L'ambiente generale è buono, non ci sono troppe persone, basta giocare sulla spiaggia per vedere il mare, e può anche catturare alcuni piccoli animali marini quando si ritira.E'un po' lontano, ci sono troppe specie di ristorazione, l'acqua della piscina non è troppo pulita

Wir waren 12 Tage im cocotinos und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist einfach Klasse , super freundlich , alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, mehrere Ausflugsziele kann mann von dort aus gut erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet vollste Entspannung. Sie ist nicht nur zur Durchreise geeignet. Kleiner Tipp, ich bin noch nie mit so vielen Schildkröten geschnirchelt. Ganz lieben Dank an die wundervollen , freundlichen Mitarbeiter.Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Se siete un turista straniero o forse un turista nazionale, potete considerare la privacy e il comfort qui. Questo hotel è davvero grande con la bellezza della natura, ma è stato rovinato con l'ospite locale. Vedrai che alcuni ospiti fumano in zona non fumatori come la piscina, il più povero è, il personale dell'hotel non fa nulla con esso, anche se ci sono segni di non fumare. Il peggiore è che sentirai la musica molto rumorosa intorno 6.am, e il più divertente è la musica usata solo da alcune persone facevano zumba vicino alla stanza degli ospiti. E quando chiediamo aiuto all'ospite dell'hotel, riceveremo la risposta “sono programmati zumba”, come il tf, ospite saprà che ci sarà programmato zumba. Per essere giusti, la pulizia è buona, i cibi sono media.

Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

Da quando siamo entrati nel lobby, sapevamo che sarebbe stato un soggiorno memorabile. In primo luogo, il personale dell'Hotel Tahuna Beach merita tutti i lodi del mondo. Non solo erano attenti, ma veramente attenti e andarono oltre e oltre per assicurare che ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Inoltre, quando mi sono spostato mentre mi sono camminato, il mio guidatore locale chiamato Gilbert, che si è immediatamente guidato a organizzare che mi riportasse all'hotel, assicurandomi la sicurezza e il benessere.Questi atti di gentilezza e di servizio eccezionale hanno fatto davvero il mio Rimanere a Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort inoltrabile. Me he alojado en este hotel durante 10 dias. El hotel supero mis expectativas, buenas instalaciones, camas muy comodas, baños adecuados y todo funciona a la perfeccion. El personal es de lo más amable y atento, fue el cumpleaños de mi amigo y le hicieron un pequeño pastel con lo que tenían y le canatron cumpleaños feliz, super agradables, fue un detallazo. El desayuno más asiático que occidental pero tiene opcionens, algo de bollería, tostadas y huevos con fruta y zumos. Cenamos un par de veces allí y la verdad es que estuvo bien. Lo unico si quieres tomar una cerveza es bastante caro muy caro. Pero hay pocas opciones por las cercanías.

While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

the room is super clean, breakfast also delicious, the location is nice, the view also nice, can watch sea from the window. the service is also nice, the people also super nice. only the elevator is kinda difficult because is super busy and long wait. but overall my experience staying in Best Western is super comfortable.

The hotel is reasonably priced. The breakfast is mediocre. However, for this price, including breakfast, this hotel is a good deal in Manado. The rooms are clean, everything works, and nothing is broken. In short, the maintenance is good. Most Western tourists come for Bunaken. They constantly count prices in euros and dollars, resulting in almost anybody in Manado treating Western tourists as cash. This hotel offers car excursions for ridiculously high prices, such as Rp 850,000 per person, while a price of around Rp 700,000 for a car with a driver would be normal. If four Western tourists go on a day trip, they would pay 4 x Rp 850,000 = Rp 3.4 million. The average monthly salary in Indonesia is approximately Rp 3.8 million. In short, Manadonese people should understand that by offering motor cycles and cars for rent and offering excursions at reasonable prices, they can sell much more than by selling excursions to a single tourist at ridiculously high prices. Because I speak Indonesian well, I can arrange a car with driver through the locals for a normal price, but this should simply be offered to Western tourists through hotels.

The location is excellent, and although I had to wait an additional hour for my sea view room, it was completely worth it. The staff at both the reception and breakfast areas were extremely friendly, and my room was spacious and clean—perfect for a solo traveler
