Sud Africa: hotel con internet nella provincia di Capo Occidentale

The room looked a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. However, in the last 2 nights of my stay, the key card somehow did not register me as a guest which resulted in me having to go down to the reception to reactivate the card which was inconvenient, especially since I had already booked these 2 nights. Please also note that the hotel takes a deposit of 200 rands per night and it should be paid in cash which was a bummer since Cape Town was the last stop in my trip and I didn't have that much cash anymore and I won't want to withdraw just for this. Unfortunately, it seems that cash is the only way to go since other payment methods will result in losses. I ended up using my credit card to pay this deposit where they charged my card instead of placing a hold. When I checked out, they asked for all my card details including CVV to process the refund. Unfortunately, a month later, I still did not receive a refund on my card. It took another month before I got the refund via bank transfer. To my horror, I received 32% less because this was charged by the hotel's bank. The hotel stated that the hotel does not bear the transfer cost and claimed that my card did not work when they attempted to refund. However, the attempt to refund to my card was never mentioned in my e-mail correspondences. In conclusion, the hotel room is generally pleasant to stay in but avoid using your card to pay the deposit to avoid the above problems.

La camera di base, il bagno di base, se non è vista sul mare non c'è molto luce del giorno. Possono ordinare piccoli sandwich a prezzi eccessivi. Sono molto buoni consigli su Capo Town e vista.

The hotel is in best location to see table mountain and visit Cape Town. Our room on the 14. Floor is so big and luxury. The personal in Taj hotel are all so friendly and helpful, they try their best to satisfy the guests. The food and wine are fantastic!

Ho trascorso un tempo molto freddo nel negozio di vino, bellissimo territorio, classroom, eccellente piscina, deliziosi colazione e, naturalmente, vino 😍😍😍 Abbiamo avuto una stanza sul secondo piano con una terrazza con formaggi - era una classe separata - la mattina prima del colazione era molto piacevole scendere sul sole ❤️ Separate grazie al personale dell'hotel con il resepshen 😅 Noi nel dipartimento nella sicurezza abbiamo dimenticato tutti 🙈 i nostri passaporti, diritti, tutti i soldi e tablet 🙃🙃🙃, ricordato 300 km dal Cape Igorny quando si trovava in un altro hotel, contattato Spier, Ordinato da Capo Town dal corriere e tutti noi portato in pieno e in sicurezza alla sera ❤️❤️❤️

Had a great time. Id definitely come bsck here. Decent breaky spread including a salad bar, scrambled eggs or omelette. Plus cereals pastries anf fruit. Room was tidy. Had a safe. Gym was excelldnt. Staff were do lovely too. Security guys were super helpful. You take a uber everywhere pretty much so this was a great base. Although did walk to shops and few attractions.

I had an amazing time , the staff is very friendly and supportive, there is also a tour guide name Owen, he is amazing , he showed us around. Even though the breakfast buffet is great, it was same throughout the time I was there.

Basic hotel but very expensive. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that standard, no bathtub, no bathrooes, amenities 3/10. No swimming pool, but the website is showing that they do have a swimming pool. Please do not stay here. Also the staff weren’t that good. Loved the rooftop restaurant/ bar but their menu is limited.

Solo per un giorno, i nuovi menu sono stati rintracciati, così il cibo è stato lento, eccetto questo un grande soggiorno.

Camera familiare. Il personale è super: paziente, educato, amichevole. Stavamo facendo pulizia. La colazione è deliziosa. Il caffè è delizioso. Il succo è delizioso. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il tour in autobus rosso e a piedi. Negozi, bar, bancomat, tutto è nelle vicinanze.

The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor. Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable.
