UUtente ospiteIl controllo in corso per questo hotel è stato ... sorprendente un po' più lento degli altri hotel che ho soggiornato a Yunnan, forse perché è stato durante le vacanze pubbliche e sono un po' sottosvolti mentre hanno un numero piuttosto elevato di clienti che sono rimasti lì. Ma è stato bello che si aiutassero a organizzare le nostre camere accanto a vicenda, sullo stesso piano. Il personale è più responsivo per usare la linea terrestre nella stanza, ci vorrà un po' di tempo per rispondere a WeChat. Ma, in generale, ancora abbastanza buono. La loro zona di lavaggio ha 3 lavastoviglie e 3 asciugamani, e l'hotel offre detergenti e disinfettanti pronti confezionati per gli utenti, che è stato un plus per noi 👍 oh e le loro foglie di tè pacchetti deliziosi anche La posizione era bella, passeggiabile distanza dalla strada pedonale e dal lago CuiHu. UUtente ospiteAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. KKareena BessonovaOh my goodness I have never stayed in a place like this! We live in a noisy city and come here felt like being in heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our kids loved trying to catch fireflies in the night. We took a walk quite a distance from our cabin towards the hills and came back whrn it was pretty dark. We were able to see the milky way galaxy across the sky and so many stars that the only other place we ever saw tjat many stars was back in my country in the village with no light pollution. Words cannot describe the tranquility of this placed the magnificence of nature and the peace and quite. The nights are so dark and quiet, felt like being somewhere in wild savanna. I heard some sounds of animals I had never heard before. We will seriously make this place our frequent holiday detination for peace and quiet, nature and mental healing. There were quite a number of activities for the kids but our kids were too young to participate. We were just quite happy going for walks and watching the stars at night. The grass looked so inviting and we wanted to roll down the hills hahaha but it was all fenced, which makes sense for safety. We heard there was a heard of elephants nearby. We also loved in when it rained, the sound of raindrops on the leaves outside and on our leaves. It’s definitely a place for poets and writers, artists and creative people. I was truly inspired and I mostly sat outside when the babies were napping, and read my Lord of the rings book that I took with me, as that place reminded me of hobbit-land and magic. Coffee lovers must go, we had as many cups of coffee as we liked. They also offered us hotpot for dinner and lunch.

AAnissa.a.z.La mia camera/villa era incredibile, il personale era sorprendente.La mia ospite del viaggio (Abby Hu, Xiao Hu) è una donna dolce che mi ha aiutato tutto il viaggio.Il massaggiatore ha fatto un grande lavoro. Le attività dell'hotel sono così interessanti ( Tai chi con il professore Zhouweilin ) e l'ambiente è stato solo una benedizione. Ho anche fatto una visita raccomandata dall'hotel , consiglio fortemente la Tiger Leaping Gorge hike , William è stato solo il migliore Guida Tour. Infine, la cena era molto buona, ho anche preso un colazione da prendere, che potevo scegliere mentre me ne andavo presto. Grazie per questo momento.

Da nord, una serie di persone sono andate dal nord del ghiaccio e della neve alla versione di fiori caldi della primavera. Contattate bene l'avvio e prendete il bagaglio direttamente nell'autobus. Dopo essere arrivati all'hotel, sono stati infetti dall'entusiasmo e dal sorriso delle sorelle della ricetta. Il stile di decorazione dell'hotel, Alla qualità dei prodotti del letto, la fornitura di colazione vale la pena di essere premiata! UUtente ospiteOttima posizione vicino a molti servizi! Nessun problema con il Wi-Fi che funzionava benissimo, ho guardato film ogni sera! Ottimo personale, molto cordiale e disponibile, ho soggiornato per alcune settimane e non ho mai avuto problemi! A pochi passi da vari centri commerciali e mercati notturni! Mercato ortofrutticolo e mercato ortofrutticolo nelle immediate vicinanze! Collegamenti di trasporto molto comodi, autobus, taxi metropolitani, noleggio di biciclette/scooter elettrici, ecc...! A circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla fantastica palestra con piscina! Molti ottimi studi dentistici, mi hanno sistemato i denti durante il soggiorno e sono riuscito a installare delle corone! Inoltre, se ho tempo, posso farmi fare degli impianti di buona qualità! Vicinissimo allo zoo di Kunming, ad altri parchi e ai templi!

