouble. You may read or play snooker at the lobby. For those partygoers there’s a tiny village just few hundreds meters away, where you may pick some restaurant or bar. My best stay so far!

Ho soggiornato qui per un po'. La camera Studio era buona, pulita e spaziosa. Articoli da toeletta e asciugamani erano forniti. Le camere sono luminose e sembrano nuove; c'è anche un balcone piuttosto spazioso. Anche l'aria condizionata era ottima. Ho apprezzato anche la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia: l'hotel si trova proprio accanto al centro commerciale U Mall di Sihanoukville. C'è una cucina ben attrezzata, con piano cottura a induzione, bollitore e frigorifero, posate e utensili da cucina. Inoltre, se si cerca un posto dove soggiornare più a lungo, potrebbe non essere il posto giusto. Cercavo tranquillità, ed era perfetta. Pagamenti con carta disponibili con un bancomat proprio dietro l'angolo.
