Oman: hotel con bar nella provincia di Regione di al-Batina

I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times. I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery. Ottimo soggiorno. Il personale della reception è molto amichevole. Mohammed e khuood sono molto accoglienti. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. La camera dispone di tutte le attrezzature, tra cui la lana pulita. Neel al ristorante è stato eccellente. Il personale del ristorante mattinale è stato molto utile e gentile per noi.

Very clean. Good restaurant, Little far from the attractions, nothing around the hotel but we can find everything we need inside the hotel.
