Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Sumatra Meridionale

Posso dire che questo hotel ha bisogno di rinnovazioni La posizione, le strutture e le amministrazioni sono buone Ma la stanza è così vecchia e un po' incredibile Ahha~ Ho trovato i cazzo di cazzo nella stanza e nel bagno. Disappunto per 5 stelle hotel

Rimaniamo in 2 diversi tipi di camere, prima abbiamo avuto la stanza 2011 e poi la terza notte ci trasferiamo a 1902, ma abbiamo trovato tessuto usato sul nostro letto nella stanza 1902.

La stanza è molto bella, la vista è sorprendente, il cibo è bello, il personale è amichevole soprattutto nella zona del colazione, sono stati qui per gli affari o il piacere familiare e sono sempre stati felici con il servizio, resterà qui la prossima volta.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

La camera è abbastanza pulita ma le lastre di letto sono sporche, la receptionista non amichevole .... la camera non è cattiva

La sicurezza è buona atteggiamento n receptionista così umile, la camera con un po' d'acqua è buona abbastanza e la camera finora così buona molto pulita.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

Il ricevitore è professionale fornendo informazioni sulle strutture. La stanza è lontana dall'ascensore. Devo arrivare nella mia stanza con 4 turni.... (Forse il tipo di stanza è situato lì.) La stanza è spaziosa. Alcuni tinni sono appesi sulle lamiere, tra cui la copertura di letto e la copertura di biancheria. Poiché rimango solo per una notte, questo non sarà un grande problema per me. Il biancheria è troppo alto per dormire e uso un asciugamano invece.
