Room is nice. Like a 4-5 star hotel. Front desk are young and beautiful…good to have a ****** at first floor. But no GYM…no entertainment facility…

객실상태가 정말 청결했으며, 좋은 향이 나서 더욱 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들도 정말 친절했고, 객실또한 조용해서 좋았습니다. 다만 아침식사에 채소나 과일이 조금 부족한 것 살짝 아쉽네요. 아무튼 만족스럽게 머물다가 갑니다

Hotel moderno. Pulizia e migliore di tutti gli animali domestici. Vicino al centro di Lexington e vicino all'aeroporto e al parco cavallo. La nostra stanza ha una vista magnifica su un barbecue storico. Se amate i cavalli, sarebbe certamente un trattamento per vedere questa vista. Non c'era shampoo nelle stanze e un membro del personale era apertamente rude di un cliente che si occupava di telefono. Non professionista da questo particolare membro del personale, ma tutti gli altri membri del personale erano gentili e professionisti. In ogni caso, un bel soggiorno, e sarei felice di restare di nuovo.

L'hotel era pulito e il letto era molto comodo.

It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. The hotel was one of several on our 2000 mile journey and it was the best one of them all!! Very clean, very friendly staff, awesomely comfortable king size bed, washing machine and dryer right across the room from us. We wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect price!
