Il ricevitore è professionale fornendo informazioni sulle strutture. La stanza è lontana dall'ascensore. Devo arrivare nella mia stanza con 4 turni.... (Forse il tipo di stanza è situato lì.) La stanza è spaziosa. Alcuni tinni sono appesi sulle lamiere, tra cui la copertura di letto e la copertura di biancheria. Poiché rimango solo per una notte, questo non sarà un grande problema per me. Il biancheria è troppo alto per dormire e uso un asciugamano invece.

Room is spacious actually enough for two full beds instead of single beds (too small). More convenient if they provide fridge in the room. Location is perfect! Surrounded by restaurants with good foods.

It was amazing, they clean the rooms if we requested but the air-conditioning worked for a few days then it stop getting cooler. However, they were quick to take action when we called them to check on it. Great area for using grab taxi. And it was close the shopping mall. Friendly and kind staff, making it easier to get to different places in Palembang.

The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

RRanopThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay.
However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience.
Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Pros :
+ super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks
+ mini gym with some good equipments for working out
+ sofa on the room
+ comfy beds with large pillows
Cons :
- the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard
- when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from