YYuki Serene AngI had an extremely enjoyable stay at Mr Ma’s accommodation. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and sincere hospitality. Throughout our stay, he assisted us with every need and often went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. We loved our time here so much that we extended our stay to a total of six nights! We were deeply touched by his generosity and the thoughtfulness he showed every single day. Each morning, he checked in on us, asked if we had slept well, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a family-run accommodation, and every member of the Ma family was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Mr Ma even took special care to accommodate my daughter’s cat allergy by keeping their cats away from the common areas — a gesture we truly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the meaningful conversations we shared with the family. We exchanged stories about our respective countries, shared insights about our cultures, and learned so much from one another. These heartfelt chats made our stay feel even more personal, and we genuinely enjoyed connecting on a deeper level beyond the usual host–guest interactions. The room facilities were excellent — warm blankets, electric heating pads, newly installed air-conditioners, towels, a hair dryer, and a kettle. And every morning, we were greeted with a comforting bowl of noodles lovingly prepared by Mrs Ma — such a heartwarming way to start the day. The location is ideal as well: close to the bustling streets and ancient town, with the mountains and lake just nearby. We enjoyed sitting on the top-floor balcony in the cool, crisp morning air, taking in the peaceful mountain views. Mrs Ma also shared wonderful food recommendations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. During our stay, we met international travellers from France, and the Ma family communicated effortlessly using translation apps. It’s clear they have plenty of experience hosting guests from around the world. We also made a short trip to Lijiang, arranged through Mr Ma’s recommendation — a comfortable 9-seater car that picked us up directly from the accommodation and dropped us off at our next destination. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and warmth shown to us throughout our stay — right up until the moment we left, when Mr Ma personally helped us with our luggage. Before you leave, be sure to take a photo with the family, and don’t miss the chance to chat with Mr Ma’s son, who is very eager to practise English with travellers. Wishing this humble, hardworking, and generous family all the very best. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers. 👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. 🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe. 📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. UUtente ospiteQuesto è il più impressionante soggiorno di casa di tutta la mia viaggio, ma anche se rimasi solo per una notte, tutto era eccezionalmente brillante. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e offre una bella vista sulla montagna di neve del drago Jade, dove si può godere sia del risalto del sole che del tramonto. Il colazione era grande e aveva una varietà più grande di altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato durante il viaggio. Il servizio è in un altro livello: il personale ha avuto molto aiuto con le nostre borse, spiegando tutto in modo chiaro (una di loro parla molto bene inglese), e dandoci suggerimenti utili. Abbiamo lasciato accidentalmente il contatore di ossigeno dopo aver visitato un altro hotel, e ci hanno contattati immediatamente e hanno organizzato di consegnarci il pacchetto gratuitamente. Tutto è stato gestito così velocemente e professionalemente.

2205069****Inutile dire che i servizi dell'hotel sono eccellenti e la sua posizione con vista sulla città è fantastica. Il servizio è impeccabile. Diverse persone sono state incaricate di ritirare i miei bagagli alla reception, trasportandoli su per le scale e poi lungo la faticosa salita. A causa dei miei impegni, mi sono stati offerti tre giorni di deposito bagagli gratuito. Il quarto giorno, fuori orario, ha preso in spalla la mia valigia da 71 cm, ha camminato per 15 minuti attraverso gran parte della Città Vecchia e l'ha consegnata gratuitamente a una pensione dall'altra parte della Città Vecchia di Lijiang. Questo servizio è stato commovente. La prossima volta che visiterò Lijiang, andrò sicuramente a trovare il signor Zhou per una chiacchierata a cuore aperto attorno al fuoco.
