Sono arrivato in un volo molto presto e mi sono completamente esaurito. Ho chiesto all'hotel se fosse possibile controllare presto, e fortunatamente, hanno una stanza disponibile e mi hanno lasciato controllare subito. Ero così grato di poter fare una doccia e riposare.
Le strutture dell'hotel sono più vecchie di quanto mi aspettavo, ma tutto quello che mi serviva era lì. In generale, apprezzo davvero la loro gentilezza e flessibilità.

E 'stato sorprendente!!! Grazie. Colazione è stata fantastica. Camera è stata fantastica. Servizio al cliente è stato fantastico. Prenderò nuovamente in considerazione questa posizione. Il mio unico gripo è che il 50 ° MCM è stato questo fine settimana. Sfortunatamente, le ore di colazione non sono state regolate per i corridoi.
Anche se avessi piccoli sacchi di banane, bar di granola, tazze arancioni, acqua o OJ sarebbe molto apprezzato. Un giorno non ho nemmeno usato il mio biglietto per colazione, quindi mi sentivo come se mi fossero sprecati i soldi.
Alcuni dei miei amici avevano quel sacchetto di colazione maratona e avrei amato anche per il giorno del maratona e la scossa al Mall Nazionale. Solo qualcosa da considerare. Grazie!

This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.)

the room was adequate. we used the television, which worked fine . the quality of the soap and shampoos are good, because they're not using sodium lyraul sulfate
there are no slippers provided. there's no free parking but you can park on the street . there's a skateboard park nearby ..

Bardzo przyjemny i komfortowy hotel. Pokój bardzo czysty, z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem w rozmiarze ”Queen size”. Śniadanie w porządku, ale bez rewelacji. Jest to tradycyjne śniadanie, jakie zwykle serwowane jest w hotelach podobnej klasy w USA, czyli jajecznica, tosty i kawa. Reasumując - dobry hotel w dobrej cenie. Na krótki służbowy pobyt, jak w moim przypadku, jest to idealne rozwiązanie. Polecam.

Nice hotel in a great location. The mattresses could be softer and also when the hvac unit clicked on it was noises. This tells me that this is an older facility and may be due for a renovation. Overall I’d still give it a great rating

Il servizio attuale negli Stati Uniti è molto generale. Ci sono i vestiti lasciati dai residenti nella stanza, e la comunicazione con la ricetta è una semplice risposta che organizza la gente per affrontare.Anch'io sono davvero insensato 😓

Il prezzo dell'hotel è alto per la cerimonia di laurea di suo figlio.1500 yuan ogni notte, viveva due notti.L'ambiente esterno è buono, la stanza è generalmente buona, la notte non ha praticamente alcun servizio.Wifi non è buono, l'apertura della riunione di invito, l'effetto è molto cattivo.Il colazione ha uova di latte, bacon, pane, frutta, molto semplice.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

UUtente ospiteChecked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated.
The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite.
All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

AAimilidouA me piace questo hotel, c'è un traghetto all'aeroporto, e il conducente è molto amichevole.A nove minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana Crystal City, se non guidare è molto conveniente, andare al museo a sedersi alla metropolitana molto presto.La stanza è abbastanza grande, anche tranquilla la notte, c'è un microonde accanto a McDanld e CVS.

UUtente ospiteIn pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom.
Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatAVVERO: mi hanno detto al checkout ieri che avrei ricevuto il mio deposito $50 di nuovo alla sera. Poi hanno detto in 3 giorni. Ora stanno dicendo in 5 giorni. Continuano a dimostrare che sono stato caricato sulla mia app per la carta di credito... Quindi vedremo se lo ritrovo!
A proposito del nostro soggiorno: Se sei coraggioso e su un bilancio, sarai bene qui. Ma se sei grande sulla pulizia e la sicurezza, poi saltare questo posto.
Il doccia si svuota in tutto il pavimento, e ci sono ruggine in tutto il tetto e le cose si sono spinte in gap per evitare le fughe.
La porta non è affatto sicura, e la catena di lancio potrebbe essere spezzata solo se qualcuno spinge duramente alla porta.
Stoffe di sangue (o almeno quello che sembrava essere) sul cortile, che avevano anche una grande riga in esso.
PROS: nessun bug e ci siamo sentiti sicuri. If in a pinch, we’d stay again because it was cheap (if I GET MY DEPOSIT Return, that is. Otherwise it’s not cheap) People at the hotel were friendly, I just hope they’re not lying about giving my deposit back 😂
Il pranzo era di cereali, pane, segale, uova e salsa, e un produttore di waffle. Non sembrava niente di fresco, non mangiamo molto.
Ancora una volta, se vuoi che sia economico, è abbastanza sicuro e fa il lavoro. Se vuoi un soggiorno rinfrescante, guarda altrove.
