Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

Il condizionamento d'aria non funzionava bene. Ho una regina non una doppia. Il personale pensava di portare persone in piu' nella piscina che non avevo usato. Il mio nipote e la figlia sono venuti in camera per rifrigersi perché era caldo.

Questo hotel è molto comune.Molti neri soggiornano.Il design del capo del libro dell'hotel è problematico.Troppo vicino alla piscina, lava le mani spesso si chiama alla piscina

MMAINT65The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it
I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money
They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards

UUtente ospiteI lavoratori erano amici per la maggior parte e la struttura non era male. Il mio ragazzo e io rimasi riservato una stanza per tre notti. Immagino che, visto che eravamo rimasti tre notti, la custodia non doveva pulire la nostra stanza, che era buona. Non ci importavamo, ma sono andato a chiedere a un membro del personale di prendere i vestiti e le foglie fresche. Quando stavo cambiando le foglie, ho notato un enorme bug!! Così ho dovuto guardare nella mattresse trovando tre bug vivi. Li ho uccisi e li ho mostrati alla signora al mio ufficio. Ovviamente, mi sono davvero sconvolto e non riuscivo a dormire per il resto della notte. Finalmente ho smesso di cercare di dormire e ho appena controllato alle 5. Avrei dovuto andare prima di questo, ma non volevo andare in quella parte di Nashville così presto al mattino, quindi mi aspettai fino al giorno prima di partire. Il membro del personale non mi offriva di darmi una nuova stanza o di rimborsare i miei soldi. Ha detto di lasciare che il suo capo lo sapesse. Non ha nemmeno cercato di scusarmi per conto dell'hotel. Sono molto deluso dal modo in cui il dipendente gestisce la situazione. Così disgustoso come sono i bug, avrei capito se avesse agito anche come se fosse curata. Tutto quello che ha detto era che probabilmente era perché avevano un esterminatore lì fuori la settimana prima, e probabilmente era solo rimasto da un esterminatore che sprayeva e sconvolgeva le cose. Vado a chiamare e a parlare con il direttore lunedì per assicurarsi che sia consapevole della situazione e gli dica che il suo dipendente non ha gestito la situazione correttamente. L'unica ragione per cui rimango lì è perché non potevo andarmene a metà della notte e anche perché non volevo pagare per una stanza in una stanza diversa quando l'avevo già pagata. Il tempo è difficile e mio marito e io abbiamo appena visitato la famiglia. Non potevamo permetterci di gettare soldi intorno e andare in una stanza alberghiera diversa.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era più vecchio ma pulito. Conveniente a Gatlinburg, e il parcheggio della montagna Smoky. La stanza aveva tutto quello che voleva mini frigo, piccolo caffè, asciugacapelli. Ascensore al secondo e terzo piano. Ma non era conveniente per entrambi i lati delle grandi entrate all’aperto. I letti erano confortevoli. La stanza aveva una TV a schermo piatto, ma i controlli remoti non funzionavano. Cercavamo di chiamare il desk, ma il telefono non funzionava neanche. Quando siamo andati al divano front, hanno detto che non sapevano che le camere avevano telefoni, ci hanno dato una nuova remota che non funzionava neanche. Ci erano solo un lavastoviglie e un asciugamani nella stanza, ma ci hanno dato di più quando siamo andati al divano front. Il condizionamento dell'aria funzionava bene, ma la piscina era aperta, ma non era riscaldata come annunciato.

UUtente ospiteSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è più vecchio, soprattutto con un gusto umido e non si sente pulito.Ma la sua posizione è buona, il parcheggio è grande, la stanza è grande, il servizio è buono, la colazione è buona, perché sono familiare, vivo in questa casa molte volte. Una volta viveva vicino a un hotel di Wanhoo. Anche se la stanza era lussuosa, la stanza era piccola, e due allarme di fuoco erano a mezzanotte, il rapporto di prezzo era troppo basso e l'esperienza era troppo pesante.Quindi vivi spesso in questa casa.

UUtente ospite«Superiormente», questo La Quintas ha il personale più sorprendente; sopra e oltre l'assistenza, amichevole, benvenuto, gentile e intendo QUALQUEL membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato da scrivania a dietro le scene che abbiamo passato nell'ascensore, arrivando al lavoro, QUALQUELQUE!!! Apprezzo profondamente i membri del personale, Diamond, che letteralmente ci ha ”concierto”, e che era responsabile del nostro piano e, Kumani, che ci ha prestato un ombrello, Tracy, che era così gentile quando è venuto a vedere la TV che lavorava, Il check in staff il pomeriggio del 27 luglio che ha dato grande consiglio e il membro del personale che ci ha portato i servizi igienici aggiuntivi che ci avevamo richiesto. (editare) un super comodo pigiama fuori dalle 3 su ogni letto e una mattinata forte, comoda - perfetta per noi.
In primo luogo, è stato praticamente, fantasticamente a 10 minuti a piedi verso il centro via il ponte pedonale John Seigenthaler per vedere il fiume Cumberland di centro e il Stadio di Nissan. È stato modernizzato rispetto a La Quintas altrove, ma non ordinare gli anelli di onion al bar (orrido)! le 'aie secche di gomma' erano grandi! Altrimenti, il bar e la zona di seggio/sala sono benvenuti, ma non ho mai provato il colazione.
Il parcheggio è stato facilmente accessibile e uno dei migliori prezzi nella zona. In generale, la nostra esperienza a La Quintas a Nashville, Stadio ha contribuito positivamente al nostro fantastico soggiorno breve e speriamo che le opere di costruzione (non rumore) nel corso del viaggio saranno completate quando rimaniamo in futuro.
