I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

Taj Yeshwantpur is always the best hotel when I am in Bangalore. The hotel is well mantained and clean. But the best is the staff. They are very professional and polite. It is always a great experience!

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel, despite the rooms being a bit cozy for 3 adults. The staff were super helpful and always willing to lend a hand, which made a big difference. One thing to note is that since we visited during the off-season, room service wasn't readily available. However, the hotel did allow us to order food from outside and bring it into the hotel, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a nice stay and I'd definitely consider coming back. The staff's hospitality and willingness to help made up for the room's compact size.

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno in questo resort. Il meglio è avere una macchina per arrivare qui. L'hotel era molto bello e molto verde. Il colazione era fantastica con molta cucina locale da provare. Il servizio era impeccabile e di alto livello. La stanza era grande e sufficiente per tre di noi, tra cui il nostro bambino adolescente. Tutti erano gentili e carini. Il specialista della natura Harish ci ha dato un bel discorso sulle persone di Kodava (popolazioni locali) e sugli elefanti. Il suo uomo era molto consapevole e lo facevamo in un incendio che era bello. La piscina dovrebbe essere più calda durante il tempo più freddo di sera, soprattutto se è disponibile il controllo della temperatura. Il controllo del personale era bello, ma hanno cercato di vendere una stanza migliorata quando non ne avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo soggiornato innumerevoli proprietà di Mariott in tutto il mondo e questa è la prima volta che qualcuno ha cercato di vendere una stanza migliorata che mi è sembrata sbagliata considerando che ci si adattava confortevolmente nella nostra stanza prenota. Se vuoi aggiornare, dovresti fornire come complimentare altrimenti non cercare di vedere qualcosa su falso pretesto, come hanno detto che non siamo confortevoli nella nostra prenotazione esistente. Anche le foglie di letto devono essere pulite meglio, perché ci sono molte tinture. La pulizia deve essere migliorata. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti da controllare i conducenti di bug, i conducenti di valle, il personale di colazione. Il ristorante ha anche un trattamento e un design di benvenuto in camera nostra, e così il personale del ristorante per offrire un biscotto di addio.

Newly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.

Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.

Ok, so i booked this hotel as we were having our college reunion at this venue. Room was huge, but the a. C. Was a bit of an issue. Though b'lore boast of nice weather, it was hot and a. C. Didn't bothered to cool. Took forever to get a temperature in room lower. And of-course there was no fan in room. Then there is washroom - amenities, not an issue. The shower area had drain on the wrong side of the slope. So the water accumulated in the shower area and then overflowing in the bathroom and eventually into the room. Then there was this issue with room service. Had couple of friend who arrived a bit earlier to catch up with me. So we ordered a couple of beers and asked for chilled beer. I was very specific that i want chilled beer with chilled glasses. I was very specific that i am not bothered with brand as long as it was chilled. The guy recommended a local indian brand and i okayed. 15 minutes later the guy walks in with beers that i dont even considered cold, forget chilled. So i aksed to replace it and the guy goes - they cannot change it now that the bill has been printed. And i was like, so get me chilled beer -another brnad and change the bill. So after a short argument and couple of phone calls the beers were returned. And then 30 minutes and 2 phone calls later the guy brings cold beers (not chilled) and then we had to get ice bucket and for the first time in my life i had a beer with ice. So thats about it. The breakfast and the food was good - no complaint whatsoever.
