It is in the heart of the city.. Very well decorated and very clean.. Our only choice in Bursa from now on.

The location of the hotel was in a very nice place. Especially the employees were very friendly and helpful. We were also satisfied with the breakfast.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

I like the hotel. ,very quiet and clean. The receptionist girl is a beautiful Turkish lady and we talked a lot about different touristic places such as Cappadocia, Göbeklitepe, etc etc , ona çok seviyorum !

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

Hotel bellissimo, molto tranquillo, anche se è su una strada occupata. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli e utili. L'hotel ha alta sicurezza, quindi nessun straniero e taxi possono passare attraverso a meno che non sia concesso il permesso. Il colazione è stato l’unico disappunto per me, perché mi aspettavo un sacco di più varietà come alcuni dei Hilton’s che ho soggiornato con.

Per una notte, è normale stare e estendere le gambe.Clean, la materna è molto comoda. La colazione è media ma la vista dalla terrazza per la colazione è meravigliosa. In corridoi, c'è un odore molto strano, sette peregar, cucumber sol e un canale stagnante. La stanza costa 1000 lire, cioè 2.000 rubli con monete. La foto è attaccata e raccomandata di prendere un sedile a due posti, perché non è ovviamente una stanza, ma una uscita di emergenza, ri-fatta in un posto di dormire. Infatti, si sente che su un balcone stretto c'è una foto 😁 dal muro al muro! Anche a sinistra c'è un muro, non c'è spazio.

Günübirlik Bursa turunda tercih ettik. Otel Konum olarak doğrudan turistik bölgelere yürüme mesafesinde olmasa da araçla çok yakın. Gürültü olmaması için böyle tercih etmiştik ki doğru tercih ettiğimizi anladık. Konum itibariyle huzurlu bir yer. Çalışanlar ***et yardım sever kişiler. Açık büfe kahvaltısı yeterli. Verandasında oturup dinlenmek için iyi. Kaldığımız oda ***et kullanışlı ve temizdi. Banyoda musluğun üzerine diş fırçası vs koymak için küçük bir raf koyarsanız; daha iyi olur. Bir de camları kapatıp açarken kornişler camlara çok yakın olduğundan biraz zorlanıyor. Tekrar bir Bursa seyahati düşündüğümde tercih edebileceğim bir nokta oldu.
