Servizi: Le strutture sono complete, l'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento funzionano benissimo (dato che abbiamo soggiornato in inverno, c'era anche una coperta elettrica sul letto). Anche gli articoli da toeletta usa e getta erano abbondanti. Inoltre, i trasporti nelle vicinanze sono molto comodi.
Pulizia: L'igiene era ottima, specialmente il bagno, senza odori e molto pulito.
Ambiente: Molto tranquillo e confortevole, sia per prendere il sole nel cortile di giorno che per riposare la notte; anche la sala da tè è bellissima e la proprietaria ci ha persino preparato il tè 🥰
Servizio: Il servizio è stato eccezionale. La proprietaria ci ha contattato in anticipo, inviandoci la posizione e aiutandoci a portare i bagagli. È stata anche molto entusiasta e premurosa nel darci consigli per le visite turistiche, avvertendoci anche di fare attenzione a non essere truffati nelle attrazioni.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per metà del nostro tempo a Lijiang. È stata un'esperienza di soggiorno fantastica, che ha superato completamente le nostre aspettative in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo. Cinque stelle, lo consiglio vivamente!

Ottima location, dentro la città vecchia ma a bordo quindi silenziosa e vicina alla fermata per il taxi (non bisogna camminare molto con i bagagli). Servizio di pick up in stazione (siamo stati tre notti) ottimo. Ottimo caffè e struttura nuova e pulita. Bello il cortile per un momento di relax. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa (doccia enorme, vasca da bagno, area tatami per il thè), dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima.
Il proprietario non parla inglese ma comunica benissimo con il traduttore. Ci ha offerto vari servizi di cui non abbiamo usufruito.

La prima volta che ho soggiornato in questo ostello è stata nella sede del mercato agricolo di Zhuanxin a Kunming, ricordo che lì c'erano un sacco di buganvillee! Ho scelto di nuovo un ostello Qingcheng, optando per questa sede perché è molto vicina al Lago Cuihu, a Wenlin Street e all'Università dello Yunnan. Il loro ristorante offre una varietà di cibi e bevande; mi piace molto il loro riso al curry con manzo. Ogni giorno c'è un'attività, in particolare un concerto ogni sabato sera. Il cantante ha una voce davvero unica e piacevole, ed è comodissimo ascoltare musica nel loro accogliente bar. Heimuya è la loro piattaforma alta, annidata tra grandi eucalipti, molto tranquilla nei giorni di pioggia e fresca quando fa caldo.

Ho scelto appositamente questo hotel vicino al centro città e i miei genitori hanno adorato lo stile. La cosa più importante è che il servizio dell'hotel è davvero eccellente! È la mia prima volta a Kunming, e la prossima tappa è Dali. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di questo hotel, sia per il servizio che per la pulizia e le strutture. Il tempo a Kunming è davvero splendido e, unito all'attento servizio dell'hotel, mi ha fatto sentire davvero a mio agio.

The hotel didnt have lift but the staff assist us to carry luggage. They have laundry room but not the drying area. The AC can be set to heating. The lake view was amazing. From the hotel, it took 30 mins to ancient city because the hotel is on another side of the lake.

Il personale è molto giovane e molto gentile, parlano anche un po’ di inglese.
Camera in ordine, pulita, con doccia ampia.
Alla reception c’è la possibilità di farsi un tè e vengono offerti snack gratuiti.

Un soggiorno allo Shangri-La altamente raccomandato! Le camere sono ben riscaldate, dissipando il freddo dell'alta quota. Il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile per chi arriva in auto e la terrazza offre una vista panoramica sulla Pagoda Bianca e sulle Bandiere Dorate. La lavanderia gratuita è un dettaglio apprezzabile e l'antica città di Dukezong è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. Le camere sono pulite e silenziose, con biancheria da letto soffice, e il servizio alla reception è cordiale e attento. La posizione e il panorama sono superbi, rendendolo una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori.

