Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assistere all'allestimento delle luci e alle prove di Capodanno, il che ha reso l'esperienza davvero unica. Tutta la famiglia, dai più piccoli ai più grandi, è rimasta estremamente soddisfatta. Ero un po' titubante dopo aver letto alcune recensioni prima del check-in, ma questo soggiorno ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative, diventando un bellissimo ricordo per tutta la famiglia. La sistemazione con tre camere da letto ha soddisfatto pienamente le esigenze del nostro viaggio in famiglia, e l'hotel ci ha gentilmente offerto una cassa di acqua in bottiglia in più, molto utile. Al concierge era possibile ritirare il cibo per i pesci, e i bambini si sono divertiti ogni giorno a dar loro da mangiare. L'adiacente ristorante Wugong Yuyan è anch'esso molto caratteristico, e particolarmente curioso e divertente per i bambini stranieri. L'itinerario di tre giorni e due notti è stato ben organizzato e l'esperienza complessiva è stata ottima. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

La pensione di Yangzhou State è situata in una zona di spray, dove molte delle strutture sono a piedi. E 'come soggiornare in un resort. Puoi andare alle diverse strutture o prendere il bug fornito. Il lago Slender West (西 Lake) è vicino alla Guesthouse e sicuramente vale la pena visitare sia durante il giorno che la sera. Mi è piaciuto davvero stare in questo hotel. È situato proprio nel centro della città, rendendo molto conveniente andare intorno. Ci è un centro commerciale direttamente collegato all'hotel, quindi trovare cibo e opzioni da mangiare è stato molto facile. L'hotel è molto familiare. Ci siamo fermati al piano superiore, e la vista era assolutamente sorprendente potevamo vedere sia il mare che le montagne. Il nostro bambino l'amava così tanto. Tuttavia, per gli ospiti che temono alti come mio marito, questa potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore, perché è probabilmente il più alto edificio della città. L'hotel è aperto da molti anni dall'esterno, ma l'interno è ancora moderno, pulito e ben mantenuto. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni internazionali. In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e siamo stati molto impressionati dal nostro soggiorno.

Siamo stati due notti all'hotel. Posizione fantastica molto vicina alla metro, a Pingjiang road e alle pagode gemelle. Camera spaziona, pulita e comoda. Abbiamo riposato egregiamente. La posizione era ottima. È vicino al centro, non lontano da tutte le strade tradizionali. Il servizio è stato molto gentile e professionale. La lavanderia gratuita è un grande vantaggio. This hotel is strategically located and very near Metro station which is about 180m away. Going to places of interest was convenience and easy using the metro station. There were a number of eateries in the vicinity. Thumb-up for the cleanliness and helpful staff. We have a good and relaxing 3 nights stay and will book this hotel again if we come back to Wuxi the next time..

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione del B&B è eccezionale; sia Laomendong che il Tempio di Confucio (Fuzi Miao) sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche il Museo delle Mura della Città. Il servizio è discreto, anche se sarebbe stato molto apprezzato un aiuto con i bagagli durante il trasferimento. La pulizia della camera è buona, e la stanza è spaziosa e luminosa. La colazione, sebbene non abbondante, si distingue per la sua pulizia, il buon sapore e la freschezza, con una quantità giusta per non sprecare nulla, il che è un punto a favore. Xiao Mai è molto docile e i bambini l'hanno adorata. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. La prossima volta che sarò in zona, tornerò sicuramente qui. Consigliatissimo!

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

__jy888888210000****去年來玩，發現還有住宿，就提前安排了元旦來住一晚。結果元旦又逢降温，原先很擔心會冷，房間中央空調很給力啊！還有廚房設施！樓下一張大床，樓上兩張小床，樓梯很寬。樓上洗手間乾濕分開，洗澡出來看到水會到廁所那邊，排水稍微差點，出現過“原住民”。沒有浴缸，樓下洗手間比較小。 早餐鴨血粉絲貨很多，這碗比在星級酒店的鴨血粉絲都好，就是地方不大座位比較緊張。 前台電瓶車還可以送去新開的冰雪樂園，最近15元一位（含鞋套），簡單玩玩蠻好的。 酒店附近吃飯、咖啡、酒吧都有，等天暖和了再來住一次。

Ci vogliono circa 25-30 minuti per raggiungere il Giardino di Heyuan, 12 minuti in bicicletta condivisa per raggiungere il Giardino di Heyuan, 20 minuti per raggiungere Via Guandong e 35 minuti per raggiungere il Lago Slender West. 3. Le camere sono dotate di spazzolino e dentifricio per bambini, pantofole e la vasca da bagno è molto apprezzata dai bambini.

KKuang KuangÈ iniziato male: siamo stati lasciati alla fine di Daru Lane e l'hotel era proprio di fronte al ponte Shengli. Purtroppo c'erano dei piccoli lavori di riparazione lungo Pingjiang Road che porta all'hotel, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare una deviazione per Pingjiangli, Xiaojia Lane e il ponte Xuegao. Siamo stati accolti con un'ospitalità cordiale e calorosa. La receptionist ci ha fornito dei buoni per la colazione extra, ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e ci ha mostrato la nostra camera. Ci ha dato indicazioni su dove chiamare un taxi e sui punti di sbarco più vicini all'hotel. La zia addetta alle pulizie è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata potente. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street e le attrazioni vicine. Abbiamo passeggiato lungo Pingjiang Road, esplorato vicoli/ponti di pietra e attrazioni. Abbiamo anche fatto un tour a piedi del Museo di Suzhou, del Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore e del Giardino del Bosco dei Leoni.

XXiaomeimeiailvxingIl nuovo Suzhou Garden Design Hotel vanta un ambiente antico ed elegante e una posizione molto comoda. Si trova all'uscita della stazione Shilu sulla linea 2 della metropolitana. Il mercato degli snack si trova al piano inferiore e dista cinque minuti a piedi da Shantang Street. L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, soprattutto il bel ragazzo che serve Liangpi. È una persona calorosa, premurosa e attenta. Un grande pollice in su 👍 Tornerò per una festa durante le vacanze estive.
