Stati Uniti d'America: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Montana

La prima notte la stanza era troppo vicina alla strada senza riposo, due notti dopo, il problema della stanza era stato risolto. L'hotel locale era relativamente pochi e molte persone erano in vacanza il fine settimana.

La posizione è vicino alla strada della città di Xiangshi, molto buona. Ci sono 5～ 6 minuti di auto da Ximen Xiangshi.La stanza è più grande e il parcheggio è conveniente.La stanza è più ampia, le strutture sono vecchie, ma pulite e pulite. Ci sono ventilatori freddi e puliti che forniscono riscaldamento, non forniscono cibo, non ci sono cucine disponibili per cucinare. La reception fornisce caffè e acqua calda e la sistemazione è effettuata prima delle 23:00.C'è un supermercato vicino alla stazione di benzina.A West Yellowstone è un hotel ad alto prezzo.

The room was very clean and not a bad size. Definitely excellent for the price. I paid $234 total for two nights (Friday night and Saturday night) and even the motel 6 was almost $200 per night. My only complaint is small….there were only 2 tiny pillows on the bed, typical rooms have 4 pillows if they are that size. I called the front desk the second night to ask if I could get extra pillows and was told that they didn’t have any first, and then the man said they might have one. One pillow in a hotel with 500 rooms seemed crazy to me. So if someone gets one dirty or has a child with them or god knows what else they are just SOL for the stay??? On top of that, when the front desk person said he did have one, I had to go down to the front desk to get it instead of having it brought to the room. Not a big deal, but I have stated a lot of hotels, and I have never once requested something from the front desk and been told that I needed to come down and get it myself. I have also never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have extra pillows in the building.. other than that one small thing everything else was great though

Al check-in, ho chiesto che il letto di divano fosse fatto e il ricevitore ha promesso che sarebbe stato già fatto. Aprimmo il letto di divano la sera e si apre il letto di divano non era stato fatto. Il ricevitore ha detto che non c'era più nessuna custodia dopo le 4:00, così ci hanno passato letti e letti per fare il letto, ma il duvet era di vapore e di mal transpiration, e ho dovuto chiedere un altro. Un altro “duvet” è stato dato che era in realtà un protettore di mattresse. In quel momento dopo molteplici viaggi al lobby (nessun telefono nella stanza per chiamare il desktop) abbiamo appena fatto fare con esso, ma era incomodo perché non era bene. Il giorno dopo, tornammo e trovammo che la stanza non era intagliata, nonostante la manutenzione, le letti erano poco costruite, letti a pezzi, le mutandine non erano state arrangite, letti intagliati, letti di toletta non erano nemmeno intagliati. Non mi scuso affatto dal desk front. Non ritornerò a questo hotel e non mi consiglierei, poiché ci sono molti altri hotel nelle vicinanze che hanno la stessa posizione.  

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything was mostly great until…. I walked out to my car in the morning and it was completely covered in a filthy-looking thick white residue. Upon asking, another guest informed me that it was probably from the sprinkler system, which sprays water with some kind of calcium deposit. I was furious. I immediately went to the Circle K car wash and it took 2 $10.00 laser washes (one with spinning brushes) to get it off. I’m still not sure if it’s perfectly gone. I’ve been reading bad things online about the possible effects of calcium on car paint. Upon asking, I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel does not help with the cost of washing it off cars. Maybe this a common occurrence in Montana, but, where I’m from, if you make a mess on someone else’s car, you should be willing to help them clean it off (especially if they are a paying guest). Overall, this seems like a nice hotel but, honesty, this calcium junk being sprayed all over my car was compete BS!

There is a real customer service effort to improve this hotel. Shawn the manager allowed me to check in early as aBW platinum member. He let me drop my bags early in the morning and called me when the room was ready. He even had the bags placed in the room before I returned.  The breakfast was great for this type of hotel.  The clientele was respectful and polite. Oh. And Shawn even called after I checked out as I left behind an important item.  However, the pool/sauna area is not operational, and my room had a lingering pet odor and visible carpet stain. I am a dog owner and animal lover, but housekeepers really need to notify the manager as the room should not have been assigned. I personally think hotels need to charge 500 bucks for cleaning if dog hair or other 'remnant' is left behind. I won't stay at a certain LaWyndham brand that has a generous pet policy.  Their rooms all smell like Fifi and Buddy stayed there. I hope this property continues to improve.

L'aspetto della stanza è un po'caratteristico, al bordo dell'entrata della piccola città, al bordo della strada principale.A una miglia dalla porta settentrionale di Yellowstone, ci sono supermercati da mangiare e bere al bordo della strada principale, ma non molto, dopo tutto, la città non è grande, in contrasto con il centro di un villaggio interno. L'incorporazione è un po'simplificata, ma la notte è molto tranquilla, e si possono vedere molte stelle, e'bello.

Camera pulita. Invece di due asciugamani a doccia di dimensioni piene, solo 1 era fornito con asciugamani di dimensioni medie. Lavanderia era un colpo e una miss. Solo lavatrice lavorava e asciugatrice era fuori ordine. Il colazione era sostenibile con caffè e waffle. La macchina del succo era fuori servizio, e soprattutto il personale di servizio era acomodato e orientato al servizio.

In Xiangshi questa condizione è assolutamente possibile. Ha caratteristiche, non pensare al servizio. Nella zona circostante, cibo cinese, cibo occidentale, cibo e cibo sono molto convenienti. Vai a McDonald's per colazione.