We booked 3 rooms , got upgraded to a bigger room on low season end of June . Good location to Kunming old street and Nanping Pedestrian street . Breakfast variety was plenty . I ordered things from Tao bao and they kept for me , I also ordered flower tea from Dali ancient city , mushroom from Lijiang ancient city and it was shipped to here , so we took the parcel on our last day at Kunming before heading to airport . Great service ! Thank you

The room was so lovely and so was the courtyard. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing. It is conveniently located near the entrance of the ancient city, making it accessible even with luggage (trust me, book a hotel near the exit. It is hard to drag your luggage around the ancient city). Plus point is the hotel is tucked in an alley so it wasn't noisy at all at night
Hot water comes out instantly when you turn on the tap :) Owners were super lovely and helpful.
Loved my experience there as a whole. Will definitely come back here again when i visit lijiang in the future :)

UUtente anonimoI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy.
The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything.
If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

AaLexxasStaying at Suye Suye Eastern Serenity Vivora Scenic Homestay in Shangri-La was one of those rare travel experiences where everything — comfort, location, service, and human connection — comes together so naturally that it stops feeling like accommodation and instead feels like being gently welcomed into a home you didn’t know you had.
The homestay itself is beautifully designed, calm, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are extremely comfortable — the kind of space that immediately slows you down the moment you step inside. Nothing feels excessive, yet everything feels intentional. It was so cosy and well set up that we almost wanted to stay in rather than head out, simply because being in the room itself felt restful and grounding.
A particularly reassuring feature was the oxygen support available in the room, along with access to professional-grade medical equipment for altitude sickness at no extra cost. This level of care is rare. On my first day, I experienced mild AMS, and a short session with their equipment made a noticeable difference. By the next day, I felt significantly better and fully adjusted. That alone reflects how thoughtfully the place is run.
Location-wise, it is also very convenient — close to Shangri-La Old Town and easily accessible via ride-hailing for other areas. Despite this, the property still feels peaceful and slightly tucked away, striking a balance between accessibility and retreat.
What truly defines this homestay is the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff and owners greeted us warmly every time we walked through the door. They consistently checked in on us in a genuine, unobtrusive way, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It never felt transactional — more like being looked after by people who truly cared.
They also handled transport with great ease. The staff personally picked us up and later sent us to the railway station, removing all stress from logistics and making arrivals and departures seamless.
Over time, the experience became even more personal. The owners are incredibly humble, and we often spent hours sitting with them over tea. These weren’t formal conversations but slow, relaxed exchanges about travel, life, and everything in between. On one occasion, they shared how they once spoke with a non-chinese speaking guest until 3am using Google Translate — a reflection of how open and curious they are.
During these tea sessions, we also met other guests naturally, leading to spontaneous conversations. Language was never a barrier; the owner was comfortable bridging gaps with translation tools, and that openness made everyone feel included.
One of the most charming parts of the stay was their dog, Wu Bao (Five Treasures). Friendly and full of personality, he quickly became part of daily life. The owners even allowed us to take him out for walks, which added a lighthearted touch.
As the days passed, the relationship with the owners naturally deepened. It slowly shifted from host and guest to something closer to friendship. On one evening, they brought us out for supper and drinks, turning into one of the most genuine nights of the trip — full of laughter and effortless conversation.
In return for their kindness, we brought them some food one night, only to be warmly invited to join a home-cooked dinner. That meal felt less like hospitality and more like being part of a family gathering.
One regret is that we were so immersed in the experience that we forgot to take photos with the owners and staff — a reflection of how present everything felt.
By the end, it was clear this place is defined not just by its rooms or amenities, but by its people. The sincerity, warmth, and ease of connection are what make it unforgettable.
If we return to Shangri-La, this will be the place we stay again — not as guests, but as people returning to familiar faces, shared tea, and a place that genuinely felt like home.

