Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta.
La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

UUtente anonimohotel is in good condition. the room is clean and spacious. the facilities are all good but need to
complaint on the check in process. Seems other travellers also had complaint the same but same issue still persist. take a very long q to settle and no proper signage on which counters are meant for check in. no staff advise on which line to q. fortunately for my case, 1 of the staff saw me hold my baby and help to check in faster but felt bad for others. second is during breakfast. the q was longggg but the tables are vacant. dont know what hold the staff to do the work faster. there are no long q to take the food also. i would say its not as per parkroyal standard for this one with the price we paid

JJustinWongTime for a bed frame lining & carpet refresher, years old stain everything. Thankfully, bed & pillow white lining are clean. Dirt & webby visible at door frame & tiny rubbish at the corner & hidden from eye sights. 3 stars also can be excellent if do it right.

TToiletbowlHotel acquire by other management, no more complimentary car parking, daily RM6, amenities are old, don’t expect that kind of stay before covid. Change a lot. Lift also intermittently jam, breakfast normal.

MmiooI recently spent one night at the Asiatic Hotel in Malacca and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located within short driving distance of key attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and the Stadthuys, making it a good base for sightseeing.
The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the basic amenities provided, including complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a kettle for making tea or coffee. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for streaming and work.
While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, there are several eateries and cafes nearby, and the staff was happy to give recommendations. Parking was easy and free, which is a big plus in Malacca.
If I had to mention a downside, the soundproofing could be better — I could occasionally hear hallway noise and other guests. But for a short stay, it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, the Asiatic Hotel offers good value for money and is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay in Malacca.

MMARIIAA great hotel to experience Peranakan style and culture. It's not exactly in the center , about 10 minutes walk from main attractions, but uts a nice walk on local streets.
My main concern would be the soundproofing of the rooms, I could hear everything that's happening in the rooms on the right and left, even the water flushing 😳
My room was 702 which had a connecting door,maybe that is why. But definitely something to keep in mind

L'aria è molto fredda e il cavo non è molto spesso che mi fa congelare durante la notte, grazie a Dio ho avuto il mio bf per riscaldare.
Le tolette non sono raccomandate per l'uso di cuz sembra sporco e usato prima.
Il pavimento è un po'più stretto ma accettabile, spero che la prossima volta possa fornire un pannolino.
La zona non è rumorosa durante il nostro soggiorno e l'acquadistributore funziona ma non produce acqua calda.
There's a pharmacy downstairs so it's convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby.
