Good hotel, but the security made it hard to drive trough to the hotel parking Bad experienced with this type of security

Abbiamo avuto una vacanza di famiglia qui e abbiamo prenotato un appartamento 3-bedroom per la nostra famiglia. La camera del re superiore era eccellente, pulita, confortevole e ben attrezzata con ferro, caldaia, torcia e anche un mattone di preghiera. L'appartamento 3-bedroom era molto spazioso. Ogni camera da letto aveva il proprio bagno, e la sala da soggiorno era enorme, rendendolo perfetto per un soggiorno familiare. La piscina era molto divertente per i bambini, soprattutto con gli slidi d'acqua. La spiaggia è a pochi passi dal resort. Ci sono anche molte attività come tennis da tavolo, carrom e swing, tutti con una bella vista sulla spiaggia. Il buffet del colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di cibi, e tutto era delizioso. In generale, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno e sicuramente consigliere questo posto per le famiglie con bambini.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 4 o 5 volte, ma dopo la mia ultima esperienza, dal 21 al 23 marzo, sto seriamente riconsiderando l'idea di prenotarci di nuovo. Ho viaggiato con i miei genitori anziani e ho fatto diverse richieste fondamentali per garantire la loro accessibilità e il loro comfort: - Camere adiacenti (essenziali per monitorare gli ospiti anziani). - Camere vicino all'ascensore (per ridurre al minimo la distanza da percorrere a piedi per gli anziani). - Vista sulla Moschea di Sendayan. Ho fatto tutto ciò che un ospite dovrebbe fare per assicurarsi che queste richieste venissero prese in considerazione: Ho inserito le richieste nelle note su Trip.com al momento della prenotazione (un mese prima). Ho inviato un'e-mail di conferma una settimana prima dell'arrivo per confermare le disposizioni. Nonostante ciò, l'hotel non è riuscito a soddisfare la richiesta più importante: le camere adiacenti (la motivazione addotta è che la camera era al completo). Questo inconveniente ha causato un notevole stress inutile e ha persino portato a un'accesa discussione in famiglia a causa della pessima gestione logistica. Inoltre, ho avuto una brutta esperienza quando sono arrivato con 30 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario di check-in, ma l'altra camera non era ancora pronta e ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 16:15. Sebbene altri aspetti dell'hotel siano ”accettabili”, la mancanza di attenzione da parte del reparto prenotazioni e della reception riguardo all'accessibilità per le persone anziane è inaccettabile. Se un hotel non è in grado di soddisfare una richiesta fatta con un mese di anticipo e confermata via e-mail, ciò dimostra una mancanza di comunicazione interna e di rispetto per i clienti affezionati e abituali. A meno che non ci sia un miglioramento significativo nella gestione delle richieste, cercherò una sistemazione alternativa per i miei prossimi soggiorni in zona.

Room: We stayed in a Double Queen room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the bathroom was generally cleaned. However, on our second day, the housekeeping only made the beds and gave the bathroom a basic clean. They did not refill the toiletries, coffee, or other amenities. We called the reception and the refill items were sent to our room promptly. Splash Park: Everything was great! Our kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the Splash Park. Breakfast: The food was delicious with a good variety of choices. However, some dishes were not refilled promptly, and we had to request the staff to replenish certain food items, beverages, and even the cutlery. Everything was good overall. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, possibly due to a shortage of staff during busy hours. Overall: We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the Splash Park was fantastic, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was also plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. Despite the minor housekeeping and breakfast service issues, we would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My stays when steps inn it was at wet carpet maybe they just come back from poolside... the bedsheet lucky dry and anyway the stays are convenient staycation, walking distance for fine foods is easy just it was quite far from PD town and far from Teluk Kemang. Must have its own transporter to travel. Good stays but the worst breakfast CHEF please improve cooking or else no breakfast. Luckily there have bunch of bread for breakfast cover. I truly enjoyed my stays there will travel again for another staycation. Thank you namastays

Non è la nostra prima volta all'Ammiraglio Cove Avillon, ma la prima camera Superiore con vista sul mare (1501); wow con vista solare.. Lo amate! Piacere di vivere in generale. Questo hotel è amico dei bambini con buone strutture e strutture intorno, nonché buon cibo, anche se aperto per la maggior parte alla sera, ma i punti di vendita rapidi come McD e Starbucks ecc sono un'auto a Waterfront City. La nostra apprezzamento va soprattutto all'assistente di Amy e Dalina con il loro sempre sorridente demo e gentile sostegno mentre ci aspettano. In qualche modo il nostro hp non poteva collegare le chiamate fuori, ma Amy era mai disposto a lasciarci usare il suo hp, kudos Amy!Grazie.

It was my friend’s childhood memory and now became my kids’. The hotel is linked to a beach- clean and less crowd; means more relax and just focus on playing sands and sea bath. The rooms are a bit old (we stayed in apartment style most of the time), but it is decent for the cost we’d paid. We’d been staying the same hotel over the past 12 years. Amazing!

La stanza era buona . ma l'aria condizionata non è fredda . Lascio la mia stanza con l'aria condizionata, ma non mi fa ancora freddo.  il riscaldamento d' acqua funziona bene .
