Bathroom smelt very bad, we know why as it's mouldy on the walls and under the shower tiles black comes up from where the water goes under the bathroom is actually quite dirty a bit of bleach or a strong mould remover would work wonders.. Towel rail just hanging on wall. Nothing to place your things in the bathroom and only a small desk so if you have to keep things in your suitcase as there is no room. Room service had to put the plates of food on the bed yes on the bed as the desk is very small and there is nothing else to use. The staff are very polite and this is what is keeping this hotel going as for us it wouldn't be the rooms. Maintenance would help if you actually repair stuff in the room. The phone system was down so had to keep leaving the room to ask questions about things, number given we couldn't get through to the mobile number.. Being fathers day we had to stay in Zamboanga for 2 days for business and had no choice to stay for the 2 nights otherwise I would have left that night. The second night we had no water coming out the tap not happy. The hot water system has the bathroom light wired in as well and when you are showering the light flickers like a disco. Seems quite dangerous. Overall the bathroom has let the room down and even the dust on top of things, I'm tall so I see it all. I can actually let the room pass but definitely not the stinky bathroom and the health hazard mould.

La nostra prenotazione originale era per gennaio 2023 ma a causa di temporali e inondazioni a zamboanga abbiamo cancellato il nostro viaggio e chiesto di trasferirlo, per la seconda richiesta di prenotazione modifica hotel ci ha ancora permesso di riprese anche se la politica di prenotazione è non cambiabile e non rimborsabile ❤️ L'hotel si trova a piedi da una barella canarina, che è grande e a piedi da una famiglia di pollo fritto per prendere una deliziosa cena. Il letto è confortevole e nuovo, ma la camera da letto deve essere riparata o mantenuta. Non c'è decorazione della stanza come la pittura o persino l'ombra della lampada per renderla confortevole 😅 TV ha cavo ma cattiva ricezione, wifi - penso che un must in un hotel hanno ma molto debole e instabile nella stanza. Per colazione, serve a pagamento e solo un menu per colazione. Penso che dovrebbero avere scelte per quei piccoli cibi. Quando prenoti con trip.com non vedrebbero la tua prenotazione come prenotata per viaggio. Com puoi chiederle di controllare ******* prenotazione Per il prezzo esterno, la posizione e il letto sono migliori rispetto agli altri hotel della zona, ma forse la prossima volta cercheremo gli altri hotel con migliori strutture 😊❤️

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. Первый отель на Филиппинах, где я не обнаружил муравьев или тараканов😜 Дружелюбный персонал. Отель бюджетный и старый, нет лифта, нет генератора, если отключат электричество.Нет завтраков. Чистота комнаты была удовлетворительная. WI-FI был слабым и нестабильным.Рядом находится Gaisano Mall. Проблем у меня здесь не возникло и у них хорошая цена за комнату, но комнату нужно выбирать.

All in all it was good because we got a room upgrade however the pool service is not that good. It is taking so much time before pool attendant will attend you especially the pool guy and my nephew almost got drowned but the pool guy was not even looking.

L'esperienza inoltrabile, la stanza che ho prenotato, è stata data per camminare in clienti che mi hanno fatto dormire con i miei figli al lobby dell'hotel aspettando per 7 ore (1 alle 8:00, ho avvertito che è un check-in precoce a causa del nostro orario di viaggio). Grazie al personale di turno notturno (mi sono dimenticato il nome della signora, ma ricordo ancora la sua faccia) che ci ha assicurato di avere una stanza pulita alle 8:00. In futuro, ancora, ci rimanderemo. Devi solo chiamare un giorno prima dell'arrivo per assicurare che la prenotazione sia assicurata. Le tariffe di servizio sono buone per il personale della signora che ci ha aiutati. Raccomandazione: gli investimenti di pls sono necessari per cambiare tutte le tolette e lettiere. Grazie.

Location is perfect- in the city center. SM Mindpro is just a few minutes walk. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. They even recommended a very good massage spa that is just a 5-minute walk. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
