Ho ritardato il mio volo e ho perso il mio volo di connessione. Finito fino alla bella pf Hawaii e questo hotel. Il mio soggiorno era sorprendente! Al di là! Le camere sono spaziose e mi hanno dato la vista più sorprendente e la stanza angolare. Tutto è dentro i vostri passi! Il Glenn è stato così utile e il responsabile nella mia stupenda stanza!

Fun for the kids and family. Great infinity pool. They should have more pool side service than going to the restaurant ordering. Service could be a bit friendlier but overall great. Rooms are a little outdated. Lobby is nice and location is great!

Stayed here for 1 week,location is great. Right on Waikiki. This hotel doesn’t have its own beach but offers free sitting chairs to bring with you to the beach and towels. Takes 20secs to the beach.Really tall hotel so you can see sunset over the ocean,staff is SUPER friendly. Building is old like all of them on Waikiki,furniture needs updating,mattress is hard but they give you 4 pillows,asked for our room to be freshened up when came back sheets and duvet cover never got changed.Asked next day to freshen up and left sheets same way.Not sure why,cleaning staff spoke perfect English!Mon&Wed they got farmers market downstairs,outrageous prices a Coconut for $20US, a small cup of fruits for $20US,youll also find bracelets and other junk! Overall it’s affordable and central,we didn’t eat on the resort nor used their spa so can’t recommend!

Came here for the Ironman Medical Conference and to relax. The conference facility was great! Clean, spacious, easy accessible and great snacks, etc. We stayed in the Mauka wing on the 5th floor, partial ocean view facing the basketball courts. Really lovely room, with lots of space and very clean. The bed was too soft and a bit lumpy for me, but my bf said it was fine. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel was all slightly scented and seemed pretty high quality for a hotel, which was really appreciated. The pools are both also lovely. There’s an adult pool with a nice waterfall and close access to the outdoor bar. Unfortunately, you can’t really see the ocean from this one. The family side, has a nice, sandy zero entry for the kiddos, two hot tubs, ocean view and a fun water slide! Even though we didn’t come with kids, I stayed on that side because it was just more fun. The staff comes by regularly to get drink/food orders, hand out pineapple, water, etc. Highlights: Manta viewing deck (yes, you can see them from the actual hotel) Pool Spacious and clean room Perks-Farmers market, pickleball, paddle board, snorkel gear, activities (I enjoyed the yoga overlooking the bay), and public access to the bay. Overall, would highly recommend staying at this Hawaiian owned property that appears to be upgrading little by little.

Molto centrale e il personale è molto accomodante, l'unico problema è stato che ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 14:30 dopo essere arrivato alle 5:50 ed ero molto stanco dopo aver viaggiato dall'Australia. L'orario del check-in era alle 15:00, quindi apprezzo il check-in anticipato di mezz'ora, la prossima volta aggiungerò un giorno in più. Anche il personale era molto gentile, dalla reception alle pulizie, un posto davvero carino in cui soggiornare all'Ohia Waikiki Beach.

La posizione è super buona, conveniente per andare da qualsiasi parte a Waikiki. Il parcheggio di Valet è grande e gentile a stile giapponese, ma il personale del servizio di ricezione sembrava sempre occupato. La camera è piccola e ha un odore, forse a causa della vecchia atmosfera e dell'edificio. Devi aprire le finestre per la ventilazione ogni giorno. Ma la doccia è incredibilmente buona, come un bagno alberghiero in Giappone. Il flusso idrico buono e potente, si sente come un calo d'acqua e una primavera calda.Il doccia è un enorme plus, una sorta di migliore negli Stati Uniti.

La catena Hilton è piena di quattro stelle (dunque alberghi di buon livello ma non di lusso), tutti un po’ datati ma efficienti e gradevoli. Questo non smentisce: attrezzato, confortevole, professionale. Camere buone con letti comodi; servizio molto corretto. Una posizione fantastica, a un passo dalla spiaggia e dalle vie più animate della città. Molto buono

L'hotel è stato riparato per una settimana e posso dire che era meraviglioso.L'unica preoccupazione che avevamo era che l'hotel facesse riparazioni, quindi era rumore durante il giorno e un po' di notte. Non ho alcuna colpa contro l'hotel, sono disposti a trasferirci in un altro locale. La mia preoccupazione era Air Canada per non averci consigliato di costruire un altro hotel e per averci dato la possibilità di prendere un altro hotel. Ma una volta che l'hotel ha saputo della nostra preoccupazione, hanno lasciato il loro modo di aiutare. Le camere non sono troppo affascinate, ma sono molto pulite, letti sono comodi, l'aria condizionata ha funzionato perfettamente e non sono alti. Il personale era eccezionale, la posizione era grande vicino a tutto, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'unico calo è la piscina. E 'molto piccolo e non davvero fuori. Non dove sedersi intorno e bagno solare. Tornerò a questo hotel.

