Il personale è amichevole e molto accogliente.La posizione è eccellente a destra della città e vicino ai luoghi turistici, ristoranti e negozi di prodotti alimentari. Tuttavia, il riscaldatore di doccia non funziona a volte, e a volte c'è un odore sgradevole proveniente dall'acqua. Breakast è decente - mentre le opzioni sono limitate, è riempito. friendly staff, hasslefree Check-in & -out; nice & big rooms; well working shower, at TV I only found apps but no TV program; room has well working aircon, If there is traffic, it may be a bit noisy (thats the price for a very good location in the middle of 3 mallls (incl. SM). Breakfast we didnt chose coz it's only for Asian (no English or American breakfast). The value for money is fully ok. The fare to airport is PhP 150.- by TukTuk, or PhP 250.- by cabin-taxi.

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. I stayed for 5 nights. Room is okay, comfy. Smart location as well. Staff are also attentive to your needs. If there would be things for improvement, I think in the cleanliness part, specifically the towels, I notice that some towels are not properly washed even after requesting a new one.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, con tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Il letto era confortevole, e il mantenimento della casa ha fatto un grande lavoro per tutta la mia visita. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e sempre disposto ad aiutare, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. La posizione è molto conveniente, con facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici, ristoranti e attrazioni vicine. In generale, sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e mi sento molto soddisfatto del valore dell'hotel per i soldi.

La stanza mi piaceva più della finestra, ma mi sentivo in salvo e confortevole, anche se mi confuse un po’ della porta chiusa all’interno della stanza dove ci tenevamo. Il condizionatore d’aria non era così freddo come mi aspettavo, ma era ancora gestibile; la pressione dell’acqua di doccia era piuttosto bassa, e non c’era acqua calda disponibile, ma potevamo gestire durante il nostro soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda il colazione, mi aspettavo un colazione inglese/irlandese come annunciato, ma sembrava essere un colazione filipino invece, ma il cibo era ancora buono. Uno dei miglioramenti sarebbe aggiungere una TV intelligente o fornire accesso ai servizi di streaming come Netflix, in modo che gli ospiti possano godere di più la loro serata, soprattutto di notte. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. nonostante alcuni problemi minori, l'esperienza è stata buona e apprezziamo l'ospitalità fornita.

The hotel is a very relaxing place. The swimming pool is also great. The breakfast buffet is also worth having. Very nice experience

Hotel confortevole e di base vicino all'aeroporto. Il loro caffè da tavola serve buon caffè e cioccolato caldo. Il personale di guida del ristorante per colazione deve imparare a comunicare di più. E invece di scusarsi per l'errore, ha fatto una scusa dicendo che mi ha sentito dire ”Spagnolo” e ha preso in considerazione che io ordinavo sardine. Questo comportamento è inaccettabile perché (1) lei avrebbe dovuto scusarsi per l'errore e (2) lei avrebbe dovuto prima informarmi che il corizo non era disponibile e se avessi preferito un'opzione diversa invece delle sue azioni sopra menzionate. Spero che il suo supervisore possa prendere misure correttive in tal senso.

Great experience with them. Accommodating staff and very fast service. I asked them to clean the room. They arrived in less than 10 minutes. It's great and the room is clean when I arrive. The thing is you can hear the busy street and only two outlet is available in the room and it is away from the bed🙁
