Croazia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Regione di Zagabria

Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto dedicato e fa sentire le persone a casa, il che è un'ottima esperienza. La posizione è molto comoda e ci sono buoni hotel nelle vicinanze.

Close to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

This hotel has several issues that affected my stay. First, the lighting design is poor—there’s a harsh spotlight in front of the TV that is uncomfortable, yet turning it off makes the room too dark, leaving no good lighting options. Second, the air quality is concerning. The room has visible dust floating in the air, especially under the lights, and there’s no ventilation since the windows can’t be opened. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for those sensitive to air quality. Noise pollution is another major problem. The poor soundproofing allows outside noise and hallway sounds to be clearly heard, disturbing sleep. Additionally, the duvet is unusually heavy, which may not be comfortable for all guests. After just one night, my friend developed allergy symptoms and caught a cold, while I experienced headaches, throat discomfort, nasal congestion, and dry eyes—possibly due to the dust and poor air circulation. While the hotel looks good in photos, the actual experience was disappointing. I hope they improve air quality, cleanliness, and noise control to provide a more comfortable stay.

Un membro dello staff maleducato ha rovinato un soggiorno altrimenti dignitoso Ho soggiornato all'Esplanade Zagreb Hotel con grandi aspettative, dato il suo prestigio storico, ma il comportamento poco professionale di un dipendente ha rovinato significativamente la mia esperienza. Al mio arrivo, sono entrato per errore nel parcheggio dell'hotel mentre il cancello si apriva. Dopo essermi reso conto dell'errore, mi sono diretto alla hall, ho completato il check-in e ho spostato la mia auto nell'area di riconsegna designata per il servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna auto. A questo punto, un addetto al parcheggio mi ha affrontato in modo aggressivo: mani sui fianchi, parlando con tono condiscendente e chiedendomi come avessi fatto ad accedere all'area. Il suo atteggiamento era più adatto a rimproverare un intruso che a rivolgersi a un ospite pagante. A dire il vero, il personale della reception e del concierge è stato estremamente cortese ed efficiente. Se non avessi incontrato questo dipendente in particolare, la mia impressione generale sarebbe stata positiva. Ma per un hotel che si definisce una struttura di lusso, anche una sola interazione ostile è inaccettabile. L'intera percezione di un ospite può essere sconvolta da un singolo momento di servizio scadente. L'incidente mette in dubbio gli standard di formazione dell'hotel. Perché esiste una tale disparità nell'atteggiamento del personale? Spero che la direzione affronti la questione, poiché nessuna tradizione secolare giustifica la maleducazione. Fino ad allora, esiterei a tornare o a consigliare l'Esplanade Zagreb senza cautela.

Molto vecchio, posso ancora vivere!Nota che la reception sarà un'imposta distorta. E' chiaro che ha pagato su Trip.com. Scrivi tutti i diritti d'imposta. La reception vuole che paghi un deposito e paghi un'altra tassa urbana! Ho visto commenti che non oso pagare il deposito. Sono stato pagato l'imposta urbana e ho dovuto tornare attraverso Trip.com!Ora sono partito per un giorno e non sono tornato!!!!?

La posizione è molto positiva per la porta e puoi sbarcare la strada!Anche se l'hotel è molto vecchio, ma molto pulito, quando entra nella stanza piena di champagne!Non ci sono molti tipi di colazione, puoi ordinare uova di pasta di pasta e una piccola quantità di frutta!In generale, non è buono

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Consigliavo molto questo hotel, un incredibile interno moderno, uno dei più eccellenti colazione che abbia mai avuto.Il bagno aveva un incredibile cosmetici corpo.Buona posizione - vicino all'autostrada, in modo che si possa rapidamente uscire dalla città.Il centro è 5-6 km da. Hanno un grande parcheggio sotterraneo. Non si rimpiangerà di rimanere qui!!!

Very nice hotel. Very modern and clean with a big breakfast selection. The room was big and clean and the staff were great. Easy to get into the centre of town and simple to get to and from the airport too

The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.
