Posizione eccellente, con libero accesso all'area panoramica di Panmen. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assistere all'allestimento delle luci e alle prove di Capodanno, il che ha reso l'esperienza davvero unica. Tutta la famiglia, dai più piccoli ai più grandi, è rimasta estremamente soddisfatta. Ero un po' titubante dopo aver letto alcune recensioni prima del check-in, ma questo soggiorno ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative, diventando un bellissimo ricordo per tutta la famiglia. La sistemazione con tre camere da letto ha soddisfatto pienamente le esigenze del nostro viaggio in famiglia, e l'hotel ci ha gentilmente offerto una cassa di acqua in bottiglia in più, molto utile. Al concierge era possibile ritirare il cibo per i pesci, e i bambini si sono divertiti ogni giorno a dar loro da mangiare. L'adiacente ristorante Wugong Yuyan è anch'esso molto caratteristico, e particolarmente curioso e divertente per i bambini stranieri. L'itinerario di tre giorni e due notti è stato ben organizzato e l'esperienza complessiva è stata ottima. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

Siamo stati in questo hotel a Suzhou per 3 notti e ci è piaciuto molto! Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Possibilità di usare la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice. Attaccato a Pingjiang Road e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Giardino dell’Umile Amministratore, posizione comodissima! La camera era grande, con un letto enorme e una zona tè molto carina. Bagno ok. Buona pulizia e ogni giorno 2 bottigliette di acqua in camera. Unico piccolo difetto? Le tende poco oscuranti. Ottimo hotel, consigliato.

La pensione di Yangzhou State è situata in una zona di spray, dove molte delle strutture sono a piedi. E 'come soggiornare in un resort. Puoi andare alle diverse strutture o prendere il bug fornito. Il lago Slender West (西 Lake) è vicino alla Guesthouse e sicuramente vale la pena visitare sia durante il giorno che la sera. Troppo caldo per visitare l'estate, ma sarà bello durante la primavera e/o l'autunno.

Cosa mi è piaciuto: camera d'albergo elegante, in stile inglese, con un'ampia selezione di film, bevande del minibar di base, camera di categoria superiore con giardino privato, letto comodo, posizione meravigliosa ed esteticamente gradevole. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: la porta della veranda aperta all'arrivo per far uscire uno strano odore, anche se mi era stato detto che avrei potuto rimanere nella mia camera di categoria superiore la notte successiva se avessi deciso di prolungare la permanenza. In seguito mi è stato detto che non era possibile, sentivo letteralmente il rumore delle persone che usavano il bagno nel cuore della notte (grazie a Dio i film hanno contribuito a rendere tutto più silenzioso), lo scarico del water che sembrava il mio e nessuna colazione, di cui ero a conoscenza in anticipo. È abbastanza pulito ed è un buon posto dove dormire se si ha il sonno pesante. Ho pagato per la tecnologia e l'estetica e ho perso il sonno, costringendomi a fare il check-in in un altro hotel presto per dormire il giorno dopo, perdendo preziose ore di luce a causa della stanchezza derivante dal soggiorno in questo hotel. Purtroppo, non tornerò in questo hotel, anche se ho intenzione di visitare questa meravigliosa città molte altre volte.

Mi è piaciuto davvero stare in questo hotel. È situato proprio nel centro della città, rendendo molto conveniente andare intorno. Ci è un centro commerciale direttamente collegato all'hotel, quindi trovare cibo e opzioni da mangiare è stato molto facile. L'hotel è molto familiare. Ci siamo fermati al piano superiore, e la vista era assolutamente sorprendente potevamo vedere sia il mare che le montagne. Il nostro bambino l'amava così tanto. Tuttavia, per gli ospiti che temono alti come mio marito, questa potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore, perché è probabilmente il più alto edificio della città. L'hotel è aperto da molti anni dall'esterno, ma l'interno è ancora moderno, pulito e ben mantenuto. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni internazionali. In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e siamo stati molto impressionati dal nostro soggiorno.

Devo piacere al servizio entusiasta delle signore, mi ha conquistato.Mi sto controllando rapidamente e ho un'abitudine di prenotare una stanza standard. TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione del B&B è eccezionale; sia Laomendong che il Tempio di Confucio (Fuzi Miao) sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche il Museo delle Mura della Città. Il servizio è discreto, anche se sarebbe stato molto apprezzato un aiuto con i bagagli durante il trasferimento. La pulizia della camera è buona, e la stanza è spaziosa e luminosa. La colazione, sebbene non abbondante, si distingue per la sua pulizia, il buon sapore e la freschezza, con una quantità giusta per non sprecare nulla, il che è un punto a favore. Xiao Mai è molto docile e i bambini l'hanno adorata. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. La prossima volta che sarò in zona, tornerò sicuramente qui. Consigliatissimo!

BbernitosL'hotel è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi da molte attrazioni vicine. Anche i servizi sono completi e il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. L'hotel non ha ascensore, ma il personale si è offerto di trasportare i bagagli su e giù per 3 piani, il che è stato fantastico. L'unico aspetto negativo è che a causa dei lavori in corso nella zona e all'esterno dell'hotel, verrai svegliato dai rumori di perforazione e costruzione al mattino. Inoltre, i lavori hanno causato la chiusura al traffico della strada di fronte all'hotel, quindi i taxi non possono entrare. Abbiamo dovuto trascinare i nostri pesanti bagagli lungo la strada polverosa, fangosa e irregolare per circa 50 m fino all'ingresso della strada, il che non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Senza i lavori, l'hotel è un posto davvero buono e comodo in cui soggiornare. :)

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work.
