The hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌

The unit is very aesthetically arranged in such a way that you will feel like you were a Princess or a royalty. That's the vibe it gives off. Very well thought of, as in everything even the toiletries, is an upscale version of the so-so tpiletries from common hotels. Like all were good and expensive brands just waiting to be used by the tenant. Al in all, ut was a very pleasant experience.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the doorman or the person stationed outside was not very proactive. When our car arrived, he simply stood and watched, waiting for my husband to open the trunk before approaching to help with our bags. There were no smiles or greetings; instead, he plainly asked, ”Have luggage, sir?” At the reception, however, the agents were polite, and Ian made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Entering our room, we found it to be decent but slightly outdated. The bathroom was okay, but we noticed hair on the bed, and the headboard emitted a faint odor that became noticeable while lying down. The air in the room felt somewhat enclosed, which raised doubts about the cleanliness. The next morning at breakfast, the staff were very friendly, but the food left much to be desired. The pancakes appeared greasy, misshapen, and unappealing, as though prepared by someone inexperienced. While the other food options were alright, the limited variety made the experience less enjoyable, and we ended up eating very little—a shame given the cost. Overall, while the service helped salvage our stay, the hotel clearly has room for improvement in several areas.

Situato a Chinatown. Zona molto frequentata, molti negozi e ristoranti. A 30 minuti a piedi da Intramuros: la Cattedrale di Manila, il Forte Santiago, la Chiesa di San Agustin, sito UNESCO, ecc. Deposito di 2000PHP richiesto al check-in e restituito al momento del check-out. Bustine di tè e caffè non fornite nelle camere. Sono forniti tazze, bollitore, frigorifero, kit dentale, sapone, asciugacapelli, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e asciugamani. Wifi gratis. Deposito bagagli disponibile. Hall davvero bella e spaziosa. C'è un ristorante sul lato opposto della lobby. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Il cibo era eccellente, il servizio è anche eccellente, la stanza è pulita solo le cuscinetti sono molto morbide, il letto è perfetto, la posizione è vicino ai negozi, anche le persone sono molto accogliente n amichevole

As usual staff, security and attendant are all impressive and helpful! They made sure that we are comfortable and easy during arrival and departure in their hotel. Superb customer service!!! We were assisted by attendant and security team from parking up to the hotel lobby. Kudos to all team! Thanks so much for the welcome gift as well!

L'hotel è convenientemente situato a 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto (NAiaT3). L'hotel andava bene per un trasferimento, niente di eccezionale o memorabile. Il personale dell'hotel era davvero disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La nostra camera aveva piccoli insetti che si muovevano sui letti e sul pavimento, ma il personale dell'hotel è stato in grado di spruzzare un po' di pesticida e il problema è stato risolto. Se ami lo shopping c'è un centro commerciale intorno all'hotel e molti ristoranti.

Well.. front desk sometimes not greeting guess even i greeted they are not greeting me back no reaction 😆.. lobby.. is lack of guess couches for us if needed.to wait for our family we need to stand long in the lobby.. only two chair can u imagine that?. ang daming bawal sa hotel that u cannot enjoy ur stay well.. amenities.. microwave is defective.. some lights not working.. 7/10 score but still good.

The hotel is located at Getway Mall, so it's very convenient to go shopping pr grab some food. It's an hour away from the airport. The staff are very welcoming and nice, it was a very pleasant stay.

Mi sono davvero divertito il mio soggiorno qui a Novotel. Il personale si trovava a casa. La posizione è grande soprattutto di voi che sta partecipando a un concerto al Smart Araneta Coliseum. Le strutture sono di alta classe. La stanza è perfetta per rilassarsi come è tranquillo. Mi piace anche l'iniziativa di ridurre i rifiuti plastici.
