Argentina: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Terra del Fuoco

I hate leaving bad reviews; travelling here from the US was a long and exhausting process. I arrived at 07:30, way ahead of check in, and didn't expect a room, but maybe a place where I could sit and have coffee. Gentlemen at the desk said coffee was part of breakfast buffet, that I needed to wait until I was checked in for the next day. Really? I couldn't have coffee even though I was booked here two nights? Wow. I got checked in at 1, which was fine, but the room was uncomfortably warm. I found the thermostat and turned the heat to cool. Tried to nap (up all night traveling here), but it was too warm. And, I heard people talking like they were in my room. They were in an adjacent room - talking in normal voices - no sound barrier at all! I set the air to the coldest setting and left, returned a couple of hours later and the room was hot. I called the front desk and was told no air conditioning and to open a window. Loud construction and traffic - and the neighbors talking = no sleep again. Day 2, repeat. New neighbors talking, room still hot, loud noises out the window. The hotel also offers free WiFi, but it was slow and intermittent at best. Just terrible. I thought I would give them a pass on that since we were at the ”end of the world,” but found the restaurants I ate at had good WiFi. Asides: no water or coffee available except until 10:00. The bigger issue was water, as the guides I read claimed ”tap water in Ushuaia is not potable.” I've traveled to Africa (several times), Borneo, Thailand, Norway, S Korea, Costa Rica - every place I've stayed provided water, and most had coffee or other beverages available throughout the day as complimentary. To be fair, they provided bottled water in the rooms - but in the mini bar for a price. And breakfast? The breakfast plates they provide are the size of coffee saucers! And the first thing they took away from the breakfast bar was the coffee pot!! So - not impressed. I would not stay here again.

The hotel took me back to my university days! It had many of the features of a student residence ie the common parts are very worn and shabby and the rooms very basic. The room had 2 single beds on wheels so if you sat on the bed to read the bed moved. The ac didn’t really function so the room was unbearably hot. The obvious answer was to open the window but opposite the hotel is some form of local market that plays extremely loud music until 10pm then the locals on motorbikes trailing up and down the road take over. On the positive side the staff were helpful and polite and the hotel is very well located.

Hermoso Hotel!!! Con una vista increíble, para relax y vacaciones!! Está alejado del centro pero cuenta con un servicio de combis que te llevan y traen gratis. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante, lo único es que el café y la leche no están para servirse solo, hay que pedir que te lo traigan. La atención muy buena y cordial de todo el personal, principalmente la gente del Restaurante son muy serviciales y atentos a todo lo que necesites. Disfruté mucho las piletas, fue un momento de relax, cuenta también con servicio de spa. Y tiene un parque con arboles nativos que me encantaron, fue un hermoso momento para conectar con la naturaleza. Lo recomiedo!!!

An unexpected treat before our Auatralis boat trip. Perhaps it shouldn’t have been a surprise but we hadn’t expected it to be quite so lovely. The location of the hotel and in particular its spa is outstanding. The rooms were very lovely and spacious with great bathrooms and the bar/ dining areas were great. The views from the lobby bar and lower restaurant were spectacular. The food was delicious and very plentiful. Too plentiful! Definitely the place to stay.

I will say that the bed I was in was very comfortable. But that was about it. We were there with a group of friends and we stayed there for three days. They say it's a three star hotel but it's below that. The rooms are very old and the walls thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations and their TV. There was an altercation with the couple next to me. They were incredibly loud and disrespectful and started a fight with one of our friends. The hotel didn't do anything about it and I had to leave for the night as I was scared to stay there. I felt unsafe. The hotel refused to refund me or make the disrupted couple leave. The food at the hotel was bad. The breakfast was boring and bland. There are no spa facilities. There are no other amenities. The views from the hotel are nice but it's far from restaurants and the city. The hotel manager didn't seem care that we brought them some major business and our tour guide was not happy with their service. We will definitely not being staying there.

L'hotel è molto situato, dieci minuti a piedi al porto, molto conveniente per tutti i tipi di visite locali.Tre minuti a piedi al famoso ristorante cinese Bamboo. Tutti i negozi della strada principale sono disponibili.La stanza è grande, una stanza è in grado di cucinare e lavare, e non c'è lavatrice. La colazione è semplice, le finestre della stanza sono troppo brillanti, tutti gli altri sono buoni. L'hotel ha dato una stanza che si sedeva sul cappello alto del porto ogni giorno, portando un caffè, guardando il ghiaccio della montagna di neve lontana, le navi da corsa in tutto il mondo entrano e escono, il rotondo vola, il tempo è così fluido.Molto artistico. E'bene vivere un giorno piu'prezzo, e'bello vivere un giorno piu'.

Per andare ad Ushuaia ci siamo affidati ad un'agenzia, che ha scelto questo albergo dicendoci che ci saremmo trovati molto bene. Aveva ragione. La sua ubicazione rende unico l'hotel, dato che dalle stanze, dalla hall e dalla sala colazione/cena si gode una vista indescrivibilmente bella sulla baia sottostante. Per raggiungere il centro della cittadina è disponibile una navetta ad orari fissi, che non siamo mai riusciti a prendere. In taxi occorrono pochi soldi e pochi minuti per scendere in paese. Il personale dell'albergo è professionale, cordiale e disponibile. Nel corridoi ci sono dei pc che possono essere usati liberamente. Le stanze sono molto spaziose e sicuramente più pulite di quelle di altri alberghi argentini in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Il bagno necessiterebbe di una buona ristrutturazione e dell'ammodernamento del sistema di scarico. Nonostante questo, la struttura nel complesso merita il punteggio pieno, anche perché la colazione inclusa è ricchissima, varia e di qualità, mentre la cena -che abbiamo pagato a parte- è stata di alto livello.

Ottima opzione con SPA per riposare dopo i passeggiate e le tracce della regione. Ha un ottimo caffè mattinale, bar e ristorante. Le camere hanno buono spazio, la qualità del letto e delle tende sono buone e hanno abbastanza prese per caricare cellulari e altri dispositivi. Ha un trasferimento dal centro all'hotel e viceversa. Ottimo per essere lontano dal centro.

The Hotel has an excellent location and very comfortable rooms. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff was very kind and helped us with the information needed for a pleasant stay. The beds, linens and towels were new and had good quality. Keep in mind that the hotel is located on the main street of Ushuaia, so the size of the rooms are not big, but they are comfortable enough. There is also a nice balcony to see the street and the mountains. The breakfast was very good with juices, cereals, breads, eggs, and fruits.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel reception staff checked us in efficiently. He was pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and everything worked well. There is a safe and small functional kitchen as well as a living area separate from the bedroom. The room also has a nice balcony with awesome views of the mountains. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the property. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is included. It is self-service with fresh scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, bread/pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages. It's sufficient for a good start in the morning. The property is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina. The hotel does not have a restaurant. This is a good place to stay in Ushuaia. It's conveniently located, rooms are nice and staff are pleasant and helpful.

Hermoso Hotel!!! Con una vista increíble, para relax y vacaciones!! Está alejado del centro pero cuenta con un servicio de combis que te llevan y traen gratis. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante, lo único es que el café y la leche no están para servirse solo, hay que pedir que te lo traigan. La atención muy buena y cordial de todo el personal, principalmente la gente del Restaurante son muy serviciales y atentos a todo lo que necesites.
