“Good for a Transit Stay, but the AI-Driven Service Needs Work” I booked this hotel mainly because of the reviews mentioning the good food and free pick-up/drop-off shuttle service. Communicating with the hotel before check-in to arrange the shuttle was easy through the hotel’s WhatsApp number, which I found on Trip.com. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel seems to cater quite heavily to Chinese visitors. There was a line of Chinese guests checking in, and one of the front desk staff spoke Chinese fluently. Some of the notices around the hotel were also written in Chinese, presumably Mandarin. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, I was informed that I needed to install an app to use various hotel services during my stay, including the digital room key and room service. While this may be convenient for some guests, I personally found it a bit of a hassle at the time. The installation itself took some time, followed by an explanation of how to use the system. The food was average, with a reasonable selection of options. However, the refilling of some items was rather slow. For example, the milk for the coffee machine ran out and was not replenished promptly, and at times there was no cook available. The room itself was nice and spacious. One thing I particularly liked was the layout, with the washing area located near the entrance. The toilet unit also looked new. Unfortunately, the towels looked rather shabby and could use an upgrade. Complimentary bottled water was available upon request, which was a nice touch. One of the biggest downsides for me was the lack of a telephone in the room. All service requests have to be made through the app. I had to communicate with an AI chatbot, but the chatbot would often instruct me to go downstairs and confirm the request with the reception desk anyway. I found this rather confusing and wondered what the point of the AI system was if I still had to speak to a staff member in person. It seems the hotel is trying to adapt to AI and reduce the need for human staff, but the system does not seem to work effectively yet. In my experience, it actually added an extra step rather than making things easier. This was especially noticeable during check-out. There was only one front desk staff member, which was surprising. He was very patient and did his best to serve everyone, but the hotel really could have used more staff at that time. As a result, the line became quite long. Had I been informed during check-in that I could simply use the self-service machine to check out, I could have avoided the queue altogether. The location is in the CBC area, although finding the hotel felt a bit like navigating a labyrinth. It wasn't the easiest place to locate, especially for a first-time visitor. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for. For a one-night transit stay, the hotel was acceptable, especially with the free shuttle service and spacious room. However, the hotel could significantly improve its service by having more human staff available and making its AI-based system more practical and user-friendly.

Its a good apartment and the lord is verygood and responsible. Although there was an unpleasant incident, namely a late check-in, they provided extraordinary compensation and the owner was very kind. In the future, I will continue to choose to book at this place.

Siamo stati dal prossimo hotel, ma abbiamo controllato Coz le loro camere sono terribili, ma fortunatamente Swissbel ha spazio per noi per controllare lo stesso giorno. La stanza è più grande di quanto previsto e è così comoda. Forniscono anche il trasferimento aeroportuale!

Had a great stay at Herloom! Brought our dog along, additional 300k/night for small dog. They provide bed and food for our furbaby. Highly recommended!

È bello stare, la stanza è un po' vuota. Credo sia un hotel di viaggio d'affari per essere esattamente per mettere questo hotel. Buono abbastanza.

Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha persino permesso di fare colazione prima perché il nostro volo partiva presto. Non abbiamo potuto consumare il resto del buffet, ma la porzione era molto buona. L'igiene della camera potrebbe essere migliorata.

Di recente ho soggiornato al DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Bintaro con la mia famiglia e, nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza positiva in termini di posizione e servizio di ristorazione. Tuttavia, ci sono diversi aspetti del servizio che necessitano di notevoli miglioramenti, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di una struttura del marchio Hilton. Siamo arrivati in hotel intorno alle 16:30, ma, sorprendentemente, la nostra camera non era ancora pronta. La receptionist ci ha detto di aspettare un'altra ora, nonostante avessimo pagato il prezzo intero e fossimo arrivati ben oltre l'orario standard per il check-in. Questo è stato particolarmente scomodo perché mio figlio non si sentiva bene e aveva bisogno di riposare immediatamente. Dopo aver espresso la nostra insoddisfazione, la reception ha improvvisamente ”trovato” una camera pronta. Purtroppo, la camera non corrispondeva alle nostre preferenze di prenotazione. Avevo prenotato specificamente e pagato un extra per una camera al piano alto, ma ci è stata assegnata una camera a un piano inferiore. Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti, il personale dell'hotel ha detto che si trattava di un ”upgrade”. Tuttavia, dopo aver verificato, la cosiddetta camera con upgrade era più grande di soli 4 m² e la differenza di prezzo era di soli 8-10 USD rispetto alla prenotazione originale: un upgrade non proprio significativo e non in linea con quanto avevamo pagato. Inoltre, avevo incluso un pacchetto cena nella mia prenotazione, ma al momento del check-in nessuno ci ha informato sui dettagli della cena. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni in anticipo, altrimenti sarebbero state completamente ignorate. Capisco che l'hotel fosse al completo a causa delle festività natalizie, ma francamente, questo non può essere una scusa per un servizio così disorganizzato. Questo è un DoubleTree by Hilton, non un hotel economico standard. Da una catena alberghiera globale ci si aspetta una preparazione adeguata per l'alta stagione, e questa esperienza non è stata all'altezza. In conclusione, pur apprezzando l'esperienza culinaria e la posizione comoda dell'hotel, la procedura di check-in e la gestione della mia prenotazione sono state deludenti. Questo soggiorno mi ha fatto riconsiderare la possibilità di tornare in questo hotel in futuro.

A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

Questo lussuoso hotel situato in qualsiasi zona, la zona spiaggia situata intorno all'hotel, dobbiamo usare la navetta fornita dall'hotel alla spiaggia e al parco auto. La navetta va indietro e indietro da una posizione all'altra, quindi non dobbiamo aspettare troppo. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, la camera da bagno è pulita anche con tutte le attrezzature. Ci sono macchina da caffè pronta per l'uso e capsule da caffè. Il personale è molto utile dalla prima arrivata e durante i nostri soggiorni. La piscina e la zona di gioco per bambini è molto bello, il bagno, la palestra e anche i negozi. Il ristorante pronto a preparare il nostro ordine e il cibo sono deliziosi, ci fermiamo anche per pranzo prima di partire. In generale, molto piacevole soggiorno durante le nostre vacanze, molto soddisfatto con il cibo e i servizi.