So....got a great rate on Travelzoo voucher for 4 nights. This hotel has been remodeled and is still in process of completing some work in common areas. Starbucks opened when I was there, and Monkeypod will open in the future. Staff was fabulous! No complaints there. I was able to check in early and got a partial ocean view on floor 11. Room was spotless. My only complaint, and it's a big one for me, is the soundproofing. I should say lack of it! Doors are HEAVY and each open and shut on the floor nearby is a shock to the sleeper. Also, the wind whistled and the band and traffic comes right in through slider to balcony. The band stops at 9, so that was no problem, and very nice. But....I hated the door slams and other interior noises. If you are a light sleeper, I don't think you will enjoy yourself. I wore ear plugs. Location is superb! It really can't be beat. Pool is OK. The jacuzzi was kind of icky. One being closed the entire time, the other kind of grey and the one attached to the pool generally full of kids. No jacuzzi for me. Towels and loungers were readily available. No problems there. We did have a problem at restaurant/ bar with what we think was bad turkey or mayo on a club. My grandson and I got sick within a couple hours. Unfortunately for the maintenance staff there was some cleaning up to do in the bathroom. The staff responded immediately and were so nice about it. I cannot thank them enough. However, when I reported this to the restaurant manager in the morning I was not totally happy with his response. All in all, I would stay there again for what I paid for it.

Questo posto è fantastico. Essendo il più grande ostello delle isole ci sono così tanti nuovi amici per incontrarsi e viaggi e eventi gratis per fare nuovi ricordi con questi nuovi amici! Hanno attrezzi da spiaggia, attrezzi da snorkeling, attrezzi da surf e anche un paddleboard, tutto gratis nel grande salone che ha anche lavanderia e un palestra! La posizione è letteralmente a 45 secondi di cammino verso la spiaggia, un blocco dall'autobus (che va ovunque sull'isola e si può anche prenotare sul loro sito e ottenere 1 giorno di libero giri illimitati!), hanno anche un negozio scooter con scooter scooter con scooter scooter (chieda la ricezione). La cera in cima è tutto il personale. Conosciuto, personalizzato e così molto gentile. Solo un po' di testa, non ci sono ascensori, solo scale. E con la prima venuta, la prima scelta di letto servita, l'unica opzione può essere un bunker. In ogni caso, quando si entra, si è immediatamente portato negli ostelli ”ohana” e tutte queste cose si riuniscono per rendere questo posto assolutamente fantastico!

The hotel is located right on the shoreline with walkable access to many restaurants nearby. It’s also a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities. The only downside is the nearby pubs open late into the night; you will hear people screaming/yelling and karaoke until about 1am. If you are on a lower floor, the waves crashing against the shore can get rough and loud depending on the tides/weather.

Il marchio Hilton era il mio hotel di scelta. Dopo qualche soggiorno molto deludente verso la fine di Covid ho deciso di passare a qualsiasi cosa, ma Hilton. Dovevo stare fermo con il mio impegno. Come il poster precedente ha detto la nostra camera ($350) è molto piccola. I corridoi erano vecchi e disgustosi, mentre, entrando nella stanza, andai a guardare fuori dalla finestra, e c’era una vista di un tetto, di un grande buco di rifiuti e di un edificio delapidato con graffiti. Infatti ci sono diversi edifici abbandonati intorno alla proprietà, quindi la zona non è grande. Non hanno ancora custodia quotidiana. Ho fatto visita a Hawaii per 10-days ora e tutti i miei altri hotel hanno avuto pulizia quotidiana e è stato eccellente. Non c'è scusa per Hilton di non essere tornato a questo servizio. Questo è un motivo chiave per cui la gente vuole stare in hotel contro VRBOs. Hilton sta mettendo i risparmi nella propria tasca, perché le loro tariffe non sono state adeguate per riflettere la significativa riduzione del servizio. Fortunatamente, stiamo solo per una notte. Il check-in era bello e l'agente era amichevole. I terreni ( verso l'acqua) erano buoni. Sono d'accordo anche con l'altro poster, perché chiedo perché un canone di ristorazione per questa proprietà. Se si ottiene una stanza di vista sugli oceani e non si preoccupano della mancanza di servizio di cameriera allora si dovrebbe stare bene. Certamente non rimanere nelle stanze strane numerate nell'edificio ancillario o si vedrà il ghetto.

