Questo posto è molto bello. Faccia fronte alla baia di Manila con un sorprendente Sunset. Il balcone Faccia Okada ****** e c'è vista giardino. La piscina Faccia fronte alla baia di Manila Direct. Quando è il Sunset ora. Tutto rosso nel cielo. È un tipo di resort. Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar in okada ******, che è a 2 minuti a piedi dal luogo. Mi piace davvero rimanere qui e sarò certamente di nuovo. L' host è molto responsivo anche

The hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌

I'M Hotel is located right in.rhe.middle of Makati, with easy access to shops restaurants and shopping mall. The service here has improved significantly since my last stay, and service was very professional and friendly The rooms oh well appointed with a safe, a hair dryer, cupboards, a desk a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels. The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has both a shower rose and a hand held wand. The views from the rooms on the higher floors give a good view across Manila. The swimming pool located on the second level offers a large pool with plenty of Sun lounges looking at across the street and at the neighboring buildings. I'm hotel is it comfortable five star hotel with comfortable beds and I would have no problem recommending it.

You’ve been incredibly accommodating—clearly a hotelier at heart. The company is fortunate to have someone like you on their team. Keep up the excellent work! GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

Check in time took more than an hour. Not sure if its because its holiday but the line is long and only 2 counters were open. Changing of towels is not included when they clean the room, we had to call and request for new towels. Room is clean, tho they dont have rooms for family. We had to book two separate rooms which was a bit hassle. Location wise, very near with everything. We watched a concert so its good that its just beside araneta and gateway. Breakfast is good. Pool is not big so it can get crowded easily.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo, talaga. Penso che questo hotel sia il migliore di tutta Binondo in termini di posizione. Sei a pochi minuti dalla maggior parte delle cose. Il personale è cortese, le camere sono pulite, la vista è incredibile (sei proprio accanto alla chiesa di Binondo!). Il check-in e il check-out sono un gioco da ragazzi. Le campane della chiesa probabilmente ti sveglieranno la mattina, quindi tienilo a mente se hai intenzione di dormire fino a tardi.

We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights and 1 room for 1 night. We asked for same floor level, 2 rooms were given at different floor. And we asked if they can transfer us to the same floor the next day, they said it is fully booked. And they can only transfer 1 room, but the room we transfered into has some foul smell from the toilet. The hotel is connected to gatewaymall.

Smooth booking process and an amazing hotel stay altogether! Would definitely book again in the future!

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we arrive from abroad, but this time was quite disappointing. The hotel is old and doesn't seem to keep up with the newer options around. While the room size is fine, it feels outdated. The shower drips continuously, even after it's turned off, and the bathtub’s paint is peeling. It’s a shame because we’ve had positive experiences here before, but it’s clear the hotel needs some maintenance and updates to compete with newer properties.
