Service was average. Cleanliness was also average. Very small room. No shampoo provided, only shower gel. But not too bad for the price point. Nice lobby but room is very simple. Only 2 towels given for 3 people.

Everything is great include price and faclities except one thing: one time we stuck in the lift.

Questo hotel si trova proprio fuori dalla zona di contatori di partenza domestica in T3. Ha una piscina 10m+ e un buon giardino. Il colazione non è fino a 4 standard 4-star hotel, ma è piuttosto buono. Se vuoi un posto comodo per un lungo layout in CGK, esp se il tuo prossimo volo è da T3, non c'è scelta migliore di Grand Anara. C'è un Anara più economico dall'altra parte di T3, e c'è un ”Digital Hotel” vicino a un prezzo più economico se si vuole risparmiare qualche centesimo.

This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

Siamo rimasti a Episode Hotel Gading Serpong come famiglia con tre bambini, e si è rivelata una bella esperienza. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il personale era caldo e accogliente, rendendo il check-in fluido e senza stress, che è sempre apprezzato quando viaggia con i bambini. Le camere sono spaziali, pulite e molto comode. Con tre bambini, lo spazio è sempre un problema, ma la disposizione ci ha reso facile per tutti riposare bene. I letti erano cosi' confortevoli, e il bagno era moderno e ben mantenuto. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il buffet di colazione di varietà, dai piatti locali alle opzioni amicali come pasticceria, cereali e frutta fresca.I nostri bambini godevano di questo, e rendeva le mattine molto più facili. La piscina è stato un altro luogo preferito per i bambini, mentre noi, come genitori, apprezzavamo l'atmosfera rilassante delle strutture dell'hotel e delle comodità vicine come le opzioni di shopping e cena. In generale, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong è una grande scelta per le famiglie. Combina comfort, comodità e servizio pensiero, rendendo il nostro soggiorno sia rilassante e piacevole. Ci ritroveremmo felicemente sul nostro prossimo viaggio familiare.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month!
