I am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

Il servizio di navetta aeroportuale è gratuito, quindi è davvero buono. Molto raccomandato per coloro con un tempo di volo ambiguo. L'alloggio è pulito, c'è anche una microonde.

We had prepaid our accomodation through Trip.com and when my husband went to check us in, he had to pay again for our accomodation because apparently we hadn't paid. I was not there and despite email verifications showing we had paid, they said no payment had showed and he will have to pay the accomodation and they'll refund the money when payment is showing. After our first night, I followed up our refund in the morning but still no show. They said that they'll get back to us by 4pm but they didn't. Same thing again the next day, I had to follow up the refund. Finally at the end of our stay, we managed to get the refund. The room and facilities were good, however when we arrived the shower gel and hand soap were a quarter full and once these had finished, there was no refill. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Checked in on Christmas Day. After checking in in the afternoon, the kids wanted to drink mineral water. The nearby shops were not open. May at the reception was very friendly and took out 2 bottles of mineral water from her car. Thank her very much. Because of her, I can give a good review to the hotel.

Decent Experience at Dukes Midway Lodge Auckland I recently visited the accommodation in Auckland, and while it was an okay experience, it didn’t quite stand out. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, but the service felt a bit slow at times. The menu had a decent variety, and the food was solid, though not particularly memorable. It felt like something was missing to make it truly exceptional. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a casual visit, but if you’re looking for something unique or extraordinary, there might be better options around. It’s fine for what it is, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression.

Ci siamo saluti con un personale amichevole. A causa di una malcomunicazione tra trip.com e Regal Residence, che ci ha causato qualche inconveniente, il manager ci ha offerto di scegliere una delle 2 camere della nostra scelta (che non abbiamo mai chiesto) e un fan extra per il nostro comfort (tempo caldo, Non abbiamo mai chiesto di nuovo il fan). Direi che il servizio era grande. La stanza era spaziale e pulita. La doccia era una brisa, perché la pressione dell'acqua era forte e con un buon approvvigionamento d'acqua calda (non inconsistente dove si trova acqua fredda tra di loro). Sarebbe meglio se fosse fornito l'aria condizionata, e in generale era un soggiorno molto piacevole.

I returned to the motel because my first stay was so pleasant and hosts are just very warm and welcoming.My family circumstances are challenging and the hosts are very understanding and helpful. The motel is as expected for about a three-star but is lovely and clean. It is great to have the pool for a dip as well

Grande posizione, vicino a Sylvia Park e altri supermercati e negozi locali. Ben sigillato e facile da entrare da Wellington Highway. Parcheggio ampio per auto extra. Pulizia e ben attrezzata. Il manager ci ha fortunatamente dato delle tovalette extra per gli adulti in soggiorno. Le tovalette sono state sostituite il secondo giorno.
