Abbiamo controllato dopo le 8:00, fidandoci del marchio, e abbiamo scelto di farlo a differenza di 4 ospiti stellari nella zona.Dopo aver passato tutto il giorno a assistere mia figlia al collocamento universitario, stanco, come volevamo vedere il terzo posto di gioco in Sudafrica La TV nella stanza non funzionava, abbiamo segnalato che sono venuti a controllare e non funzionava ancora.Ci è stato detto di andare a guardarlo giù.Abbiamo prenotato e pagato per la nostra stanza e le comodità e la comodità che viene con esso e non per gli spazi comuni Questa serata importante per fanatici di football avidi.Pensiamo che ci sia stato un po'scontro tra tornare a casa e rimanere in giro, ma abbiamo scelto quest'ultimo solo per ottenere questo.

I booked a 2 night getaway for my husband’s birthday. We have stayed at every property at Sun City excluding Lefika. Our last stay 2 years ago was at the palace. I had high hopes for Cascades however the stench permeating the hotel is disgusting. I think it is coming from the lake that has not been cleaned for months maybe years. We stayed in room 219 however as you enter floor 1 where the Peninsula restaurant is situated. This is where the buffet breakfast is served. The smell permeates the entire floor 1, 2 and parts of 3. ( I did not walk through the rest of the floors Only one diffuser in sight on floor 1, there are 2 lounge areas which cannot be utilised due to the stench. We booked a family room, a sleeper couch for the kids which caved in during the first night. I complained the next morning only to discover that evening the sleeper couch was shortened somehow and my son did not fit on the couch. Whilst the breakfast was great and the service by the staff was great, I wonder if the General Manager walks through the hotel and enjoys the smell of his hotel. The stench even seeped into our room. I have to mention that the family room is very spacious in comparison to others I have booked in the past.

Our recent 5-day family getaway at Bakubung Bush Lodge was an absolute dream. The lodge provided the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. The staff at Bakubung were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. Their exceptional service exceeded our expectations, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. The game drives were a highlight, offering us the opportunity to witness the beauty of the African bush up close. We were fortunate enough to spot various wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and zebras. The knowledgeable guides made the experience even more enjoyable with their fascinating insights. The lodge itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable accommodations and a relaxing ambiance. We loved spending our evenings by the pool, enjoying the breathtaking views and the peaceful sounds of nature. Overall, our experience at Bakubung Bush Lodge was truly unforgettable. The combination of exceptional service, stunning scenery, and wildlife encounters made it the perfect family vacation. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Ukutula Lodge in September 2024 to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. We were thoroughly impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the lodge. We had the unforgettable opportunity to walk with the lions, pet baby lions and cheetahs. We thoroughly enjoyed the Predator Tour, Enrichment Walk with the Lions, Water Hole Experience, and Flora & Fauna Bush Walk. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and respectful very knowledgeable. The owners were absolutely amazing and made our stay truly memorable. We will never forget the thrilling experience of hearing the lions roar at night and throughout the day. We highly recommend Ukutula Lodge and would love to return in the future.

Il check-in molto lento, il wifi non funziona a metà del tempo molto lento, e la luce si scioglie ogni tanto spesso e il AC deve rilassarmi tutta la notte. La posizione è molto buona, ma tutto il resto ha bisogno di miglioramento sindaco, vedo i proprietari e tutto lavorare duro, ma si mancano certamente la più grande immagine.

Se si dispone di poche aspettative e di tempo, si colpirà l'oro (possibile platino) con una visita al ristorante dell'hotel Mahikeng Protea. La bottiglia di vino per la tavola mi ha preso tanto tempo che mi ha colpito il pensiero che il povero cameriere era stato spedito a Stellenbosch da tre api legati per ottenere. Sulla sua ritorno dal campo di van der Stel e da qualche parte tra la nostra tavola e il luogo in cui gli ordini sono «punched in», il senzatetto cavaliere del tri-limbed mull fu accolto da uomini di strada, che lo rubarono, La gente ha rubato pagine dal libro dove aveva così attentamente notato i nostri ordini. Puoi sentire il rumore tutta la notte senza sapere cosa sia causato dalla macchina dell'hotel. Camera da bagno: il bagno e il bagno sono piccoli, l'acqua fredda e fredda non è regolata bene, non è vecchia. Ristorante: auto-aiuto precoce e auto-aiuto notturno, le cose non sono accettate molto in fretta la mattina, si siedono fuori per la piscina e possono fare uccelli. Gli piace mangiare uve.La qualità dell'auto-aiuto notturno è quasi consigliata di mangiare. Puoi andare a mangiare la stanza di grill accanto, ricordati di prenotare un appuntamento, la posizione è fantastica e adatta per fare foto, il fuoco + cena. Viaggio: l'hotel ha un'ora fissa per trasportarvi nella zona che vuoi andare in villaggio di vacanza. Se viene con la tua auto, puoi anche parcheggiare l'auto all'hotel. Non c'è quasi nessun posto di parcheggio fuori che non puoi guidare in parco. Riassunto: se il viaggio in Sudafrica per la città solare vale la pena vivere, è anche una sensazione di cinque stelle.Ma non andare troppo forte al cibo, dare un punteggio 7.8 in generale, è anche uno dei progetti che devono venire per fare una carta in Sudafrica.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the place is quiet and not too busy. I enjoyed the swimming pool, but it can do with a little bit of cleaning by removing insects and leaves that keep floating around. I enjoyed my stay and willing to go back ❤️

This is the most luxurious game lodge I have stayed in, the bedroom, the restaurant and the pool area were all wonderful. The game drives were well organised and the rangers passionate and knowledgeable about the animals and the bush. I also got to see a leopard for the first time, my one missing animal from the Big 5. The lodge was a bit further from Jo'Burg than I was expecting and the transfer arrangements were problematic. I asked the hotel for help with my transfer and they suggested 'buche', which I booked and paid a deposit for. I had trusted their advice but then check for reviews and when I could find none I asked the company for testimonials from other clients. When they could not provide any and in light of my safety I cancelled and asked for a full refund and booked another company, Just Transfers, who were excellent. I am still waiting for my refund 4 months later. They have offered 50% of the deposit back but I would like 100% as I don't think what I asked for was unreasonable for my own peace of mind. Disappointing stuff from a hotel that positions itself as a luxury resort.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Bona Bona! The accommodations were very clean and nice, the spa was wonderful, the food and drinks at the restaurant were always great, and the activities were amazing. You can tell the owner takes great pride in small details. I never saw a bit of trash on the property or any stray leaves or anything. The landscaping and scenery outside was beautiful and the interior decor was beautiful and eye catching. The entire property was just immaculate. Everywhere we went, the staff knew us by name and made us feel welcome and special. By the time we left I honestly felt like I had made friends with the restaurant staff and park rangers. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and memorable. The property itself is a place of beauty, but the staff truly helped to make our trip special-shoutout to the rangers and Aubrie, the bartender, for going above and beyond for us and having a true service-centered mentality. Overall, it was a magical experience that ended in an engagement so Bona Bona will always be special to my fiance and myself. We can't wait to return!
