Il servizio è buono. Ti salutano quando entri e ti aiutano a premere l'ascensore. C'è anche un servizio di autolavaggio alla porta. Il personale di servizio è molto accomodante ed educato.
Ha anche buone capacità di problem-solving. Se si verifica un'emergenza, prenderà in considerazione innanzitutto i sentimenti del cliente e lo aiuterà in modo tempestivo.

房間面積很大，兩室一廳兩衞的配置，十分適合一家人出遊，帶孩子空間大，有廚房可以熱東西，冰箱空間大，週末來定了一晚，景區景色一般，但是酒店我十分滿意，要不是時間倉促還想住😂😂，這裏麪最滿意的一次酒店了，還有機器人送餐送東西，孩子👶🏻喜歡，提個小建議，次卧沒有吹風機不方便，還得在主卧拿，總得來説十分滿意，離揚州景區半個小時車程，旅遊旺季價格也很實惠，值得推薦！

Il cinque vacanze porta la famiglia a fare una gita. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona. Il grande parcheggio della stazione di bus commerciale non è lontano. Le richieste di signorina Reception si risponderanno al massimo. Il servizio è in posizione. La colazione è anche vario. Ci sono troppi colazione per cinque o cinque vacanze. 房間很大也非常乾淨，
最重要的是服務非常好，大堂小劉根據我們到的時間預留好房間，提前將停車二維碼發給我，入住後也會主動詢問是否需要送外賣到房間等
其他人工作人員服務態度也非常好，因為小朋友發燒了，趁早飯前按了立即打掃，立馬就有清潔人員按鈴打掃，等我們吃完早飯回房間立馬就可以讓小朋友休息了
早餐味道沒有特別驚艷的，但是品種還是很多的，還是在頂樓的旋轉餐廳，可以一邊吃早飯一邊看外面的風景
下次去宜興還是會選擇融達

I really loved the hotel. Everything from the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the room were perfect. Breakfast is reach and there weren’t many people so I could enjoy the meal in calm atmosphere. The smell in the lobby is the other thing, so nice, smells like a real vacation :) they even gave me a gift upon check-in. Good location: not far from the train station, not far from the pedestrian street. I would totally recommend it to my friends to stay.
They even called me to notice about the breakfast busy hours and recommended me better time to come for breakfast. That’s was really nice.

The staff were friendly but struggled with English. The room was comfortable and spacious however my towels were covered in long hair. Breakfast was a let down, the dining room was so humid. The hotel is also difficult to find from the street.

La stanza è pulita e confortevole. il WC ha il sensore del water e il controllo del lavaggio del bidet. Due simpatici robot per la consegna delle merci e la stanza interna hanno ottenuto un servizio in camera intelligente con intelligenza artificiale con cui si divertirà molto a parlare. sono arrivato all'uso della lavanderia per i clienti gratuitamente. L'unico miglioramento necessario è che la lingua accanto al mandarino e all'addetto alla reception sia più utile per i clienti stranieri.

Room is big, spacious, and the view is most of the time really good (very tall building and the rooms are located from floor 29+).
The hotel does have a swimming pool but for the 1 month I was there, it was said to be on maintenance. I guess it won't open any time soon (seems like it's just abandoned, a pity). The gym is alright, enough for most workouts.
There is no washing machine available for free, you have to pay an extravagant amount to get your clothes washed.
Good point is, the hotel is located on top of a big mall. Food is very easily accessible thanks to that, I was so glad to live there after a long day at work.
Overall I would recommend that hotel!

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Ambiente: vivere nella zona panoramica di Pingjiang Road non è molto conveniente. La camera da letto matrimoniale affacciata sul fiume offre un'esperienza fantastica. Aprendo le tende si scopre la vista del fiume principale all'esterno.
Servizio: fornire un servizio in stile maggiordomo, gentile e amichevole.

JJourneywithfitL'hotel è assolutamente bellissimo! Il design degli interni e degli esterni trasuda il fascino del vecchio mondo che mi ha affascinato quando ho messo piede nell'hotel per la prima volta. Ciò che è ancora più sorprendente è il cortile. Il cortile ha un bellissimo giardino con un cancello che va direttamente al patrimonio dell'UNESCO - Panmen. L'ingresso è gratuito per gli ospiti dell'hotel. È super conveniente e puoi facilmente trascorrere mezza giornata esplorando la zona. Per quanto riguarda la camera, è semplice ma dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo dormito bene due notti. Tutto sommato, ci tornerò sicuramente alla mia prossima visita!

UUtente ospite國慶出行當天臨時訂的酒店，價格比平時並沒有貴到離譜，酒店門口有兩棵桂花樹，整個停車場和大堂都是香的，門口路兩邊很粗壯的梧桐樹，就是現成的梧桐大道啊，對於一個第一次在秋天魯G來蘇A的人來説，第一印象太棒啦。。房間乾淨整潔，設施環境都非常好，晚上特別安靜，床和枕頭也舒服，去鐘山的幾個景點特別近，打車起步價，附近吃飯的也很多。要非説缺點，可能就是離地鐵站有一點點遠。

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

AAndreaL'hotel è situato convenientemente, a 20 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Suzhou. Il personale della reception era gentile e paziente e hanno gentilmente aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera, che veniva fornita con una vasca da bagno. Sebbene fosse al secondo livello (potresti sentire i rumori dal basso e dagli edifici laterali), non mi ha disturbato affatto. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un'area di sviluppo con nuovi ristoranti e bar, e due strade dietro si può trovare anche 十全街! Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza!

RRabbitLittleHotel is a little old. Receptionists is helpful. However, they are not well versed in English. So for non Mandarin speaking guests, it will be somewhat challenging to communicate with them. Hotel breakfast is so so. Nonetheless, the hotel location is very good with lots of eateries and restaurants around. Overall, the stay is ok.
