Austria: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Carinzia

So far, this has been the best service I've had since I started my summer holidays this year. I checked in on August 6th around 6 pm, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She communicated all the important information clearly and recommended some nice restaurants to go to and local dishes to try. The next day, there were different staff members at reception, and they always greeted me with a smile — that is priceless in a hotel. I also admired their awareness of climate change and the thoughtful suggestions and encouraging messages in the room about being more proactive on this important issue. In times like these, we need more hotels like this. When we're on vacation, it's easy to use more resources (water, electricity…) than we need because ”we're not at home,” but it's all about our main home 🌎. This boutique hotel is nicely decorated and cosy. Its location is truly convenient — just a 6-minute walk from Villach Hbf and a block or two away from the Old Town. Thank you for the lovely stay!

La città di Klagenfurt è così pulita. Worthersee è uno dei famosi laghi in Austria. Tra Vienna e Klagenfurt, tutti bevono acqua di primavera pulita e sicura da Mountain Agils. Gli ambienti esterni sono naturali, così bellissimi. A partire dall'inizio dell'estate, il lago è pieno di persone e turisti, il prezzo degli hotel sarà molto alto. Esercizi all'aperto, nuoto nel lago, cammino sono molto appropriati. Quindi inverno questo momento, questo prezzo dell'hotel è abbastanza ragionevole!

Il panorama della casa del fiume è molto buono e può vedere la montagna lontana.Una piccola città tranquilla.Il calore nella stanza è molto sufficiente e molto comodo.

Il processo di noleggio dell'auto era regolare e il personale era di solito utile. Il veicolo era pulito, ma ci sono stati alcuni scratch non menzionati in anticipo. Il pick-up durò più di quanto previsto, e la comunicazione poteva essere migliorata. In generale, l'esperienza è stata decente per il prezzo, anche se si può certamente prevedere un miglior servizio al cliente e un migliore rendimento.

Hotel was accommodating to my needs. They didn’t provide me with the accessible room on the first night but they tried their beat to provide me with a room that is more accessible the next morning. Was also given priority parking. Thank you for being accommodating to my needs.

Comfortable and clean B&B hotel. Probably one of the best in the chain. Not well located, a good 15min walk from the station and the town centre but the price makes up for it. The area surrounding is decent. The receptionist was great. Very comfortable stay!

Appartamento molto confortevole. Accedi e esci solo online. Bello luogo per soggiornare. È disponibile un forno e può cucinare.

Alloggio super consigliato! Personale alla reception gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, stanze molto pulite e posizione davvero strategica: a un minuto dalla stazione e a cinque minuti dal centro. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, Frühstück gut. Die Bar auf dem Dach hat nur bis 22.00Uhr geöffnet und es ist nicht ganz klar, ob es am Hotel liegt oder an den Gesetzen. Finde es schade, dass das Personal so viel vom Frust der Gäste abbekommt, obwohl sie nichts dafür können! Daher wäre ein Hinweis, von Seiten der GL für die Gäste sicher hilfreich.
