the hotel is located near mountains. we had a lovely stay in this hotel. it's clean and the room is spacious. and it's fun that they got a small campfire at night. would recommend to anyone who would like to have a quiet stay

Nella stanza con la piscina aperta, ho dimenticato la vita quotidiana e sono rilassato dal fondo del cuore.La temperatura e il paesaggio dell'acqua calda sono grandi, che mi hanno fatto piacere la mia casa.La sala è pulita e pulita, e penso che ci sia un ambiente comodo. The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

Unfortunately this hotel was advertised in their Policies page as ”Children not permitted at this hotel”. On the strength of this policy, I was expecting an adult venue, with appropriate facilities. The hotel was completely the opposite. I would describe it as a family friendly establishment, which, if this is what you are looking for, it's perfect. Great place for children, lots to explore, the staff were super friendly, but because it was school holidays it was full of children. The best thing was the indoor golf simulator (no children here), but it definitely plays to the right, so adjust your feet by 20 degrees. The location is a bit out of the way, but the shuttle bus is very handy. The restaurant was full, so I missed out on a meal, so take some supplies with you, as there are no shops near by, and there wasn't anything available in the way of snacks. It wasn't one of my better experiences, but the views were amazing!!!

A causa dell'incorretto orario del treno, non posso prendere il mio autobus prenotato, ma posso rispondere in modo flessibile. L'autobus gratuito che parte dalla stazione deve prenotare dalla pagina principale. Il santuario di Salmone e il tempio di Idong hanno anche un autobus gratuito, che è molto buono.

If you want a traditional Japanese resort experience without breaking the bank, this is the place to book! The Room: I was amazed by how huge the room was. Having a private tatami area (Japanese-style Washitsu) alongside the western beds gave us plenty of space to relax, sip green tea, and enjoy the peaceful island vibes. Overall Value: For the price we paid, the space, comfort, and prime location on Kashikojima were absolutely unbeatable. It truly exceeded my expectations for a resort hotel. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting extra space and a authentic touch of Japan!

L'hotel è in una posizione molto buona, vicino alla fermata degli autobus, e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Sono disponibili autobus gratuito dall'hotel alla stazione Toba alle 9.00 e alle 10 a.m. Il personale si trova a casa e alcuni parlano un po' di inglese. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla, ma molto locale.Se stai pianificando un viaggio qui, assicurati di stoccare snacks dai negozi convenienti perché non ci sono 7-11, Lawson, o qualsiasi Family Mart a piedi. Se vuoi avere colazione e cena in un hotel, informi loro quando prenoti o qualche giorno in anticipo.

This beautiful hotel pearched on a clift in Shima with impeccable service is a must stay in Shima. Super friendly staffs who are knowledgeable and are prepared to answer your every question makes our stay at this venue a very memorable one. Restaurant La Mer and the Japanese restaurant never failed to amaze us, even though we only had our breakfast there. The top floor viewing deck is a must to see one of the best sunset in the world. The breathtaking views from your suite is simply worth the price.

Hotel enorme. Molto molto affollato e occupato a causa di lunghe vacanze e gruppi di fine settimana locali. Super lenti ascensori. Buona scelta di cibo nei buffet, ma non c'è alcun cambiamento se si mangia per più di 1 giorno.
