Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Kalimantan Occidentale

Questo è un bel hotel, ma purtroppo è estremamente rumoroso. Dovremmo avere segni per dire che ci sono ore tranquille. Così molti altri ospiti facevano rumore nei corridoi a tutte le ore di giorno e di notte. Il WiFi è buono e il ristorante è conveniente.

Hotel d'affari semplice ma conveniente per muoversi intorno. Le camere hanno bisogno di un po' di riparazione, ma va bene. Generalmente, soddisfatto della stanza. Il personale è utile e interattivo. Camminare a un negozio di lavanderia locale. Non è una cattiva opzione.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

Il prezzo è molto ragionevole, anche abbastanza conveniente, considerando che la camera è molto bella, moderna e pulita. Era molto confortevole dormire qui, soprattutto perché il condizionamento d'aria era freddo e funzionava bene. Le strutture erano complete e ci è stato permesso un check-out tardivo fino alle 1 pm. Il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile per gli ospiti e il servizio è stato buono. L’unico piccolo incidente era che la pressione dell’acqua nel bagno non era molto forte, ma era un’esperienza molto piacevole.

È stato il nostro secondo soggiorno in questo hotel in 4 mesi. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la terrazza a bordo piscina, dove possiamo ammirare l'alba mentre facciamo colazione. Il personale è stato eccellente, con il suo servizio e la sua attenzione.

Il mio soggiorno è piuttosto buono. Neo ha buon Aircon che conforta molto a Pontianak se. Ho avuto una stanza di fumo il giorno 1 ma immediatamente si spostano in una stanza non fumatori una volta disponibile, grazie a bak Mala che mi aiuta molto durante il mio soggiorno. Tenere la vostra ospitalità su 👍

In generale, gli hotel sono molto vicini a molti luoghi. La meno, c'è qualche rumore a volte a causa di una qualche rinovazione in un'altra stanza. Il doccia soffia piano, ma ancora accettabile.

L'uomo sul front desk così basso, e l'umorismo swing, non ha una buona ospitalità; la camera è grande ma un po' vecchia, l'hotel situato nel centro della città; vicino a caffè strada, ”Ligo” supermercato camminando circa 10 minuti, e il mercato tradizionale flamboiano più vicino a camminare 5 minuti 😊 il colazione complessivo così buono semplice ma completo •

This hotel is strategically located in the center of Pontianak, with walkable distance to Ayani Megamall & Museum Kalimantan Barat. Check-in was a breeze, room was clean, except for the bathroom, where there were noticeable black mold near to the shower heads. The experience of showering was not that good, due to the unfavourable scene of the black mold, and also, damp smell whenever I entered the shower cabin. I also went to the spa, while the massage is decent, the person-in-charge made comments like - well, I am not a cashier, so I don't have change. To which, I feel like it is a bit not professional.