UUtente ospiteThis was my second stay at a Banyan Tree property, and once again, it turned out to be a truly memorable and pleasant experience.
Frank, our personal concierge, was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He was always quick to assist with our requests and even replied to messages after regular working hours. There was a minor housekeeping incident during our stay, but Frank handled the service recovery professionally and resolved the matter promptly. The thoughtful gesture of providing gifts and a cake was greatly appreciated, and my child absolutely loved the surprise. From start to finish, we felt genuinely well taken care of. Frank’s service was highly commendable, and he is definitely a valuable asset to the Banyan Tree Group.
Our dinner experience at Baiyun was also superb. The ambience was wonderful, and the food was excellent.
We also enjoyed the complimentary photoshoot session, which became one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. Our photographer was incredibly professional and patient, guiding us throughout the session and capturing many beautiful photos. In the end, I decided to purchase a photo package because the photos turned out so well and were truly worth it. The staff there were also warm, friendly, efficient, and highly responsive.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved:
1. The menu and operating schedule for Mingyue were somewhat confusing. We had planned to have dinner there one evening, only to realize that Chinese cuisine was not served on certain days and during certain hours, which required us to make alternative arrangements.
2. The soundproofing in the room could be improved, as we were able to hear our neighboring guests quite clearly even when they were speaking at normal volume.
3. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Although we adjusted it to a comfortable level, the temperature would occasionally drop suddenly and become very cold.
4. Staff could perhaps be slightly more observant and proactive. On our first day, it was raining when we arrived at the room via buggy. There was no sheltered area where we alighted, so we had to stand briefly in the rain while moving our luggage.
5. The fruit platter in the room could be fresher. The apples and oranges did not seem as fresh compared to what we experienced at other hotels in Dali and Kunming.
6. Breakfast options could be expanded further. I was also hoping to find more fresh and exotic detox juices, especially ones prepared on the spot. (Similar to Bintan Banyan Tree)
Despite these minor issues, our overall stay was still excellent. The scenery and views within the resort were absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed being able to feed the ducks and fishes. It created a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the family. We would definitely love to return again someday.

2. 房间的隔音效果可以再加强一些，因为即使隔壁房客只是正常音量交谈，我们也能听得相当清楚。
3. 淋浴的水温不太稳定。虽然我们已经调到舒适温度，但水温偶尔还是会突然下降，变得非常冷。
4. 员工或许可以更主动及细心一些。我们第一天抵达房间时正好下雨，而下车的位置并没有遮雨处，因此我们在搬运行李时需要短暂淋雨。
5. 房内水果盘的新鲜度可以再提升。苹果和橙子的状态，相较于我们之前在大理及昆明入住的其他酒店，感觉没有那么新鲜。
6. 早餐选择方面可以再更加丰富一些。我也特别期待能有更多现做的新鲜排毒果汁或特色果汁。（类似Banyan Tree Bintan的安排）
尽管存在这些小问题，但整体入住体验依然非常优秀。度假村内的景色和环境真的非常漂亮，我们尤其喜欢可以喂鸭子和鱼儿的体验，让整个氛围变得格外轻松惬意，也非常适合家庭度假。未来有机会的话，我们一定还会想再次回来入住。

EEelnefUn altro soggiorno meraviglioso in questo Airbnb. Sebbene questa camera non abbia una vista diretta sul Monte Innevato Yulong, l'esperienza complessiva è stata comunque eccellente.
La colazione era deliziosa e preparata con cura, e abbiamo apprezzato molto le bevande gratuite: un tocco davvero gentile e generoso. L'host è stato, come sempre, molto cordiale e attento, rendendo il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante.
Un ottimo posto dove soggiornare, con una calorosa ospitalità e un ottimo servizio. Altamente raccomandato!

