Questa è una posizione ideale, dato che Masjid e Nabwi è a soli 3 minuti di distanza. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e quasi tutti servono del buon cibo. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, ma l'illuminazione è troppo fioca. Inoltre, il telefono nella mia camera non funzionava, cosa che è stata poi riparata dal personale dell'hotel. Il materasso king size non era comodo, sembra che debba essere sostituito. Spero anche che sostituiscano il loro frigorifero attuale con uno nuovo, dato che non funzionava bene, o forse spostarlo dall'armadio potrebbe aiutare. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole, dato che il mio obiettivo principale era avere un facile accesso a Masjid e Nabwi.

This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

We found the location was excellent very close walking distance to Masjid-e-Nabawi although bit further to walk to get to women’s prayer area. The hotel does offer shuttle buses for the women at each prayer time. The room itself was outdated the bathroom had a constant smell and is also outdated, our room was very cramped not much space to manoeuvre and not even a luggage rack to place suitcase. Considering its rated a 5* we did not get the 5* feel.

I only got this hotel as my previous hotel cancelled on us 2 weeks before the arrival date. After reading some reviews online I was but concerned but stay at the hotel was peaceful as my family 5 of us stayed in one big room with 3 single beds and one king size bed. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Particularly one staff name Mubarak was very helpful and always was there if anything needed. So overall it was a good experience. Thank

La pulizia della camera è accettabile, tuttavia l'arredamento è datato e la moquette sembra vecchia, polverosa e consumata. Sicuramente lo standard non è all'altezza di un hotel Accor. Siamo rimasti davvero delusi quando siamo entrati nella camera. Non prenoteremo più questo hotel se visiteremo Medina, poiché ci sono altri hotel più recenti nelle vicinanze.

In generale, il mio soggiorno era buono. Il personale era in generale amichevole, anche se l’esperienza di check-in era un po’ sgradevole all’inizio. Grazie all’eccellente assistenza della signora Bayan, le cose si sono migliorate successivamente. L'hotel, tuttavia, si sente troppo costoso rispetto ad altre opzioni molto vicine a Al Haram a Medina. Uno dei principali svantaggi è stato i corridoi spesso erano pieni di cibo rimasto lasciato fuori dalle camere, che era sgradevole e ha dato una cattiva impressione. Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

L'igiene era ottima, ma c'erano molte mosche in camera (perché la persona precedente aveva aperto le finestre) e mosche morte, sangue sui soffitti, cosa che non si può evitare nella Medina. La posizione era incredibile, vicino alla moschea di Nabawi. Il servizio in camera era molto lento: se volevamo qualcosa dovevamo aspettare un'ora. La camera sembrava molto antiquata, ma è stato comunque un soggiorno piacevole e il letto era comodo.

La posizione è buona, ma il personale alla reception è pessimo, poco professionale e lento, il che è il difetto più grande. Fortunatamente, dopo aver contattato la piattaforma trip.com, abbiamo ottenuto il servizio e la tipologia di camera che meritavamo.

the hotel keep the highest standards . nice ocean view with walkable to sea shore and excellent break first. helpful and professional receptions especially Hadeel and Golam . surely will stay again when arrive Yanbu SKA.