Impianti: Hiro, a est dell'isola, non c'è nessun nuovo hotel migliore. Il buon hotel hardware è a Cona, a ovest. Heiro vive per andare al parco nazionale vulcanico. Cona, a est, torna al parco nazionale vulcanico per più di due ore Salute: la verità deve ancora passare Ambiente: le condizioni hardware intorno sono generali. La costruzione dell'hardware globale di Hiro è relativamente vecchia. La notte è nera e non è rotonda. Anche le luci stradali sono poche Servizio: andare avanti, non predefinito con colazione, e anche inviare un buono per colazione. La colazione è un pane e caffè molto semplice, e affrontare le scarpe

L'alloggio non ha caratteristiche di lusso. Il colazione dell'hotel è molto comune, e poi non c'è negozio vicino al pranzo che può mangiare il salmone che può mangiare all'hotel. La migliore Meradia non si apre. Il salmone può mangiare il ristorante spiaggia difficile da mangiare. Il soggiorno è innocuo

房間設施與景色可以説是夏威夷頂級的，但是酒店服務差到不可思議。前台服務人員言語傲慢無禮（不知道是不是種族歧視），入住時並未告知信用卡授權，收取400及700美金2筆授權，暫時錢還沒有追回；離店需要接駁車去villa取行李，電話了25分鐘都無人接應，後來是致電客房點餐的人員才叫來接駁車。酒店有2家餐廳，簡餐餐廳服務人員比較友善，正餐餐廳服務人員非常無禮，倒水/倒酒都需要自己來，前菜吃完了香檳都沒有上。建議獨家不受氣的寶寶不要去，真的會被裡麪的工作人員氣出內傷。以及，房間mini bar裏的零食是過期的。

The best part about this hotel is the view! We had an ocean view room and woke up a few yards off the water. The service here was great. The front desk was very friendly and had great recommendations for local food options. The amenities were helpful especially the dishes so we could prepare basic meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The room did have some mold in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door otherwise the room was clean.

Il Condo era in buona condizione, poteva usare un nuovo tappeto e dipinto, ma nonostante questo molto pulito!!! La dimensione del condo era perfetta e potevamo vedere l'oceano dalle porte del patio. La cucina era ben servita con piatti puliti e belli. La lavatrice/siccatore era una fantastica caratteristica che abbiamo usato!! Il personale del desk front era molto utile e amichevole. Parcheggio era incluso e facile da trovare. Condo era vicino al shopping di Kona Inn e la strada di bypass utilizzato per Hwy 11. Sarebbe sicuramente consigliare di rimanere lì!!! Il libro degli ospiti nel condo per scrivere la vostra entrata era così divertente da leggere ciò che gli altri ospiti avevano fatto!!

Ho dato una stella perché la camera era spaziosa e nuova, ma non ho mai visto un servizio peggiore di questo. Colazione qualitativamente pessima e servita fino all’orario da loro stabilito (che non rispetta l’orario indicato nel foglio in camera), non ho mai visto personale così maleducato e seccato, le cameriere sbuffano tutto il tempo e rispondono in modo sgarbato. Cosa forse ancora peggiore, il personale che si occupa delle pulizie (su richiesta, perché con la scusa del covid le pulizie devono essere richieste preventivamente) pulisce le camere senza indossare la mascherina e ci sono ospiti che circolano indisturbati nei corridoi e negli spazi comuni senza indossare mascherine e nessuno del personale interviene. Circa 450$ a notte per un servizio imbarazzante, una scortesia oltre ogni limite e pessima cura del cliente (intesa anche come preoccuparsi del possibile contagio e dei problemi che ne conseguirebbero per i clienti stessi!). Mai più. Esperienza peggiore mai fatta
