For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals. Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali. Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself. In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism. It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Dal 2017, il Belinn svizzero Luwuk è il luogo in cui rimaniamo sempre quando siamo a Luwuk. Ci sono sempre benvenuti molto piacevolmente ogni volta che tornamo.. Il personale è sempre molto amichevole e utile. Da Yunia, il ricevitore, a Rini, Sherley, Rheza e soprattutto ELL che sono sempre sorridenti e attenti, nel ristorante al buffet (che è abbondante e ha buona varietà) L'unico sfondo è stato una parte della qualità alimentare del menu a la carte del ristorante, la sera e quanto ci vuole per produrre il cibo. Per esempio, ci sono voluti 40 minuti a un'ora per fare Nasi Goreng, e ho ordinato un pesce intero in due occasioni, quasi inevitabile. Le camere sono ancora ben progettate, con letti comodi e buoni bagni. In generale, se vado a visitare Luwuk, continuerò a rimanere al Swissbel.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

Reservamos este hotel para 1 noche y terminamos contentos con la habitación y el servicio. La recepcionista nos ayudó a gestionar un problema con un conductor muy pesado que nos trajo desde Ampana y quería más dinero del acordado. La mañana siguientes también nos consiguió un taxi para ir al centro del pueblo ya que no conseguiamos ningun grab ni gojek. La habtación es amplia y con aire acondicionado, buena calidad precio.