UUtente ospiteNonostante il maltempo abbia rovinato il mio viaggio a Shangri-La durante la Festa del Lavoro, soggiornare al MuKa Manor ha reso l'esperienza comunque piacevole. Onestamente, prima di partire, le foto online mi sembravano già bellissime, ma una volta arrivata ho capito che non rendono giustizia alla magnificenza del posto. Raramente scrivo recensioni, e ancora più raramente ne scrivo una così dettagliata e positiva.
Parliamo dell'hotel in sé. Il maniero è immerso nel cuore della scenic area di Napa Lake, circondato da montagne innevate. Aprendo la porta del balcone della mia stanza, l'intera prateria e la linea di cresta lontana si presentavano come un'enorme tela ad olio. La mattina, prima che la nebbia si diradasse, le gocce di rugiada brillavano sull'erba e gli yak pascolavano tranquillamente. Quell'atmosfera di pace e vastità è qualcosa che non si può mai provare in città. Anche l'interno della stanza mi ha soddisfatto molto: la biancheria da letto era pulita e immacolata, il materasso né troppo morbido né troppo duro, invitante al punto da non voler più alzarsi. Ho dormito profondamente per due notti consecutive. La pulizia era impeccabile, persino gli angoli dei davanzali e dei lavandini erano splendenti. Per una persona un po' esigente come me, questi dettagli fanno davvero la differenza.
Un'altra piacevole sorpresa è stato il tè pomeridiano. All'inizio l'ho provato per noia, ma il caffè mi ha sbalordito: aroma ricco, gusto vellutato, non aveva nulla da invidiare ai migliori caffè delle città. Anche le torte erano preparate con cura, dolci ma non stucchevoli, con una consistenza morbida. Ne ho prese due fette. Seduta al tavolo vicino alla finestra del ristorante, sorseggiando caffè e ammirando il paesaggio del pascolo fuori, quelle ore sono state il momento più rilassante del mio intero viaggio. Ma ciò che mi ha davvero colpito di questo hotel è stato il loro servizio. Vi racconto un piccolo episodio: la mattina del secondo giorno, mi sentivo un po' assonnata e avevo un leggero mal di testa, probabilmente dovuto a un lieve mal di montagna. Sono andata alla reception per chiedere un termometro. Lungo la strada, ho incontrato un membro dello staff che, invece di dire semplicemente 'certo, un attimo', ha subito posato quello che aveva in mano, mi ha versato una tazza di tè allo zenzero caldo e ha chiesto a un collega di prendere l'ossimetro per controllarmi. Con voce calma mi ha detto: 'Non si preoccupi per ora, i valori sono ancora nella norma. Beva un po' di tè allo zenzero per riscaldarsi, riposi mezz'ora e poi passerò a trovarla.' In meno di dieci minuti, è tornato a bussare alla mia porta con una nuova teiera di tè allo zenzero, ha controllato anche l'attrezzatura per l'ossigeno in camera e si è assicurato che tutto fosse a posto prima di andarsene. Dopo mezz'ora è tornato a misurarmi l'ossigeno nel sangue, e stavo già molto meglio. L'intero processo non è stato eccessivamente caloroso, ma ogni parola e ogni gesto facevano sentire che ero trattata con cura. Questa premura, discreta ma efficace, è più rassicurante di qualsiasi lusso. L'hotel è anche estremamente fotogenico. Le silhouette in controluce sul balcone al mattino presto, il bagliore dorato sul prato al tramonto, la vista sulle montagne incorniciata dalla finestra del ristorante: ogni scatto sembra uscito da una rivista. Al momento del check-out, mi è dispiaciuto un po' andarmene, non tanto per la bellezza del paesaggio, quanto per il forte 'senso di appartenenza' che si crea qui, come se non si soggiornasse in un hotel, ma si fosse ospiti a casa di un vecchio amico. Il maggiordomo è sempre disponibile, la colazione, il tè pomeridiano e la zuppa dolce della buonanotte sono tutti organizzati, e ci sono anche simpatici animali con cui interagire!
Non preoccuparti troppo per l'altitudine: l'hotel ti darà in anticipo consigli utili sul mal di montagna e sul meteo. Le camere hanno un generatore di ossigeno e un umidificatore. Sono rimasto colpito dall'attenzione ai dettagli.

UUtente ospiteAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。
